Red came out with Shamrock towing and used a tiny broken jack to lift the vehicle up to remove the tire and our car literally fell off the jack because he used it wrong. After it was sitting on the ground with no tire on he took off and told us to wait for someone else. I can’t believe how bad I was treated.
Worst tow company in AZ by far. Make sure to call the tow liason before dealing with this company
Shady they told me my jeep wasnt there gave me a address way south side talked with those people they didnt know anything about it when shamrock had it all along. The process took days. Unfortunately for them not days enough to clam your car truck boat motorcycle whatever they get they try to keep.
Quick and helpful pickup
This place is amazing.. they came out and got car started and didn’t try to scam us and make us pay for a tow when we didn’t actually need one! That was very honest and I would recommend them to anyone! Great service!!
Best service in the industry!!
I do dont recommend this company at all. Over 2,000$ in damages to my truck for hooking it up wrong. I did my best to contact and see if any of the cost would be paid. Absolutely not. I had to cover all cost. Dont let this happen to you! !!
They are not opened 24/7. But they can send a guy to release your car afterhours for $45 gate fee, just give them a call 2 hours ahead (that what I was told on Saturday). When I called them on Sunday at 8am (2 hours before my arrival) they said that nobody going to be there until noon-1pm. Great job guys!!! Thats the way to do business!!! 2 stars is good rating for you.P.S. Rating updated to 1 star. Same situation but worse. Sitting here, waiting for somebody to release a car for 5 hours. 😡P.P.S. Few months later nothing changed. I wish I could put another 1 star. Idiots!!! Very disrespectful to drivers!!! 😡😡😡
Avoid this place like the plague!! My truck was towed by them after an accident(not my choice of places). They seemed nice enough over the phone when I wanted to grab some things from it, and then not 3 hours later I find out sometime had stolen my wallet out of the truck and started running up my credit cards! Conveniently just 30 minutes after the tow place closed, and right down the road on Happy Valley is where they started using them. They racked up over $500 in purchases before I could cancel the cards. I find out later they also stole a number of things from my truck, including my shoes and headphones and personal information.I called the place after I found out and asked for the manager to look at footage to see who it was, and all he could say was I hope you called the cops. What?! Didnt offer to help, didnt care it might be one of his employees stealing things from customers. Nothing. Just made up excuses that the camera footage might be too grainy, or probably wouldnt be able to tell who. He wouldnt even try to look at it first. After talking to him for 20 minutes, he finally said hed look at the footage and took my email to contact me. This was just to get me off the phone, because I havent heard from them in 3 weeks.Theres a police case open about this, if youd like to check. Like I said, avoid this place at all cost, and go with any of the other 15 places nearby.
The people that work there are very rude and want your whole life story when trying to retrieve your own car. I went with a friend to help him get his car out but they were rude to both of us especially the woman who in the office. I will never use them for towing purposes if this is the treatment they give to everyone.
Helpful staff, fair prices, lousy computers and phone lines. Hard to find the location but easy to see once close by.
I was asking them if they could pick up my car and the first time they hung up on me beacuse I was asking my boyfriend the car model. The second time I called the guy told me he needed an exact adress and was being very rude to me and hung up. They are very rood and would not recomend it to anyone. They do not even try to help.
My girlfriend was involved in a collision on 06/05/2016 where a Shamrock Tow truck cut across 3 lanes of traffic on the I-10 at 51st Ave. The truck ran over a red Saturn car focus (nearly killing the woman) and the truck spit the red saturn into my girlfriends Mazda (this is all public record). We have been trying for over 5 hours to get ahold of someone from their insurance company (Hudson insurance). Shamrock has told us there is nothing they can if the insurance company is not available, even though their driver nearly caused a pile up during rush hour.Look at it this way, if your car gets towed by Shamrock and is involved in a wreck while on the truck, you will get the same terrible customer service we received, and we werent even the ones at fault!!!Do yourself a favor, avoid calling or using Shamrock Towing and use one of the other 15 tow companys in the area. This isnt the first collision Ive ever heard that Shamrock has been involved in. Again, I am not making this up, this is all public record.
This was by far the worst service I’ve had from any business!! If I was contracted through this company I would terminate my agreement immediately and use another towing company. Shamrock Towing is rude, unprofessional, with horrible business practices!! I’d bet $10,000.00 the front desk receptionist you have at this location has a criminal record and is a recovering/current drug addict. Your employees and business is screaming for help Shamrock Towing!!
0 stars if I could avoid at all cost horrible business!! Especially no respect for transporters
Well its a tow yard. Just like another.
