I was helped to set up a time to have my car towed and the person was on time to pick up my car, very courteous and professional when dropping it off and the price was just right. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

This company is awesome.. They halved me out this morning getting my car to the shop. They worked with as far as how much money I had to get my car towed. The guy that towed my car was really nice and helpful, he also sent me a text to let me know my car was delivered and told me to have a great day. I needed a tow tonight and About Time Towing delivered! The dispatcher called first to make sure I knew that Id have to pay a little extra because of the distance, which was fine. He was very friendly. They arrived a little earlier than my insurance company said they would, which was great since it was about 8:30pm. The driver, Francisco, was just awesome. So very friendly, and professional, and personable. Just an all around nice guy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, you will not be disappointed!

So my car died while i was on the freeway heading back from work. I had to pull off and call for a tow. I only waited for about an hour when AL From About Time Towing showed up to lend me a hand. He greeted me with a firm handshake and said We will get this taken care of no problem. My car is very low to the ground and he was very concerned about not damaging my car so he used some wood planks he had in the truck to safely get my car onto the bed of the truck. I was very happy that he was so concerned for my car as well as my safety. Thanks Al you were the best tow truck driver i have ever encountered. About Time towing is the best in the business!!!!!!!!

I normally dont write reviews but I had to share my experience. I recently moved to AZ and on my first day of work while driving home my car stalled out. I was able to get to a safe place and called my insurance carrier who contacted About Time Towing. From the get go they were extremely professional and helpful. The dispatch was able to give me a exact eta and was able to give me a bill with no other hidden charges. Al was the driver who arrived earlier than I expected and was extremely professional and helpful. This was definetly the last thing I wanted to deal with but About Time made it easier to deal with. Great towing service were schedule to be at my house at 11 pm and they got here sooner then expected. My car is low and driver Al made sure to use wood for the tires, that way my car wont scrape. At the time of towing he offered me water which was really nice of him. Never had great towing experience like this before.

The driver was polite, professional, and on top of everything, helped me into my car after I locked my keys in. The brand new 2016 truck was a nice touch as well. Id rate 6 stars if I could.

I was in a jam and needed to tow a non-operational vehicle to a temporary storage facility. I called my State Farm agent and they sent About Time Towing. Unfortunately, the storage facility I was about to tow to wouldn’t accept the vehicle. I contacted State Farm to cancel the tow but somehow they did not communicate with About Time on the cancellation so I was a bit surprise when they showed up. I explained my situation with them and Joe (the owner) was able to accommodate the tow and storage. Joe and his team really went out their way to provide great customer service. Completely satisfied for the service I received with About Time Towing. Earlier in the week I had a horrible experience with a different towing business. This was a roadside service call through my insurance and I needed to call About Time to make sure it was okay to ride along. The call was answered promptly and rep (sorry forgot her name) was very pleasant and courteous! I received a url to track the tow truck and was quite surprised when the estimated time was only 23 min. I could watch him travel to my house. That tracking alone would get you 5 stars as far as Im concerned!!! Steve was the driver and he was able to get my car ready for towing in just a matter of a couple minutes. Great service- my car had overheated and at the advice of my mechanic I had been instructed to leave it parked. I scheduled a tow later that evening and these guys showed up 20 minutes BEFORE their scheduled arrival. In fact i was still traveling to the vehicle when they called me asking where I was as they had already arrived. Needless to say i was very impressed with this service and although i called the roadside assistance from my own car insurance company- I was very pleased that these guys were the ones dispatched to service my needs. We had the car hooked up and ready to go and we on the road by the scheduled arrival time. Excellent Service guys, keep up the great work.

We were passing through from San Diego to Minneapolis, my truck stopped running in an intersection with a trailer attached. Neal of About Time came to the rescue. We had car trouble late in the afternoon and called our road service insurance provider who contacted About Time Towing to tow our vehicle to a dealer quite a distance away. We were originally told they would be there in an hour, but John showed up in about a half hour. John was very business like and courteous. Thank you John for getting us to the dealership before they closed.

They worked fine when contracted through the insurance company, but dropped the ball when contacted as an individual. I was first quoted the driver would arrive in a hour. Ninety minutes later I call back and now am told itll be another thirty minutes. Forty minutes later, Im now told fifteen more minutes. At this point we just canceled the job, not that they seemed to care. If they had bothered to call and tell us of any delays, that would have gone a long way towards showing professionalism.

I put a call in at 3pm for a tow and my era was at 5:03 thats two hour wait in rush hour traffic stuck on the side of the road. I got a call within 5 minutes of hanging up with my insurance and my driver told me he would be there in 10 minutes. And he was. He got there and was fast and kind and understanding that I was in a situation. Hands up to these guys they are awesome!

Just like most people things happen when you least expect them. On the way to work trying to be the proverbial early bird that gets the worm, instead I get a car that cuts off in traffic. Called roadside assistance and they contacted About Time Towing LLC. The driver Q was very professional. He called to confirm my location and promptly showed up, took the car to the mechanics, he then moved the car to the appropriate working bay, then he gave me a ride to my job. Now my job and the mechanic shop is in Tolleson (literally right down the street from each other). Very, very professional. Great Guy, Thanks Q!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately my experience was not as good as everyone elses.To begin with I was given a pickup window of 3:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. The driver showed up at my house at 5:50 p.m. he said that my address isnt on any of the maps. (No one else ever has any trouble delivering here.)Then I gave him my car key, he attempted to start my car. Of course it wouldnt start which was why I called them. He put my car into neutral and asked me to steer it while he pushed it out behind his truck. He then backed his truck up and put my car on the tow dolly. He shook my hand and left.I called the dealership the next day to find out the status of my vehicle. I was told they didnt have my vehicle. After several hours and several frantic phone calls, I had verified with all About Time Towing that the car was indeed delivered to the correct dealer. The dealer then found my car but told me they were unaware that it was there for service because the tow driver did not put the keys in the night drop.I called About Time Towing and asked them what the driver did with my keys. I was told the driver said I never gave him any keys. Of course this is absurd because theres no way he could have put my car into gear without the key. Now I am out an expensive electronic key, and the spare key. I had to lose two hours of work to go down to the dealership with my other key so I can get my car repaired. Needless to say if I could have given less than one star I would have.

