I have been training with Brian for over 2 years. Although we work in small groups, he takes an individualized approach. He pushes us, but nothing to the point of crazy. I have seen such a difference in my strength and muscle tone. Brian’s workouts have kept this 66 year old very young!!I highly recommend Personal Training for Next Level to anyone, any age. You will not be disappointed. Fair, Professional, and Accommodating!!

A year later and I have not regretted calling and setting up my first session. The team has a focus on providing sustainable but challenging programs that are flexible and targeted to the clients fitness levels. If you want a supportive but no nonsense approach you couldnt find a better option.

I have trained with Brian for over 15 years. Every workout brings a new challenge but also a great sense of accomplishment and empowerment. Throughout these years I have had many different goals ( Get fit, Cancer/surgery recovery, pump and run, riding Pelotonia, getting strong, etc.) Brian and his style of training has helped me achieve them all! The atmosphere in the gym is not intimidating, and we all support each other in and out of the gym. If you are serious about achieving your fitness goals, Brian is the trainer for you!

Brian does an awesome job with his personal training. He’s very knowledgeable and really cares about his clients. He really listens to your issues and works with you to improve your movement and mobility. I’d highly recommend him for anyone. Even during this crazy virus time, he had to close his gym but continues to train us via online trainings developed with you the client in mind.

My husband and I have trained with Brian Kelly for over 10 years and cant say enough good things about him or his gym! He tailors all workouts to the individual whether an elite athlete or a mom of teens (me!). My fitness level has continually improved over the years and, most importantly, I have remained injury free. Safety is always foremost and Brian ensures that everyone uses proper lifting techniques and exercise position. This is a facility that works for everyone as each training is individualized for age, ability and personal needs. Trainers (Brian, Chad and Rob) are so much fun, but yet very challenging. Every session is different, so there is nothing boring or repetitious. I have worked with various trainers and gone to different gyms throughout the years, but this is the only one I have stuck with and I am glad that I have. My lower back and knee issues have gotten so much better because of my training and the personal attention to my problems. I highly recommend Personal Training for the Next Level!

I’ve trained with Brian Kelly for over 15 years and never had the same workout twice. He showed me what a healthy diet looks like for ME, and what it takes to transform my body through diet, exercise and healthy habits. He knows how hard to push you and refuses to accept excuses. The workouts are always challenging and can take you outside of your comfort zone, but the sense of accomplishment is worth the effort that goes in. During a personal break I had to take from training, I suffered an Achilles tendon rupture and later an issue with tennis elbow. Brian didn’t let me miss a beat because he knew exactly how to rehab the injuries. With gyms recently closed due to COVID-19, Brian had online workouts up and running for his clients by our next regularly scheduled workout day. I highly recommend Brian Kelly and his team of personal trainers. They genuinely care about their clients and know how to make us the best version of ourselves. I’m confident you’ll be impressed with Brian’s knowledge and expertise and inspired by his passion.

I started Training with Brian Kelly about 18 years ago. Brian is passionate and knowledgeable about everything he does. He is constantly looking to find new ways to make you a better you. The whole time I’ve been going there, I haven’t had the same workout twice. Also, the people that workout there are all great people and fun to train with. Everybody pushes each other to try harder, but nobody more than Brian. He will always push you to do better and get to that next level. I went to see him the first time because I was having lower back issues, not only did he help it feel better, but made my back stronger than it has ever been, and I’ve been training with him ever since. If you are looking for a trainer to get you to be your very best, Brian Kelly is man that will get you there.

