Gem lofts located in the very best part of the Cultural District. Wonderful tenants and management team. I do not know of any other places downtown with gas ranges. Incredibly great value for space and location with seemingly brand new, higher end appliances throughout. Look no further for downtown living!
Ive been a part of Lando Lofts for over 5 years, too. If you want a downtown place to live, look no further. With residences that have exposed brick walls and that industrial, chic style, youll truly appreciate the high ceilings and the fact that there is nearly 2 feet of concrete separating the floors — which means youre not subjected to listening to loud, heavy walkers! If you like to cook, youll also appreciate the gas ranges...which is rare in downtown apartments AND condos! From sunsets to fireworks night, regardless of time of the year, the view from the deck is fantastic! Also, unlike other apartment buildings that have over 100 units, Lando has 27 ...which means, you generally know you neighbors. Lando Lofts location is great, too. Literally in the heart of the cultural district, you can go either left or right to a restaurant, a show, or both! I highly recommend Lando Lofts as your next downtown residence.
Theres nothing better than enjoying a sunset from the roof, a beautiful spot! Fantastic living space and even better management. I would definitely recommend living here!
Excellent location - minutes walk to a ton of great restaurants, Benedum, PNC Park - it really cant be beat. Awesome roof deck - we watch the fireworks from there and just hang out with our friends in the building. And to top it all off, the units are great. Much bigger than almost anything else downtown, kitchens with islands, a lot of units have exposed brick. And best of all - its quiet, generally speaking, I never hear my neighbors!
Beautiful, clean, spacious condos with so much character in heart of the city. Beautiful rooftop with a gorgeous view of the city! Close to restaurants, theaters & nightlife. Friendly owner/manager
Loved it - probably the most exclusive apartment building in Pittsburgh. Historic outside - modern/contemporary inside and our unit had gigantic windows looking out onto Penn Aves historic district. Vaulted Ceilings, quartz counter-tops and it was so nice to have a real gas range...it was like living in a condo rather than an apartment. I almost forgot - LL has a terrific roof deck with a grill and a kitchenette to make our drinks.
When living downtown, its doesnt get any better than the Lando Lofts. Location, Views, Roof Top Deck, 14ft ceilings, exposed brick and character. Located in the heart of the cultural district and in a boutique style building adds comfort, privacy and relaxation. My 2BD 1 BA has large space for big furniture, walls for artwork, Open Great Room. The kitchen is my favorite with quartz counter tops, SS appliances and GAS Cooking!! I wouldnt live anywhere else!
