Ive been looking for a new place to service my cars because Im tired of people lying to me about whats wrong with my cars and trying to sell me things I dont need or using scare tactics to get me to get work done that doesnt need to be done right away. I found that place here and will be giving them my business from now on and recommending others do the same.Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Prices are more than fair. This place has the feel of a mom and pop hole-in-the-wall type of place, but know know youre getting quality service. They didnt talk down to me because Im a girl and I couldnt possibly know anything about cars! Also, when I told them my key fob didnt work, Scott (the owner) said it was probably a dead battery and popped a battery in for me and now my key fob works! He also gave me a lift home when I asked which was very helpful to me. Im very grateful and, as I said, I will definitely be back.

Miller Auto has performed mechanical work on my trucks for a few years. They took over from In and Out. Scott and his staff have been extremely helpful and fair with the repairs to my vehicles. They stand behind their work and explain everything that they plan on doing before the fact. There are no surprises with Miller Auto. They also perform maintenance on my fleet. These guys are not out to make a buck off the less auto savvy. I came to them for an oil change, and a second opinion on a quote. They reassured me that the suggestions were not needed in my case. They did point out that my transmission was leaking. They fixed that with no extra charge. I was so impressed that I brought in my wifes van for an oil change. God was on our side because the break pads were almost gone. They very meticulously showed me the problem, and after I gave them the go ahead, they fixed it. These guys are great. Took my vehicle in my check engine light was on and needed to go through emissions. My friend from church referred me to Millers auto repair it was fixed fast, more importantly they were very professional, honest and the price was very reasonable . My vehicle was just serviced with oil change and alignment at one of these chain mechanic shops they told me my rack and pinion needed replacing and it would be about a 1,000 dollars. So when my check engine light came on and i took my vehicle to Millers to get that fixed i asked Scott if they could take a look at the rack and pinion and give me a quote on it He told me that there was no evidence that the rack and pinion needed replacing .Millers Auto repair saved me money I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and professionalism they are very reasonably priced, they are my new mechanic shop from now on and I will spread the word . I took my car in for oil leak. When I took my car home I drove it a couple of days later and oil from my car leaked all over car port . The oil leak was not repaired. It was worse.

This was my first visit since the change in ownership. I had a 10,000 mile service done, and the experience was exceptional. The work was prompt and the pricing excellent!! One of the owners (Kim) raised the bar for the meaning of full service- she helped entertain my two year old while I cared for my infant- she actually helped with her the entire visit, giving her a tour with all the stops a toddler would enjoy. They provided cold beverages including juice for kids! Her friendly demeanor was above and beyond, as well as the quality of the work done on my vehicle. I highly recommend!

Millers is AMAZING.

I have been to this business several times due to having a older vehicle with higher miles. As a woman, vehicle repairs and problems are not my specialty. I know how to fill up my vehicle at a gas station. I feel extremely comfortable with Scott and his crew and that I wont be taken to the cleaners with unnecessary repairs or add ons. One shop I had gone to as I needed tires advised they noticed my control arm bars were very loose and needed to be replaced immediately as this was dangerous and could cause a accident. They would be more than happy to take care of it now for me for 1450.00 right now as the tires were already off so would save time as well.This of course left me startled and very anxious, I wanted to get Scotts opinion before making any decisions. Drove straight to Scott at Miller Auto Shop and yes the bars were loose and would need to be replaced down the road. I still had time and would not have a accident because of how loose they were. When I was ready it would be 550.00. He could of very easily agreed with the other shop and to tell me yes this needs to be done. He chooses to have morals and standards and treat his clients with respect. This is just one example of why I am very grateful for having a mechanic with morals and standards and not have to lie to get business.Very appreciative of being treated as a human being and not a dollar sign. Being in business you need to make money of course, this does not mean you need to be greedy and take folks for a ride. Two companies doing the same job but one is 900 more. How sad and disgusting.Scott and his staff will be honest and fair and take care of you. I will not go anywhere else. His ethics speak volumes.

Great service. These guys did a huge job and dropped a new engine in my truck along with a full inspection of my vehicle. Went here for advice for my ac not blowing cold. It was too expensive but I asked as many questions as I could and they had no problem answering them. Ended up paying nothing and went to a cheaper shop to refill the freon.

