I love Stonecreek Dental! We have been a part of the family since about 2012. Havent had any issues! The staff are all friendly. We have also used them for Orthodontics. Such a great practice!

My hygienist (Ashton) is leaving. I wish she could stay here, but she said she has to drive a long way. She is the BEST! None of my hygiene visits from before are quite like hers. She educated me on reversible and non reversible gum disease. She treated my gingivitis last time and yesterday, I looked great. Not to mention, she is full of laughter. I would follow her if she didn’t live so far away. Can’t say enough good about her.

Stone creek Dental is amazing!! I work crazy hours and they are able to accommodate my busy schedule so I can still keep up with my dental hygiene. I have seen different hygienist each time and they are ALL wonderful! Tonight I had Ashton and she was fantastic!!! She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and very efficient with my cleaning. Ashton provided me with tips on products that would help my overall oral hygiene. I highly recommend Stonecreek Dental they are top notch.

I have been seeing Dr. Meer at Stonecreek Pickerington for the past few years and he is great! He has a good sense of humor and is awesome about explaining what is going to happen and being gentle. I had a tooth extracted today, both he and Taryn the assistant were great. I’m glad I found a dentist I am comfortable with and takes my insurance!

So far so good. My husband busted his two front teeth and they got him in ASAP. They are nice and caring so easy to talk to and ask questions. They worked hard to try to get all of his appointments set up in a timely manner.

From the initial phone call in to scheduling my emergency appointment and all the way through to check out prior to leaving, each employee was dedicated to their role and it showed. They all were very thorough and I could tell they enjoyed just doing their job to better serve the customer. Very genuine friendly atmosphere.My dental assistant Julia P made me feel comfortable and worked extremely diligent to get my emergency treatment scheduled as soon as possible. I can not say enough about how professional she was with her trade and her clear enjoyment in helping others.I want to recommend any of the doctors who practice here. Dr. Mooney is mine and he is fantastic. My appointment was at 11:00AM and I was in the chair by 11:15AM. I have had crowns placed on teeth at other dental centers but this was my first crown at Stonecreek Dental Center. This crown fit perfectly and the placement was painless! I highly recommend Dr. Benjamin Meer and the staff at Stonecreek.

Front office staff person was super nice and efficient. Technician was kind and sympathetic to the fact I’ve become anxious as I’ve gotten older when coming to the dentist. She took a full set of X-rays and explained exactly what she was doing & gave good directions.

I had the best dental hygienist named Michael. I am truly sorry he is retiring the end of October. He is the first hygienist to show me how to floss correctly and encouraged my usage of ACT. Education is important for the patients and Michael took the time to explain. Dr. Mooney was also pleasant to work with.

Dr. Mooney is a caring dentist who has alleviated my fears of the entire implant process as he rectifies what another dentist did poorly. I have the utmost confidence in him, and I would highly recommend him.

I never liked going to the dentist as a child. I grew up hating it and therefore neglected my dental hygiene for many years...but then I met Dr. Mooney! He is incredible. This place is incredible. Everything started off great here. Came here for a wisdom tooth extraction and loved the experience so much, we started getting our cleanings done here as well. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the hygienists and doctors. However, issues came up when we questioned procedures they performed. My wife has had the same filling done FOUR times at this location. It has fallen out once and was repaired and maintained other times because of pain she was experiencing in that tooth. Most recently, when she went back because her filling hurt, the doctor told her to floss and use mouth wash more often without even doing any diagnostics. Clearly unsatisfied with being told to floss and rinse, we got a second opinion. After 3 tests, this new doctor at a different practice said it was clear she needed a root canal. Furthermore, I have reached out to Stonecreek both by phone and email to give them a chance to rectify the situation with no call or email back. I was holding off on a review to see if they were going to do anything to fix it, but its clear they are done with us as much as we are with them.After being happy here for nearly 4 years, I would never recommend this location or any other Stonecreek locations to anyone. We will be going somewhere where the doctors listen to and treat their patients.UPDATE:Since receiving the reply from Stonecreek, we have tried calling and emailing several times. We have left messages with no reply.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, efficient. They use the latest equipment and technology. I don’t like going to the dentist in general, but I can’t say enough about how good this dental practice is!

The transition from the Ashland facility to the Pickerington office was silky smooth after I moved to the Columbus area. The staff is friendly, compassionate and accommodating. Courtney is the absolute best! I definitely will recommend Stonecreek Dental to anyone that needs a dentist!

Service was fine. Will not be returning due to the fact of them collecting a “safety fee” to cover costs of keeping me “safe” during COVID. NO THANKS. I am safe and there was nothing performed any different during my appointment toothed than them wearing masks. Nothing to justify charging every patient $20. I chose to start going there and I will now choose to go elsewhere.

As someone who is beyond scared even walking into a dental office, have not taken care of her teeth because of it, went to multiple doctors all around, I can’t say enough of how this office is so great at what that do!You will never need another once you go there, I love that I stayed with the same hygienist and doctor for years. I’ve been going here since I was a kid, and while I no longer live in Pickerington I still drive 30 minutes to come back to Stonecreek. They’re always kind and personable and make you feel comfortable (because let’s be honest most of us do not enjoy going to the dentist). I’ve yet to have a bad experience here and would recommend to anyone I knew.

Very friends and helpful. Staff had a good attitude despite having to wear protective equipment that I know is uncomfortable. Things have definitely changed a bit with this pandemic but I would still recommend them to anyone! Still very smooth appointment.

They were very good at getting me in and back. I needed 3 teeth pulled generally I would do normal anesthesia but I requested gas for this 1. Boy did I need it!!! Especially when the last 1 was pulled. They were excellent in getting it out because it was horribly painful. They even let me hangout there until I felt good enough to leave under my own power. Fantastic people!!

I meant to write this a while ago, but Dr. Mooney and Sammy are absolutely amazing. I had a horrible experience with a crown and have had a lot of dental issues in general since childhood, so I can honestly say that my experience here was the best Ive ever had. They made sure I was completely happy with my crown before leaving, and really went above and beyond in making me feel heard. Everyone there is also so incredibly nice!
