Im gonna have to roll my eyes at the company and their client overall. I attended their job interview, which is a scketchy area to reside in for business/employment. However, thats not the issue. My biggest issue is that they posted their company name as JDM Logistics Group, LLC on their job posting on Indeed (now its Moore Advanced, so driving to the address with a different name listed and no contact phone did not help at all). They also posted that the employment opportunity that I applied for was FULL TIME. And yes, I still looked up who the company was, that does not mean you lie to your new hire about the position at all. I applied for a full time position, not a temp to hire.Dont get me started on the client they assigned me to: AZ Pack (AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS, read all of the negative reviews on Indeed, Glassdoor, etc. Those former enployees are telling the truth). That job itself is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. The machines youre operating break down constantly (several minutes into your shift, if not a few hours later). Because you are working around multiple machines, you are exposed to certain chemicals polluting the air, making the hot and humid environment unbareable for all. The only place for cold air condition is the breakroom and the bathrooms. As a machine operator, depending on which line they assign you to, you are not doing much. The machine does the majority of the work for you, so with that being said, why does your trainer/lead (including the nosey employees who NEED to mind their business) questioning if Im doing my work, when the machine constantly runs oit of air supply, breaks down and theres a lot of downtime? Oh, and their employees...just an embarassment overall. They gossip/make fun of temps while playing innocent. A bunch of insecure adults acting like theyre somebody and owns the place. Yeah, those coworkers. When I say avoid any employment with AZ Pack, I mean AVOID ALL EMPLOYMENT WITH AZ PACK (located in Tempe, AZ). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, AND MENTAL HEALTH.There are better temp agencies/job opportunities out there that wont screw you over.

My experience with this business is not a good one. I have experience with business and services like this one. Overall I can only recommend trying the competition before giving the Moore Advanced Inc any of your time. Best of luck to you job seekers. Time is precious.

Not a good staffing agency. Youre better off trying other agencies.

Been with this company almost 7 months. They have provided me with one job that paid 10.50 an hour and very inconsistent. I have management experience, last job paying 15.50, so they clearly arent for your best interest, they put you anywhere and set you up to be stuck. They fail at communication very often. They will tell you there are jobs and you will get there and get sent home because, their communication is poor. I am taking this place to the state because, they have failed to provide me with work many times and Ive done everything I was told to do. I havent had a pay check bigger than $150.00 before taxes from this place. I have had complaints made and never any follow ups, they have told me there was work and started ignoring me, they have said i couldnt go a certain jobs because its too hard for a female to do? Which is discrimination. The list goes on. Please, if you come across this review, I dont complain often and Its been 7 months so its obvious I have patience. They have sent my direct deposit to wrong accounts, they have lost paper checks, they have done it all. STAY AWAY YOU GUYS Find other work with people in the office that can for one communicate and also, do their job. Have a good day!