I called & setup a tow from these guys around 6 pm yesterday, it’s almost 2 am & they never towed my car after charging me already. Awful service, I do not recommend them.

I called this company because the address was near my place of business. We had a car abandoned in our parking lot for two days and were a large medical office with very few parking spots so we needed it to be removed. The gentleman who took the call was very rude. He indicated we would need to have the owner sign paperwork, which isnt a problem, but I let him know there may be a wait since the owner was a doctor and was usually with patients. It wouldnt be a long wait but I wanted him to know up front. Then he said we werent on his list of impound lots which was not a surprise to me as we rarely if ever have an issue that requires towing cars. I asked if we should just call another towing company if this didnt work for him and he hung up on me.

BEWARE!!!!About Time Towing is a perfect name for this company. Thats IF they ever show up. They give you a long wait time, then they dont show up. Then you call them again and they give you excuses and tell you its going to be an even longer wait time just for them to contact you later and cancel. Worst customer service ever. Dont use this company if you value your time.

I waited 2 hours for them to arrive stuck on i10. I was literally a couple of streets south from the business location. They never arrived! Another tow truck company had seen me on the street for a while and stopped by and offered me a deal. I started the process around 950pm after trying to fix my car with a friend. I didnt get home until 1am. They changed their estimated time twice after saying theyll be there in an hour, that tuned into 45 more mins. Which turned into never. They sent me a link showing the location of the driver and he was at Taco Bell for 30 mins when supposedly he was dropping off another vehicle. He started heading my way on the map they and he never arrived. I called the shop again and got no answer. And no one called me besides my insurance company automated system that asked if anyone had arrived. A horrible way to start the weekend.

The owner of this facility is sooooooo ruuuuuude, didnt want to give me no information and even cussed over the phone about the location of MY vehicle. Im only adding a star because its mandatory. About Time yall go out of business!!

I was 30 miles from home and blew a tire on the freeway at 11pm. I was able to pull off to the exit ramp and call for help. I was told someone would be there in 30 minutes and after an hour of waiting my insurance company says the driver couldnt find me and then left. I was a little irritated but was told that they were dispatching a second company to help me out. When they called me and i told them my location I was told that I needed a tow due to safety reasons. Unfortunetly they could not help. So by now its almost 130 in the morning and I still was stuck. I recieved a call from Al at About Time Towing. He was very knowlegable of the area and knew exactly where I was stranded. He arrived on time gave a form hand shake and assessed the tire. He loaded up the car on his flatbed and then transported myself and my girlfriend to a safe empty lit parking lot where he proceeded to change the flat. He even gave me a lesson on how to drive on a spare. He recommended a 24 hour tire shop down the road and there was minimal paperwork to fill out. About Time towing knows what they are doing and arent pissed that they have to rescue you at 2 in the morning.

I recomend this company for many people, they got to where I was at exactly when they told me, and My helper Al was legit and made sure I was good and got to where I needed to be

My tire came off while I was driveing on freeway. Al showed up from about time towing. Had a really quick pick up and drop it in same condition as picked up.

These criminals wouldnt return any calls or set a appointment to meet and release my cars that they towed off my driveway illegally so i drive down to the tow yard only to see they started stripping my BMW and completely destroyed my trunk lid and latch from them breaking into my trunk looking for who knows what..... I dont know how theyre still in business.... But im sure thats gonna change real soon!!!!

The driver who came to pick up our truck (very sorry, forgot his name) was so polite, and helpful. As I was watching him prepare our vehicle one of our dogs ran down the street out of sight (yes he is a runaway, and his is chipped). I followed him for 3 blocks needed to come home chage shoes. The driver asked which way the dog went, I told him where and that it was okay, he need not help. Well by the time I put my tennis shoes on, got one of my other dogs leashed to help bring elmer home, the driver had arrived back with him. Another HUGE THANK YOU TO THIS DRIVER, WITH AN X-TRA HUG THROWN IN. He didnt have to but he went out of his way to help bring elmer home. Again Thank you. I will use this companies service again if ever we need it. Not just because of the driver helping with my dog, but becuase he was so polite and helpful.

I had Al Zaya Badal tow my car, he turned a frustrating experience (my tire being flat) into a plesant one with his kind attitude and his professional & fast service. He is definitely the best at his job, because he goes the extra mile that others dont...Hes definitely a KEEPER!!!

WORST FREAKIN COMPANY EVER!!!!!Was given a 2 hour wait time. When they didnt show up we called back and they claimed they never got the call. They said it would be another hour. We finally had to cancel. Called the next day. Was given a 90 minute wait. Almost 2 hours and no tow truck. Called back and we were told that they were busy and it would be like another hour. 3 hours later still no truck. Then got a call from the driver saying it would be another 30 minutes. 45 minutes later we get a call saying they cant come because its in an apartment complex and they cant get a flat bed in here. If you cant maneuver a flat bed in an apartment complex then you shouldnt be driving a tow truck!!!!! HOURS AND HOURS OF OUR LIVES WASTED waiting for this company.
