Obviously this business has no regards for human life. This huge vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and came right up to my bumper I swerved over to inside left turning lane to avoid being rear ended. I then told my son lets catch up and get license plates number, we sped up to get plates and could not catch up, finally decided it was not safe to catch up to the tow truck. So his speed had to of been 70-80 mph on a 40 mph posted speed sign. So then I notice him stopped at stop light on 7th ave and freeway. And got his license plate number. CL57554. THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE LIABILITY!

Kevin with Go Towing was so kind, we were broke down and had been waiting on the side of the road for some time, but not because of Go Towing. We called them as a last resort and they came in 20 minutes! Kevin, thank you so much. You were our light at the end of the night! ☺️

Terrible! I called because we had a vehicle towed there after an accident. The purpose of the call was to see if the vehicle was still there because I was asked by the 85 yr old owner, who is in the hospital, to go and retrieve the two walkers from the car. The man who answered confirmed the car was there and that I would need to bring the registration and my ID. I drove all the way from Surprise and was told when I arrived that only the owner or her power of attorney could retrieve the items from the car. WHAT? When I told him that he didnt tell me that when I called, he said well, you didnt ask that question. As you can imagine, at that point I had some very choice words for him. Avoid this place like the plague...

Never got to location to tow truck. Don’t waste your time

My mother was borrowing my car for the day because her battery had drained and she could not get another one until the weekend, me working 2 jobs I allow my mom to use my car because I had an additional one, but when I went to retrieve my car from her tonight being 5/12/21 my car was gone, I called the towing number which a lady answered and stated that they indeed tow my car just about 45 mins prior to me coming to get it. When I asked the woman on the phone why my car was towed she said because it had no parking permit in the window which I was confused because I don’t live there and my mom who is a resident does. The woman was incredibly rude and nasty on the phone and told me that in my mothers a lease it states that every car on the premises has to have a permit, so I asked my mom for her lease and read it over and guess what... there was anything there about the permit, in fact the only signage in the complex was a sign stating that you could not be backed in, in which I was not. So I tone the lease down to the tow yard who the woman who was still being ugly stated that in the contract with the complex it states every car has to have a permit, which I explained to the lady I’m not a resident nor does it state that in this lease in my hands that she stated would. So i called the police department and stated that my car had been illegally towed in fact pretty much stolen which the lady started saying that she was closed, but are you going to tell the officer that when they arrive I asked her? So when the officers arrived and spoke to the woman she all of a sudden did t know anything g, didn’t know what the contract stated and not to mention did not know how to release a car, she literally became clueless to her job. The officer told me to come back in the morning and speak to a lot manager and I just want you’ll to know that in the state of Arizona THAT NO TOW YARD CAN KEEP YOUR CAR FROM YOU IF YOURE ASKING FOR IT, they have to release it with or without payment, and if you’re not aware of this they won’t tell you that either. Also if the tow yard refuses to give you your car back without payment, CALL THE POLICE, because legally they can’t hold your car for ransom 🤷🏻‍♀️

My car was towed and when I payed a lady wrote down all my card and CVV information. Why would someone do this if they were not trying to make unauthorized charges. I called the cops and are going through legal channels. You can not attempt to steal someone’s identity and get away with it.

Basically the worst people to deal with. Received car back, windshield had a new crack. Demanded cash after agreeing I could use a card. Terrible part of town. If you tried, you could not make a business worse than this. There is a special place for people who run a business like this.

Having my car towed was not ideal but i do have to say, CURTIS WAS AWESOME!!! Very friendly and very professional. Helped me figure everything out and I was able to get my car back even though it was after hours (yes I paid the after hours fee). He made the experience very pleasurable despite the circumstances.

The most unprofessional company I’ve ever witnessed. This company needs to be shut down because they are predator to the community. After they tow your car, they will threaten and disrespect you to there maximum potential if they don’t get what they want. They prey on vehicles day and night to make a profit. They are morally corrupt. If you consider this company in any aspect of business, your making the wrong choice. They are 100% scammers and should be put out of business.

Despite the circumstances as to why I had to deal with Go Towing... My actual dealings with the business directly were very pleasant. I was in and out of there with my car in no time at all. Very simple process. Even though my vehicle shouldve never been towed away, Im just glad it ended up being there on their lot and not another tow company that make it almost impossible to retrieve your vehicle with all the hoops and loops they have you jump through, Not Go Towing.

Violated multiple sections of Arizona towing law. Asked for cash only, refused to release the vehicle to the owner, and delayed the report of the tow until 6 hours had passed and they could charge the $120 minimum. If you need a private tow, look elsewhere.

I think they should be put out of bizness for preying on peoples vehicles for their own gain. I had permission from manager where my cat was parked but as of today i have to pay these netks 300 bucks so far.

They tow my car when I parked in front of my house, and I’ve been parking like that for months. A lot of my neighbors’ cars were also towed and when I asked the tow guys said there was a notice sticker that they put on 2 days ago and it was small enough so nobody could see it. There’s no notice to the whole neighborhood, and that’s very ridiculous.

The person on the phone was completely rude and not profesional. Very disappointed on the service. Very bad.

On Sunday 01/27/19 after having a good time, at place in downtown, by 1:30am my minivan black honda odyssey was gone from the spot we park, call police, and find out my vehicle was tow by this company, call them and they tell me i was parking on a restricted area, but the funny part of this was that there was 14 other cars park on the same parking area and they chose my.So by 8:30am I ask again the same question and now they say was because i didnt pay the parking area on an area did not require any paymentWhat a wey to take money away from people, because i end up paying $180.00 to get my car out.But karma comes around.

Car was towed from my own spot. They said they took pictures and when I asked for them they said they cant use their personal phones. After a good chuckle, I asked not for them to be texted to me, but emailed from their computer. He put me on hold and when he came back stated he had the one he just took. I said, no, I need the proof of why it was towed not something he has just taken. I was put on hold again just to be told the tow truck persons phone is dead and if I could come in at 8 theyd have them. I needed to be at work at 530 this morning. They are costing me more than the $135 theyre going to charge me to just get my car back. Im losing a whole days pay as well.

I was towed at a parking lot where a business was closed down. The customer service was terrible. They lied to me about someone getting fired on my behalf because that person was extremely rude to me (actually screamed at me telling me not to talk over him). They also said that Subway towed me, which is a complete lie because that Subway is out of business. I had to pay the maximum of 155$ because they had to open a gate. I guess that the lowest possible rate is 135$. Also, the two people who I spoke to said that they are essentially the police, which was also a lie because when I asked them how Phoenix police have any jurisdiction in Tempe (where I was towed), they quickly said they were not the police. These people were definitely on drugs and were even screaming at each other at some points in time.

If I could give these people no stars I would. They put tow warnings on our designated spot and then towed us around midnight so they could charge for 2 days of holding. They wanted to square up too because theyre a bunch of lowlife thugs when I went to see why they towed me out of a legal spot.

Absolutely the worst! Car was towed all the way from a Glendale parking lot after eating at a restaurant and apparently leaving my car in the lot too long. (No parking signs stating otherwise) This company wrote on windows and when asked them to clean it off after the $186 towing bill, one of the workers yelled at my husband just because we questioned how they treated our vehicle. He became a tough guy because had co-workers around him and showed NO morals. This operation “GO Towing” is just cashing in with the city of Glendale and should be held accountable for their unacceptable business practices! Do NOT hire these ppl if youre wanting a fair experience, they make enough towing ppl for no reason and should not be given any work whatsoever! Negative or Zero stars if I were allowed.
