I find Robert Half to be both professional and hard working. I went into the experience not knowing what to expect of a relationship between myself and a staffing agency. The Office Team at the location on Camelback (Myrna, Alex, Greg, and Colin) communicated with me and reassured me about my concerns (it was my first experience doing a temporary assignment) and helped me market myself. Payment is also prompt. It is a beneficial partnership, I have skills their clients need and Robert Half has the social networking strength I lack. 11/10 would partner with Robert Half again.

Having a Robert Half office on the west side is very handy and convenient. I had a great experience. I worked mostly with Ian who was also a great supporter in securing a position. Ian, who is also the branch manager at Robert Half, takes the time to listen and get to know you and your background and try to match you up with a good fit. Anytime something came up that matched my background they called me and ran it by me. We finally found a fit and they placed me in days, of the original call. I eventually went permanent at the company. Ian was there throughout that process as well.The company here thinks very highly of Ian and Robert Half and he is well respected. They welcome him back, which is a change from a lot of recruiters in the business. I highly recommend Robert Half on the West Side!!

Relocating cross country can be chaotic; especially when you are relocating without a job. Alex Fitzpatrick was a dream to work with. After weeks of seeking employment, she secured a position for me, within the salary that I requested and at a reputable company! I interviewed at 1:00p and received an offer before 4:00p. I had a great experience working with Lonny Miller in the Phoenix office. A friend forwarded me a job description from Lonny that happened to be exactly what I was looking for in my next role. I reached out to Lonny, who wasted no time in getting an interview set up with the company. The interview process ended up taking several weeks, coming in to meet with different people in the company, etc. From start to finish, Lonny was extremely professional, upfront, and communicative. I never had to wonder what was going on as he provided constant updates. On top of all of this, he was very personable and easy to talk with. When I went on to interview I thought Id be working the next day. Not. You see their ads and you call or email them about the positions that are available, but you dont hear back from them. Nothing. As if all they do is collect resumes, nothing more, nothing less.
