Outstanding customer service. Quick repair. Car was repaired same day by close of business. Would have given 6 stars for professionalism but the option is not present. GO HERE.

As a woman I am always apprehensive about auto repair shops always trying to upsell me or replace things that do not need to be replaced. J & A was referred to me by my nephew and I have to say that I felt very comfortable there. They explained the issues with my car and carefully explained the pricing. I have never spoken to a mechanic for that length of time - it was great!! I am highly satisfied and I would recommend them always.

I trust no other automechanic service. They tell you like it is and dont push other services/work. Reasonably priced and welcoming to all. They dont treat women (specifically my mother) as lesser like quite a few other automotive places do. Its a bit of a drive for me, but its always worth it.

Advised able to do repair, had vehicle towed to local to then be advised denial of service due to aftermarket parts that were none existent. Never will consider to do biz with again.

J&A Auto - they were on an undercover news show a long time ago that checked to see which shops were going to be honest and they were one of the few who were completely honest about what needed fixed😊my family’s been going there for years. Also once I took my car there and just “knew” something was terribly wrong (expected to have to pay a few hundred bucks) & they called me to pick up my car - said only a bolt/plate needed tightened and didn’t charge me a thing!👍🏼 Very trustworthy/best shop in town!

I used J&A recently for my old Honda Civic, on the recommendation of my husband. The car was repaired earlier than promised, and I found out that they rush-ordered a part to complete the repair. I was impressed by the efficient service and fair prices for what I had done.

Was driving in from lancaster and seen a older lady broke down with a blown tire on her van she just bought and was in a bad spot off the freeway. No spare and only a jack. Figured I would help her out got the car to safe place and called J&A to find a tire to help her was my 4th place to call no tires her size. These guys went out of their way to help me on my good cause and gave a great price on a tire that was in good shape. I would use these guys again for other work. Honest and great service!
