My personal experience with Ultimate Staffing Services was nothing short of amazing. From the minute I spoke with Matt on the initial phone call and interview it was if I was speaking to a long lost friend whom I had lost contact with. He was very attentive to hear what it was that I was looking for and what is was that I needed. After a brief discussion about my job search, Matt summarized my thoughts and relayed back to me his perspective of what he believed I would be interested in and what he believed I would be qualified for. We set up a time for me to come in and go over what he believed to be great positions that I would be interested in and qualified for.I had been out of the job market for a few years and was surprised to hear that with my experience,my time away would not be a factor in finding a good fit for me. Most of all, Matt helped me to regain my self confidence in what I would be able to offer any company or position I would be applying for. He not only had a position, but a few to choose from. He explained to me what each company had to offer and job descriptions. Most importantly of all, always keeping my thoughts and feelings on each position in mind. Needless to say the staff all worked together from Jessica the receptionist, Sarah his assistant and Matt himself made sure I was well taken care of and well informed of any and all information and important times and dates relevant to my job search. Ultimate Staffing is a breath of fresh air compared to other staffing agencies I have come across. The staff is amazing. Sarah actually took her time to make my needs a priority when it came to what jobs would be a great match for me. If I could give less than a star I would!! I was approached by the recruiter, Kelli Davis, who was going to set me up with an assighment in LESS THAN A WEEK! From a professional standpoint, this is completely unacceptable. She never even gave me the professional courtesy of giving my present assignment 2 weeks notice! I was angry! I spoke to her supervisor, Mary, and she took up for the unprofessional conduct of Kelli! I could not believe my ears! You do not want to apply for any positions with Ultimate Staffing because they do not afford you the common sense or courtesy of being in any way professional at all! Beware!

I was in such a hurry to get out of my old job, and i started applying to jobs online and luckily for me i was hired on by this incredible agency and was able to leave my old job and look forward to something much better.Its honestly the best agency, never did i have any problems, i was always treated very well and always got paid on-time. Im forever grateful for Ultimate Staffing and i 100% recommend this agency to anyone who wants something much better, they make sure you achieve it and take excellent care of you in the process. Extremely professional, easy to understand, and straightforward process. Betsy is an incredible recruiter. She did an incredible job at making me feel welcome and Jessica did an excellent job nailing down the details. I was skeptical because I have never worked thru a Temp Agency before but I’m so glad I did! This agency called me within days to set up an interview with a promising perm position. (Sarah at the Phoenix, AZ location is who I worked with) the interview went very well and I will be starting on Monday the whole process didn’t take long and the agency helped me a lot with my questions but also listened to my needs too. I would highly recommend applying for positions they offer and let them help you and listen to the advice they give as it’s helpful. I am so thankful!

Ultimate Staffing is the best agency I’ve ran across yet. After not being able to find employment for a month. I walked in for an interview with Adam who is absolutely phenomenal. When I say from the very beginning he went the extra mile in making sure I was interview ready for the client I was preparing to meet “HE did”. He even went as far as calling me 2 hours before my interview to role play so I would be less nervous answering the common interviewing questions. I went on the interview and started the very next week. So if your looking for employment right away I highly recommend “Ultimate Staffing” for your go to staffing agency. Ask for Adam!!!!!!!

They sure will waste your time here ESPECIALLY MARY BETH (person who helped me when I went in for an interview). First of all, kept offering me short temp assignments which was the opposite of what I was looking for AND she was aware of . She left the office without letting me know and had me sitting at a computer for over an hour without letting anyone know to assist me. Worst professional agency Ive been to.

Before I met Sarah at Ultimate Staffing, I was working in call centers unhappy with my work life. Once Sarah got a hold of me I knew I was going to get the help I needed, finding a job I love. Had the interview told me here are the jobs you qualify for well follow up . Interview process super easy they were nice . Never got a call back or a follow up even after calling multiple times per day for weeks and no reply to emails either . If I relied on them to get me a job since they are a staffing agencie they didnt do the job they suppose to do and I worked for previous staffing agencies and never had that problem .

Had a very good experience here. I saw a job posting on facebook and sent them my resume and received a call shortly after. The same day I went in for a interview with Matt the office manager. He was very professional, coachable, friendly, and seemed to love his job! Within the week he got me a phone interview with a company in Tempe and I got in the following Monday. He went above and beyond to fill my needs of immediate employment.

I did some research before attending my first interview with these people. You will find they receive prestigious awards, but fair warning; these people are very nice, but they are impossible to contact on the phone. Even weeks after your initial interview, when they tell you how many jobs you qualify for, they give you excuse after excuse as to how they are extremely busy when they dont give you any further information to help you know if they are progressing on your profile. They do almost nothing to communicate with you other than telling you what you want to hear. In my personal experience, this place is a scam. They put you into their system, and thats it. They spend most of their time recruiting people into their system, but I have yet to receive even one call for a job opportunity, while I have received several calls from rivals. Customer beware; I believe this place is a scam.

My girlfriend had referred me to Ultimate after she landed a new job right away with the help of Mary Beth Swofford. I went in for an interview to see Mary Beth and she listened to all of my needs, but after that I never heard one word from her. I even tried calling and emailing multiple times. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this place at all.

Working with Mary Beth at Ultimate Staffing was a waste of time. She only sent me minimum wage jobs that I was extremely overqualified for.
