Before I put my Victorian Village home up for sale, I wanted to refinish and repair the kitchen hardwood floor. The other hardwood floors in my home were fine. I contacted several contractors, and Wooten was the only one that would give me an estimate on work for one room only.Ken (the owner) came out to give the estimate, as scheduled, and we were able to arrange a date 6 weeks out, which worked fine for me. He said it would take two days, and I received the estimate of $1000 a few days later. I was immediately impressed with his level of courtesy while he was there, and with how simple he made the scheduling process and the follow-up.Ken and his son performed the work on the kitchen floor on schedule, and made it look as good as new, as he had promised. During the entire process, I felt confident about the work being done, and when it was finished, I was overwhelmingly pleased with the final product.From start to finish, Wooten Wood Floors handled the job with a high level of expertise and professionalism. Joe did an amazing job! Before I was so embarrassed of my floors and now they are gorgeous!! 🤩 He also took into consideration we have 4 boys and 2 Great Danes so he made sure to give us a durable finish. We had our first floor done, the dining room, living room, and stairs. We are definitely having Joe back to do the upstairs. Also he’s just a super nice guy and does clean work too! Joe refinished the floors in an old house we bought. The floors were oak, but the trim and stairs were pine. He did an amazing job matching the colors on the two types of wood. He took the time to give us 6 stain color samples, some of which he custom blended to allow us to find just the right color. The floors look absolutely amazing and we could not be happier with the job he did for us.

Found Joe and Wooten Wood Floors on Thumbtack. I recently bought a home, and after pulling up some carpet, found the floors old, stained, painted on, and even a bit of termite damage. Not only did Joe reply to my inquiry within 15 minutes, he came out very quickly, looked at the project, gave me an extremely reasonable quote and completed the work start to finish in a day and a half. Joe did a wonderful job refinishing my white-painted floor throughout the first floor as well as installing new wood in the kitchen. This job was a bit different than usual as it the house had carpet since it was built in the 1950s, the floor underneath became pet stained, and then it was painted over with killz primer. So we didnt really know what to expect. The floor that Joe revealed was incredible and he helped me pick a lighter stain than I had expected to really show it off.Joe was very professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about the results! Our home is 100 years old, the diningroom floor was in bad shape so I had painted and stenciled it 18 years ago. Joe did a beautiful job sanding and refinishing, he did this quickly and for a reasonable price. We would like to have him back to do another room!

Joe is a tour house now! About half finished. He is 4th contractor we have had here. Our home is over 100 years old and the floors needed redone. All 3 previous contractors wanted to REPLACE! Ridiculous. Our front room is getting last coat on now...and it is gorgeous. Repairs made and they look like new..could not be happier. Joe has been a pleasure to work with and we learned to trust him and opinions quickly.

Had an appointment at 9 am, I received an automated text confirming my appointment at 8:02 the morning of, however at 920 I receive a text stating they have cancelled my appointment. I purposely set time aside for this appointment only for a cancellation after the appointment should’ve already taken place. Not a good way to do business.