I have been working out most of my adult life! I started working out with Brian Kelly over 6 years ago. I thought I would just hire him for a few months, learn new exercises and move on. I was pleasantly surprised with the results I had within the first three months working out with him. I lost over 25 lbs with his nutrition plan and workouts. My body developed muscles I had never seen before. The workouts are always different! I am very driven, but he pushes me and I do exercises and lift weights I never thought I could. I am 54 years old and I’m strong and fit! I couldn’t run after running 9 marathons because of the knee pain. He has helped rehab and build my core and muscles enough and now I can run with no knee pain! He is very careful and detailed in form to prevent injury. If we get hurt, he gives us exercises to heal back. I have never been I hurt lifting heavy with him. He just helps me with my aches and pains of being of over used muscles and not stretching enough on my own and as a result he incorporates stretching in my workouts.When this crazy virus started, he had to close his gym, but I’m doing his online workouts and they are great! They are challenging, but very doable. He assigns me supersets with demo videos for every exercise. There is always warm up, stretching exercises, and of course cardio! They are crafted for my level of fitness and for my goals. I do not need much weight equipment or a home gym. I only have a couple sets of weights and two bands. I get a really great workout every time.He also trained my 18 year old daughter for her Army Basic Training and she was top 4 female in her platoon! I cannot say enough about this man who is now also a great friend! I highly recommend him! Thank you, Brian for all your dedication to your clients and physical fitness! You are truly gifted!

I have since left the Columbus area, and I have worked out at many other gyms across the country, however none of them compare to Brian Kellys Next Level Training. Brian is the most knowledgeable, creative and dedicated trainer you will find. He takes the time to develop personal relationships with each of his clients and help them to achieve their goals. 7 years since leaving Columbus, and I still reach out to Brian Kelly when I need no-nonsense, reliable fitness and training advice. Brian Kelly taught me everything I know about health and fitness, and he is the reason fitness will be a priority for my whole life.

I have the highest respect for Brian! I began working out with him 6 years ago after having multiple surgeries to fix sports related injuries. Brian has always worked closely with me to make sure that I was progressing toward total fitness and has modified workouts whenever my body decided to show its age. His workouts are challenging yet fun. He does a tremendous job of changing up routines each session and finds new ways to work the various muscle groups. I highly recommend him!!

If you’re reading my review, then it means you’re considering taking ownership of your physical fitness (health) or you want to enhance it. I found myself to be the latter. Since college, I’ve stayed active and kept myself in good physical shape, however I became stagnant and needed a push. So I decided to register for the Arnold Classic Pump & Run. It’s a competition that requires participants to bench press (up to 30 reps) their body weight and run a 5K afterwards. I hadn’t done anything like this, so I decided I need to consult with a personal trainer. I asked several people from my gym and all of them gave me the same name – Brian Kelly. Several months before the competition, Brian and I met to draft a training plan. He shared the what and why on each exercise and the targeted muscle group. Needless to say, I completed my first Arnold Classic Pump & Run with a bench press of 215lbs for 28 reps and 5K run (~ 26 min). I was so impressed that I decided to join Brian’s workout groups fulltime.Again, I had some fitness experience, but what really impresses me about Brian are the people he transforms without experience or physical activity. He connects with people personally no matter who they are: teenage, young adult, mature adult, male, female, black, white. I’ve seen him rehab people from injuries or have some physical limitations. The workouts he develops will push you, but you’re going to feel accomplished and notice results later. In addition, the people working out with you are encouraging and you’ll be surprised the friendships you create. If you don’t believe me, stop by and witness the people they (Brian, Chad and Rob) have transformed.Please keep in mind this is a two-way relationship. It’s similar to a teacher-2-student relationship where they teach and YOU have to do the work. It’s going to require you to be responsible, accountable and take ownership of yourself. I power lifted competitively for over 20 years. After I hung up the powerlifting I was looking for something different. I have always enjoyed working out and I was lifting with my younger brother. I hurt my back about 7 years ago snow skiing and had to have back surgery, and had a double laminectomy. Even after the back surgery I still had the drive to work out, but did not want to go back to my old way of lifting. I reached out to Brian to start training me. I have been with him now for over 7 years and my back has never felt better. Brian always encourages me and keeps pushing me in ways I would not push myself. Brian has a unique way of making every work out a successful one both mentally and physically. He curtails my work out to the needs that I need.

I met with Brian about 2 1/2 years ago with some trepidation. I was new at this gym thing, but had particular strength and endurance goals in mind and I discussed these with him. He was patient and safeguarded me from injury as I navigated through this new experience. In this short span of time, many of my goals have been achieved, my stereotype of gym culture has changed, and I have grown to look forward to my sessions at the gym. I respect Brians knowledge and experience and really enjoy the variety he employs in the workouts. I have never felt more fit and healthy. There is little doubt that Brian has played a significant role in this accomplishment.
