Love this place for my truck service, is best to make an appointment before heading out here, no long lines and the waiting area is very nice, service advisor was very friendly and quick to take my car in.

Appointments don’t mean anything. On two separate occasions waited over 15 mins to be greeted. Once brought in told can’t get to Vehicle or would take hours to get to. On both occasions I ended up leaving. Extremely disorganized no communication with scheduling waste of time. Never again

I would give a 0 star of I could. Julien has worse customer experience by acting smart. He was not helpful at all. I had to take help from a different executive to help me out. He doesnt have a welcoming face nor he takes care of the customers. Worse executive and worse experience. If they have cars which are waiting on service for 11 months it is better they close down the whole place. No one should wait 11 months to get their car parts

Be warned that scheduling an appointment here doesnt mean anything. If you show up at the appointment time, youll just be put behind everyone else there whether they had an appointment or not and be told that itll be 3-4 hours for an oil change. Im not someone expecting a 15-minute turnaround, but when you give customers the option to schedule an appointment, youre implying that its holding a spot, which is not the case here. Wasnt able to get my service done because I didnt have 4 hours of my day to waste.

Took my car in for a recall fix on Thursday morning at 0700 and the Service advisor told me it will be ready by tomorrow night and that he would call me later Thursday evening with an update. I never recieved a phone call, I called Friday afternoon I got no answer, I called Friday evening and got no answer. I called Saturday morning no answer. I called Monday and still no update. First and last time I will be going to them for any service on my vehicle. Plus the service advisor was rude as hell when I asked if it was possible to get a loaner vehicle.

I wish I could say the service department did a satisfactory job. This is the 3rd service I have had here and they just always come up with excuses. I received a recall notice and that is what prompted to get an oil change and paint protection. I also asked for basic tire rotation and fluid refill. They never entered my appt and asked who I spoke to. I was told it would take.2-3 hours. DO NOT TRIST what they tell you. I have to go to this dealership due to the paint protection. Please do not take your vehicle to this incompetent dealership. Since the recall notice was not fixed, I found out this is illegal if something were to happen. Very dissatisfied.

Peter was the most generous and considerate man at this company. He met our standards and let me tell you our standards were pretty high especially getting two GT Mustangs. Definitely recommend this man he’ll meet you needs. Thanks a lot Peter!

I received great customer care from my service writer Mark. I am very pleased they did a full inspection and explained some needed maintenance and repairs. I felt they were very considerate and informative which makes for less stressful vehicle issues. I will definitely be returning to them for future maintenance and repairs.

Ford sales department for used will screw you if you dont watch them closely at Camelback ford. They slap you on the face with super low trade in if you let them. Best thing dont go there.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They want to tell you what they will charge you and hope you read the fine print to make sure you understand THE ACTUAL CHARGE. Why tell me one price then have me sign for another and then say they are not screwing you? This is bad business!!!!

They said they needed a day to fix my car.... then 2 then 3. So i said ok no problem.I picked up my car after they had it 3 days.... and the radio still was broken. The service tech had to know he didnt fix the issue as it was obvious.Just plain lazy....If u like to go back to service department after they should have fixed the issue... u should use them..... if u like it foxed the first timeDEFINITELY GO to another ford dealership

I purchased a brand new 2020 FX4 F-150 from Camelback at the end of January 2021. When their finance guy discovered that my wife and I were paying cash for the vehicle, he treated us very poorly.Shortly after being delivered to California, where I reside, I discovered that when shifted to 4x4 mode, the truck would make a horrible noise. When I took it to Bob Wondries Ford in Alhambra, CA, they didnt know why my 4X4 had a problem. After much hassle, we discovered that Camelback Ford put a wrong size and brand tire on the front left!!! 3 of my tires were the original Good Year Wrangler, size 275/70/18. The front left tire was some cheap Chinese brand, size 265/70/18!!! Nice job, Camelback cheating a customer out a tire!!! There is no way their sales people Ty Watson and Chris Tilden did not know about it. They were the ones who must have swapped it to another vehicle. Thanks to Bob Wondries Ford for a Good Year 275 tire covered by warranty, which took care of the 4x4 issue.

