They are asking for a letter from your Dr on letterhead saying you dont have covid to freeze or cancel the gym membership. Hippa law is broken. You cant ask for that. Ask to see their card but not personal medical info.

Back to wearing masks even though I’m vaccinated. Next time I catch covid I will be sure to lift here to experiment if the masks work. Rated poor quality due to the poor intelligence of management.

Well. This location is decent. They are practicing social distancing. I couldn’t put my stuff in the lockers so I had to carry everything with me. Other locations lock every other locker. I saw a woman with her purse and outfit at the treadmill. They give tokens for the massage chairs which is unsanitary, because it goes from hand to hand. This is the first time I have had to use a token. Usually it’s automated through the computer. There was no disinfectant spray for the massage chairs. Only paper towels and hand sanitizers.

Cory was so helpful! Great guy great trainer! Helped me as a beginner get started safely on the machines! Stellar example of who works there.

To cancel here you must go to your home gym in person and you have no ability to cancel online or over the phone. Kind of crazy that I can sign tax documents online but I cant sign this gym cancelation document online.

I was really hoping I had found an health club that didnt practice deceptive billing. Not so. These folks will nickle and dime you to death.

I got the membership because I was going with my brother to get a feel for the place so I got the black and join and I was expecting to get my free t-shirt and never got it all but I love the placed and its good motivation for me and its working good for me the staff is excellent and manarable

Claim you close early for cleaning over night when it’s clearly untrue, drop to a one rating.Three weeks later since my review. Almost all the other gyms are back to regular hours. Not this one. Still restricted hours.

I recently got back into my fitness program after almost 6 months. Planet Fitness is a simple, easy, and inexpensive option to get the bare essentials. I highly recommend checking them out, although I laugh at the lunk policy lol.

I am a black card member for only one reason. The hydro massage! Nice workout place too, plenty of treadmills and weight machines. Always clean. Truly a no judgement zone and safe space.

I do love to place everyones as cool as cool could be. my only issue is i wasnt thre Disinfecting spray bottles back for the hydro massage bed. so I know Im cleaning my space before and after. and if you still want to check after everyone to make sure its been clean thats Great. but for reason I will not say in here. Because this is a wonderful place to work out at. Would love for the Spray bottles to be returned back to the hydro massage bed area.

Equipment is always maintained and has a good assortment. I would like more weight machines, but what they have is great. I work night shift so it being truly 24hrs is awesome.

Would love to have better things for legs there that arent on a Smith machine. Same with bench press. But overall is nice. The back area could be used better..maybe with ropes or boxing bags or something

In town for work from Louisiana. Have had a membership for over a year now. I go to a PF when i have to go out of town for work and dont feel like getting a membership at a new gym everytime. Membership is cheap but dont expect a bunch of free weights. Also they dont have barbells so no barbell benching or incline bench. Only smith machines. (Might be like that so people dont tempt to deadlift lol).***Picture of me for yalls motivation :))

This location is outdated and seems to be more and more equipment needing fixed and unavailable to use. Fix them already! A couple machines have been down for about 2 months. Really? Why? Wish they had a stepper/ropes/maybe a couple rowers/kettle bells/medicine balls. They have the room for it in the stretching room. The only good thing about this place is the pricing and overnight staff. They are super friendly, caring, and always working on something. Best customer service!Response: The equipment that has been down for a couple months now, the management already knows about it. There are signs on the equipment that state they are working to fix it, but they aren’t. Also, why are the TVs off in the locker rooms? I actually enjoyed watching sports center while I got dressed and ready for work. Please fix these issues. They are super easy fixes.

Decent planet fitness, however the lack of facilities for taller people (I. E. Higher pull up bars and better equipment in general). is part of my deduction of stars. If only they would invest in better equipment. Overall the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Other patrons seem considerate as well.

This is my home gym but I often use Worthington, Gahana and Whitehall. I should have known that I might have issues since my first visit. I had signed up online and I came into the club to see if I could get a tour. Not only would they not give me a tour but I had to ask a million questions about how everything works just to get one word answers. I also tan often and management is not replacing the bulbs nor are they scanning members cards when you come in to tan each time. They simply walk to the timer and ask how long. I probably wouldnt have expressed my issues here but decided to when I noticed the owners response was change to another home gym or transfer to a member that was dissatisfied. Not how can I fix this....just go away then. Horrible business ethic. And then you refer people to on site management with immediate issues? How can they have any better customer service or resolution skills when this is the attitude that the owner displays. Even thought they are independently owned and operated I wonder if Planet Fitness New of this in their corporate office.

Great place to work out and affordable

Consistency is key, and theyve got it down to a science. With the volume they do here, its common for things to break it become in need of maintenance. They keep on top of that and it shows. Having visited several other locations while traveling for work, Im always happy to come back to my home gym. Its well maintained and cleaner than any other Ive been to. Kudos to the staff and management.

Staff is always friendly. The place is kept clean. Everyone is there to work out and not to screw around.