Worst auto repair shop in the valley I spent over $1000 with them in my car still was not fixed I would not refer friends family or even my worst enemy to this establishment I simply went to them to get my check engine light turned off after they said they fixed my car it broke down down the street we got it back to the shop came back two days later they said it’s fixed and it broke down again down the street the only reason I didn’t go back to them a third time because obviously they don’t know what they’re doing mechanically hence they simply suck at doing auto repairs

This place isnt professional at all. Cant even plug an oil cap back on properly. Car leaked all the oil out before I even got home. Then they try to sell you on brakes and rotors to make some extra cash. Its funny because I got all new brakes and rotors done about 2 months ago, and I rarely drive. Based on other reviews that I recently went through Im not the only one theyve done this too. Ive also noticed that the owner stan replies back to every review with an explanation as to justify how he was right IN EVERY SITUATION. As a professional business owner myself, maybe you should offer some sort of compensation to your clients. Not that I would personally go back myself. Then again you probably dont need to because you guys make all your bread ripping of people who dont know any better. If I could leave 0 stars for this business I would. So now I sit back and wait for your reply. Please educate me on your great inspection process and how desperately I needed new brakes and rotors. Oh and also tell the people how the oil cap wasnt your fault either.

Hands down the best quote for regular maintenance and repairs on European vehicles. I brought in my 2013 VW Jetta Sportwagen SE, they ran a diagnostics and repaired my vehicle for half the price I would have had to pay anywhere else. Thank you so much! Under new management been coming here for more then 5years when Steven and his son were the owners. Definitely agree they’re out for your money. If I could’ve rate it less than a one star definitely would. Been coming here for many many years and never had an issue. Decided to give it a try with the new management and sure enough, gave me more issues. Came in to get an oil change and and they broke my hood. So I had to drive it that way for a couple days bc they weren’t able to fix it the same day we came in due to the fact it was going to take a while and they closed in a couple hours. Kim explained to us how we wouldn’t have to pay to get it fixed since they broke it and even reassured my husband over the phone that we wouldn’t pay for the LABOR, we would only pay if we needed a new part, so we come in again and surprise, we had to pay! It’s not even about the money, it’s about the customer service of the new management and not understanding. We had no problem paying for a new part (if needed) but why pay for something they did? How reassuring is that? To come to a place to fix their mess. But We didn’t even need a new part!!! Which wasn’t the agreement that Kim had come to with us. Why would Kim even set that expectation when Scott (her husband) is just Bluntly rude and not understanding that, they broke it. Never again! Not one to ever write bad reviews but this one totally deserves it so you know what you’re getting into! Bad experience, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Save your money and go elsewhere!!! Not to mention several customers coming in complaining about their check engine lights coming on right after they left the place.

The minute you pull in you are greeted by Steve (dad & master mechanic) or Stan (son who works in office). They take the time to explain and show you any mechanical problems. Super nice & down to earth.My experience with other auto shops in the past always had at least $1000 bill. Didnt matter what problem was, it was gonna cost a lot.NOT THESE GUYS!! THEIR PRICES ARE SO CHEAP AND FAIR & LET ME TELL YOU THEY ARE GREASE LIGHTING FAST!!!Last summer i pulled in with anti freeze squirting out of my radiator in about 5 spots. It was 4pm & they close at 5pm (it was also about 115 degrees outside). MY CAR WAS FIXED BY 5PM THAT SAME DAY.I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Ive been a customer for 8 years. I go to In & Out Lube and Auto Repairs for fast and professional service. Last week the alternator failed. I took it there and within two hours my old Tacoma truck hit the road humming and purring. Once you have your vehicle serviced at IN & Out Lube and Auto Repairs, you wont go anywhere else for two important reasons: the auto technicians are topnotch and the prices affordable.

This place was awesome to say the least i just bought a new car and the car was having a leak a bad leak no idea where it was coming from was hoping it wasn’t the water pump and I got quoted from other places for 1000 or more to fix that on my car. So someone referred me here and when I went there to check out my leak they said it was the thermostat at first then when they got into it more it was the water pump he called me saying that he would only charge me for the part and not labor which was awesome since I was getting stressed out about the money ended up with a 600 dollar charge for everything they fixed which isn’t bad at all from what I was expecting made me feel comfortable that my car should be go to go and warned me about stuff that could happen highly recommend anyone to come here!