Warranty services ok warranty only or free oil changes they offer when buying. Anything else no way had my black f150 detailed a few months ago what a joke that was during busy times working two jobs had no way to bring my truck back waited until my oil change was due to bring it back we’re all dealing with COVID issues yeah shame on me for not calling in right away but professional service I got not at all basically insinuated I had the truck detailed again after having them detail it whatever rude and unprofessional. When I told the service guy that’s a joke he said you’d be surprised. I don’t think so my truck has only been to camelback ford my truck at night or in the shade looks awesome put it in the sun and you see nothing but buff marks all over it and yes I bought it used and it didn’t have any buff marks on it. Since I have owned the truck the truck has only been hand washed. Buying or having service make sure you get everything in writing if buying and make sure you walk your vehicle off before you leave your vehicle there take pictures if you have to. Protect what you own!!!! Just saying.

Took my car in today to get the AC compressor replaced since it was blowing hot air and leaking freon... not only did they replace it but they recharged it and got it blowing cold again!! I was there for quite a while today but it was worth the wait great service ill be Back

1 of 2 Fraudulent issues: I took my Flex in due to the Check Engine light coming on and car started running very rough, a dealerships dream, and they said it was a loose wire and charged $150.00 for the diagnostic fee. I got 1 block away and it came back on again and started running rough. I then went to Autozone and got a FREE code check and found out it was the ignition coil. I paid $80.00 for the coil, changed it in 10 minutes, and the car runs perfect now. It became apparent to me that this was all about maximizing the revenue on this simple coil replacement. Camelback Ford fraudulently tried to add $150.00 to the price of this simple repair through their diagnostic charges. It gets better, read 2 of 2 in my Google reviews.

Best place to get your ford serviced. When I had engine oil leak, i went to sanderson ford and bell ford and they all refused to give me an appointment saying it’s a minor leak and ford won’t cover it under warranty. Even if they did i have to leave my car there for 3 weeks. I called here, got the appointment next day for inspection and got the appointment to fix a day later. Ultimately i got my car fixed in 2 days and everything was covered under warranty. Never went back to any other dealership.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out to provide any service. Then I decided to go inside and chase someone down so I can get an oil change. 10 people inside hanging out doing nothing. Finally get a hold of someone and it’s like their doing me a favor. I left, worst experience I ever had at a Ford service center. I won’t be coming back.

Waited 4 hours for an “express service” I don’t recommend, the job is satisfactory, the service isn’t anything special, but they don’t enforce employees or guests waiting to be wearing masks. I would not recommend getting a service here, they don’t seem to care about customers much.

I received a call that they have oil change special for $29.99 for my 2013 Ford Explorer Limited, upon arrival I was told something different and end up paying $53.00. When my car was returned to me it looks like the car was driving in a desert covered with dust, and the most annoying thing was that the inside of my car was also covered with dust. They also messed up one of my tire but thanks to Discount Tire, I got it fixed for free. I will never make make mistake going to that service center again.

I took my 2012 Ford Focus to have a recall done. The service department was absolutely rude to me and treated me like I was nobody. They told me the car wouldnt start because of a pre-existing problem. The recall states that the car may stall and leave the driver with the inability to restart the car and that is what had happened. They told me that the battery had leaked and that it had caused the issue. When my mechanic and I looked at it there was no such evidence of what this service department was trying to tell me. They basically acted like they are not doing it, they dont want to do it because its an older car etc, etc. Ive never been to so badly treated by any service or business at anytime. It felt like they lied to me about the car and I think it was because I was a woman and they thought that I wouldnt know what they were talking about.

My vehicle has been in the shop for 21 days. Customer service is terrible. They only give a rental based on warranty. So I only had a vehicle for 10 days and that was only because they could recover it from the warranty company. Ford sent the wrong parts and now it will be in there for even longer. And they refuse to help with another loaner. They dont even try to help they just give you a number for ford customer care, which is useless and rude on the phone.Never buying ford again. Go somewhere else with better customer service and cars that dont have an engine that needs to be rebuilt after just 5 years. And with a team that wont help when for is at fault.
