This is the second apartment I’ve lived at and I really enjoy it here. It is in such a convenient location, the price is great for what you get and I love the view of the river from my patio. There have been a few minor issues here and there as the building is older but management is always very quick to respond to each and every issue. They take nice care of the landscaping- it’s just very clear that they care and want to make this a great place to live. I’d highly recommend to others and I just renewed my lease for another year.

I really liked my stay here. Affordable and overall great experience.One con I could think of, laundry was bit hard for me in those tiny washing machine and dryer.

We lived in this community for 6 years and we loved it. We only moved because we needed more space and decided to purchase. Its located in a quiet area, right off the corner of Route 65 and Camp Horn Road.Very easy commute to the Downtown, Ross Park, Cranberry and Robinson.We never had any issue with management and Austin was great to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and if there were any issues, maintenence responded quickly.The rent was reasonable for the area and the school district, Avonworth, was amazing. The only downside to our stay was the parking issue. But it was mostly because my husband and I both had cars. Sometimes the lot up top gets full and wed have to park behind the building down bottom.Overall, we made it work. Very minimal issues and we loved the option to pay our rent electronically.

I lived here for about a year and everything was good with the property. When I moved out they gave me back my whole security deposit. The only downside is the train is very loud and it is an older apartment complex so you can hear everything your neighbors do. I was able to hear my neighbors downstairs snore sometimes. Also, management is very good at responding to maintenance issues.

It is rare that you find an apartment where you dont need to compromise. This is an amazing apartment complex! Maintenance is fast and reliable, management is caring and easy to work with, the area is very well kept, the walls are NOT paper-thin like most places I have stayed, it is a quiet area. Overall love the place!

Lived there for about 6 years. Didnt have many problems. Any problems I did have were handled by the manager and maintenance quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The road was always clear in the winter. They take care of the place.

A very calm and a peaceful property to live. Youll love it more cause the property manager, Austin is always available when you need him.

Highly recommend this place. Very clean, nice, well maintained apartments. The manager and the maintenance team are very helpful, responds immediately to any problem. Not many places offer short term leases in pittsburgh. They do month to month. Its very close to highway, another plus. Overall, Excellent place.

Right from the start Cliffside Manors staff was friendly and very flexible offering evenings and weekend appointments to see the units they had available. They offered short term leases and month to month options which was incredibly accommodating. They showed me the exact unit I was going to get and it even offered an incredible view of the Ohio River! The online application and lease signing made the process very easy and quick! They also offer great discounts for my company and I heard others in the area! This is a hidden gem in Pittsburgh! I plan to return for a short stay and will be contacting them again to help me find housing.

I have lived at Cliffside for almost 3 years now. They are constantly doing things around the property to improve it. Most recently, new asphalt for the parking lot, new roofs on all the buildings, and updated signage. I havent had many maintenance issues but when I do they are very quick to repair it. I plan to stay here for a while.

Very quiet facility, which was very important to me. Facility was clean and well maintained. Staff was attentive to problems. Enjoyed my rental time and would recommend it to everyone.

An apartment in Cliffside Manor Apartments was our home for two years;first in Pittsburgh when we arrived amidst of winter(we were driving from Manchester,NH) the management was very helpful and quickly settled our documents and it was our easiest relocation. Closer to downtown with a good transport and also in a good school district. Not many know about this apartment,yet its very quiet,calm with ample parking space and have beautiful views overlooking Ohio river and also the other side facing mountains.Our manager there was Austin and the other people from maintenance were extremely helpful(I got locked out three times!!! They helped me !! ) and promptly attends to fixing things(the oven broked,a new range came the next day :) ! The only reason for moving out was we outgrew the space. We have toddlers,and they needed separate rooms. The stay at Cliffside Manor apartments was a very pleasant one :) ! Thank you so much !

Needed a short stay apartment. I was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the complex was. Austin, the manager, was truly a courteousand professional. If it wasnt for purchasing a new home I would still be there. No problems here!

I lived here for 5 years. The only reason I moved was for a new job, but I dont have a single complaint about my time here. The complex is in a nice, quiet place right along the ohio river. Being just off route 65 makes it very quick and easy to get to the downtown area and only a skip away from 79 or 279. The management and maintenance are very friendly and considerate they are also very responsive and quick on repairs and requests. The apartment itself is very nice with a/c and heat in unit and laundry just down a hallway or 2. I believe all apartments have a deck or patio. I truly enjoyed my time living in this little hilltop gem.Big Thanks to Austin and the grounds crew for keeping the quality of this home nice and clean and making me feel like a valued tenant here.

The unit I rented had brand new carpet, fresh paint and a brand new furnace. The staff right from the first phone call was helpful and flexible. I was able to view the unit on a Saturday morning and had the online application completed that day! The lease was also signed online a few days later. They offered a great move in special and even helped with moving some things in for us! The lease terms were prorated for when we moved in and we received the full deposit back when we moved out! We have referred a few others to Cliffside Manor!

This is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff and neighbors. Close to basically every area like Robinson, North Hills, Cranberry, and downtown plus many other areas. This is an older complex but we never had any huge issues or complaints. Would definitely recommend!

I live here currently and its awesome. Very spacious and plenty of parking. Staff is kind and on top of maintenence. My dishwasher broke and they were able to replace it within a month. The manager lives on site and hes been amazing. Ive accidentally locked myself on occassion and hes let me back into my apartment with little hassle. Highly recommend!
