When I started with them, I felt confident that they would help me find consistent work. I was told my assignment would be full time, but I only averaged around 30 hours a week, which they did nothing to help with. My contract lasted four months and is now ending. Instead of being recruiters and helping me find another position, they simply said good luck in the future and tossed me aside like a piece of paper they dont need anymore, which doesnt seem like something a motivated recruiter would do. Find another agency

Ive worked with a couple different agencies over the last few years and this one is by far the best! The energy and professionalism here is so wonderful! I spoke with a couple of their recruiters when I came in for an interview and every single one of them was kind, they listened, and I felt like they truly cared about my situation! I recommend anyone looking for a job should use Vaco!!

Ashley is terrific! Shes friendly and professional and placed me in a position that was a great fit for me. She has also regularly followed up with me to see how the position is going. I would highly recommend her.

Absolutely awful experience! They do NOT care about the candidates, only making a buck. Jerrett Eileer was specifically patronizing throughout the interview and hiring process. I still have not been paid for my work, but have been told “the check is in the mail”

Useless and misleading. Vaco came to my university as a part of a job fair, they took my personal info, told me about all these opportunities but never returned my phone calls or emails. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls but they never call me back. The job postings they provide are always a dead end and by this point I just give up and feel free to call this an utter waste of time. I dont know why Vaco came to my school if they have no intention of communicating with us. Im done trying to apply for jobs, this is just another useless job mill that is as good as buying a lottery ticket, dont waste your time.

Recruiters are unprofessional, will not follow up or ghost you entirely.