Nice, clean gym with lots of cardio equipment with the exception of a rowing machine. There are plenty of assisted machines and not so many free weights. Staff is great. Usually visit around 11:30/Midnight and there are very few people there.

Basic with staff sitting on the floor behind the counter unwilling to help but eager to laugh when you ask questions. Lifetime is more professional and better suited for professionals. Pay the extra money, its worth it.

Nice facility, I wish they had a stair master tho. Nevertheless I recommend this location.

Its a good gym, and affordable! But... You have to require will power, as they have footsie rolls everywhere, and offer free pizza, the first Monday of every month!

Clean environment. 12 and 30 minutes circuits available. Free weights and safe weights available. Massage beds and chairs for black members (20$ a month). Numerous stair steppers, treadmills, and bikes. Free classes and consultations offered by schedule. Its kept cool and even crowded you can typically complete your workout without interference. Staff is friendly and ready to assist.

Nice gym. The gym is clean and the equipment seems to be in very good shape. When I go it is not very busy. It does not have a large free weight area but does have plenty of cardio equipment.

My car was struck by another car while I was working out. I spoke with the store manager and he refuses to provide footage of the parking lot without a subpoena. I have a police report and showed one of his assistant managers the damages after it happened. Planet Fitness only cares about your money not your safety.

Love this place! Happy that I chose this location as my home gym and its very big! The staff are very friendly! They have someone there knowledgeable about the equipment if you dont know how to use it! Love that they have free training! The air is always working! There is always enough equipment working versus being out of order. The only thing is I wish they had the hydrobeds like their Gahanna location so I didnt have to go to different gyms for different after workout amenities.

Its never crowded and plenty of equipment. It really holds true to their slogan that it is a judgment free zone. Everyone is friendly and the cost is a great value.

I like this gym because I get left alone to do my routine in peace and everything works as it should. I like to tan a few times or use the massage chairs and I never have any issues with a huge line or feel awkward asking. Staff is nice, equipment does what it is supposed to do. It has the simplicity that I am looking for in a gym.

Very clean, very simple, definitely a good PF experience. This location does not have the hammer strength or rowers that some of the newer ones have, but it does have plenty of weight machines and DBs for the basic workout.

I just signed up today and the staff was so helpful! They showed me around the gym and explained all of the pricing options to me. As someone who has never worked out in a gym before this was a great experience :) Definitely made an amazing first impression

I went here and I felt like most of the people there, including an employee I interacted with multiple times, were arrogant.I asked for a massage bed, and there was someone in the bed I was given. When I brought this to the employees attention, she went back to the counter and looked like she wasnt saying anything positive by her body language and facial expressions. She told me she would set the other bed on. She never did, and I didnt want to ask again. Her friendliness seemed a little fake.

Price and convenience (24/7) are hard to match, staff is constantly helpful, always clean and if they had a pool and yoga classes Id give them 5 stars.

Only thing to make it better would be to dis the tanning beds and out in a sauna.

Nothing fancy about Planet Fitness however, it is a good gym with good equipment. I used to be a member here and the membership price is great. I liked that they have stand- up tanning beds. However, no sauna.. which led me to choosing another gym. But I recommend Planet Fitness for anyone in the beginning stages of working out, or just looking to get your cardio in- theyve got plenty of treadmills and ellipticals!

Great employees that are very knowledgeable, even on 3rd shift!! I do really wish they had rowing machines at this location though. There are many, many stations to do cardio, but most are treadmills, ellipticals, and some Arc trainer machine I havent tried yet. I do LOVE that theyre open 24hrs/day even on the weekends, as most locations seem to have quite limited weekend hours.Changing room and restroom were large & extremely clean. My only other recommendation is to install sanitizer pumps throughout the facility; this wouldnt cost much $$ or time on their part.

This place is a joke if you move away make sure you cancel your membership as they will claim they never receive your letters and keep charging you. Assistant manager needs to learn how to make an executive decision without someone holding his hand.

24 hrs!! Grape tootsie rolls! Tanning and massage beds. Able to shower after workouts and always cold drinks available for purchase or the handy dandy water fountian.

Ive been to three different PF in Ohio and this one is too small. This is the busiest one Ive been to but yet its the smallest. Even at 330am it is packed. Some equipment needs to be fixed. Though I will be driving further, I will go to Gahanna or Newark.

The layout is not very well setup. The staff were quite good except for one guy who was staring me down and questioning me when I canceled my membership. Also, you HAVE to visit in person to cancel, can’t do it online or over the phone. I suppose they want you to feel some sort of shame when you cancel. Well, I didn’t. I was quite happy to be a pompous prick and a high held head when I canceled due to the rude staff member and the inability to cancel online.Btw, you are able to change locations or upgrade membership levels online, but you can’t cancel. Doesn’t make any sense and is anti-customer service.

Just showed up for the first time after signing up !Now .....New rule at this location only you can not bring a back pack or any bag in .So that means the parking lot has cars full of purses, back packs and wallets !!! Who came up with this awful rule ?? Im canceling and asking for a full refund . also locker room is closed so ZERO place to even put your wallet or keys or phone ?! Wake up!!!