The guys here were fast, friendly and straight to the point. They didn’t try to up-sale me on any services that weren’t an absolute priority. I’ll definitley go back as well as recommend this place to friends and family.

Best car repair EVER!!! I promise you the most honest car repair shop Ive ever been to. Thank you Steve, my SUV is working PERFECT.

I called 30 minutes prior to them closing, to get an idea of what it would cost to get my oil changed and the check engine light diagnosed. They said to come in and they would take a look. After running the diagnosis, Stan told me the cause was the gas cap not being tightened down all the way. He didnt charge for running the diagnostic test, and I got a synthetic blend oil change for 35 bucks. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. To me, that is THE definition of customer service. I will most definitely be coming back for any repairs in the future.

On 06/25/18 I came into the shop because my battery had died, and I had a warranty on my battery with them. I asked what the problem was because I just got this battery in February of this year. After the car was inspected I was told that my alternator needed to be replaced, and since my car had a Mini Heart Attack as Steve put it I would need my battery replaced as well. Not really having any other options at the moment I asked how much would cost to have the alternator replaced, and after 5 minutes Steve came back to me with $585 for a new alternator and $485 for a used one and these prices include labor and installation as well. So at this point Im lost because I do need my car for work but at the same time I dont have this type of money to spend on my car. So I asked being that I am a long time customer for over 2 years and 2 cars would you guys take payments and I was told no. Then I asked, can I just get my battery replaced and come back on Friday, I was told that if the battery was changed that it would died in another 3 months, and that the warranty on my battery would end today. I told them that I would just take the battery and that I didnt care if the warranty ended I was told that the battery would only last me 24hrs and then die. So I said Ill just take the car home and park it I dont have that kind of money right now to fix my car. The last words Stan said to me was that I would get stuck some where. When I got home I started calling around and found this shop that rebuilds car parts and they quoted me $135 for my alternator brand new because they didnt have any in stock. All I had to do was find a mechanic to put it in for me, which I did and I was on charged $75 and he even came to my house to fix the car. I only ended up paying $220 which is a whole lot cheaper then what this Father and Son tried to rip me off for. I can understand doing this to new customers but I guess because Im a female and that I dont know anything about cars they could pull one over on me. Theres to much technology out there and even as I sat in the shop waiting for the quote I found an alternator online brand new for $109 plus tax. I dont appreciate scam artists Im not from Arizona, Im from New York City and you have to come around that block pretty hard to steal from me. I work to hard to give my money away that easy and my alternator was the third car part that was quoted high price to me. I just gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe this time would be better. Now Ill do my business where I know that Ill be paying for quality work and NOT BEING ROBBED.

Went to In & Out today without an appointment for an oil change. Found out that my front AND back brakes needed replacing (which I suspected). I got an oil change and all brakes for just over $290, which is very fair. I was In & Out in less than 45 minutes!!! This is a local Father and Son shop where I was treated with the utmost respect. They were so courteous and kind. I have found my new oil and brake shop for certain! Thanks so much!!!

Had gas leaking out of my 86 chevy c20. The pressure valve was stuck open and was draining an amazing amount of fuel. Well, we couldnt find a valve that would not destroy my wallet so they thought outside the box to help me get back on my way.Thank you guys so very much for relieving this immediate stress and now I can go focus on more important things.

My manager recommended me when another place quoting me 4k to fix my car which was stupid. I went in and they diagnosed my car in 10 mins, told me exactly what was wrong, gave me honest opinions about the car and gave me very good price repairing everything. Im new to AZ and has been looking for a mechanic shop to trust for ever. I finally found it. Definitely recommend coming here for ANY service done to your car.

DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Went to this mechanic and they tricked me in to coming in with a price 800$ . then i paid the 600$ i had. Then while they had my car they used all of my 600$ on labor and said that the price is $1800?? Thats 1000$ more than the initial estimate. These are dirty liars, NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

BEWARE!!! I went here to see about my breaks and they told me I needed breaks and rotors. Something didnt feel right so I waited and went to my grandfather when he was free to see if that was the case (he is a mechanic but i typically dont like to ask him to work on my car because hes usually really busy) turns out I DIDNT NEED ROTORS. They will lie to you here and replace things that dont need to be replaced to make more money. Go somewhere else.
