No one cares at this place. Besides having good prices, Walmart auto center has ZERO customer service. Several of us waited for someone to acknowledge us at the counter. Kept pressing the “assistance needed” but no one arrived for 15 minutes. Great prices but no customer service. Fix it Walmart! There are other options.

The guys here were super friendly, funny and honest about the wait time. much appreciated having this experience coming all the way from the east coast :)

We took our vehicle in for a battery replacement only because its hard to get to. When we left their center, we noticed a tire cap was missing. They knew nothing about it. Driving home, the check engine light came on. Discovered the air filter housing was broken. It was not like that when we jumped it. Would not recommend as its apparently ok to just break stuff to sort of do one job.

Very disappointed with the service I received. Son had bought 4 new tires 3 weeks prior. While driving on the 101 freeway had a blow out. After the blow out while waiting to be towed the rear tire had a large bubble in it. Instead of replacing the tires that were only 3 weeks old they would only sell us 2 more tires. These where obviously faulty tires. I will never do business with Walmart Auto Center on Happy Valley again.

This is the only place I go to get my tires changed and oil changed. I had Ben who helped me a majority of the time he was nothing but nice! What kind of service he gave me is what makes me want to go back again and again!!

Still waiting to get my tire road Hazzard. Hope they get them in soon.

Its 4pm and they dont want to do oil changes. Ridiculous! They complained theyre backed up. I dont understand how this department is still running. The 2.0 stars review they have is 1000% accurate. Never again!

Employees here are at a competition at who can do the slowest job. They dont want to take any more customers 3 hours before they close. NOT SURE WHY THEY ARE OPEN. STAY AWAY!

I should have checked reviews before I brought in my truck for a simple oil change. All the items they said were checked were not. My washer fluid was still empty, my brake light was still out but they checked it off as done. Now I dont trust they even used high mileage oil. My service tech said the tech who serviced my truck is a little off whatever that means. I understand why the have a 2.0 rating now.

Left my vehicle for 4 hours easily explained the 4 tires inside the vehicle needed to be balanced and put on in place of the bald horrible 4 tires currently on. Received no phone call to say it was done, had to call and when I showed up they didnt do anything!! Set aside your whole day if you plan on coming down here. Dont depend on the guy taking in your vehicle to do comments on your work order correctly.Spoke with the manager who told me give me 30 minutes Ill get it done correctly so I wait and watch across the parking lot what he does. He starts walking toward the vehicle after about 30 minutes and tells me when they took it off the lift a tire popped. Were going on 5 hours now..He proceeds to fill my tire with air and it holds air fine, so now its obvious you didnt balance my tires if it was deflated when you put it on my vehicle.so then I stay in the garage at this point tell him to balance the tires in front of me he assures me it was done but proceeded as I asked and the tires were not balanced at all.6 hours to get tires simply balanced and put on a vehicle. Lost all faith. I appreciate all the manager did to make it right but lying to my face isnt a way to get a returning customer. Good luck

Ive only come here once, but my experience was well above average, especially for Walmart. I needed a new battery for a 2008 BMW 525i. Some places wanted to sell me the battery for far too much money and charge me an even more ridiculous amount to install it. One place couldnt even find the battery in the car to replace it.Finally, I came to Walmart and received great customer service, an inexpensive battery, and fast, free installation. Wandering around the store and grabbing stuff I needed anyways while they installed the battery was a convenient, added bonus.

Very professional and quick service!! I highly recommend this location. This is my 3rd visit for an oil change and every visit has been the same!! I love consistency!

Absolutely one of the worst places to get any kind of service. Everyone already knows how long it takes to get a simple oil change at walmart and this facility had me waiting for over an hour just to let me know they would not be able to do the oil change. Inconsiderate and non responsive.

I come here for my oil changes most of the time and Im usually in and out within an hour and the service is just fine, which brings me back. Today, I pulled up and there were only two cars ahead of me. This was no problem as they said itd be an hour. It took over two hours for them to change my oil and after the long wait I realized they put high mileage oil when I asked for synthetic. There were also other people that had waited a lot longer than they anticipated and one person had their car removed from the bay and left. Im disappointed and unsure if Ill return any time soon.

SAFETY HAZARD!!! Just got my 4th set of tires in only the past 2 and half years because the workers have been over filling my tires PSI on each oil change. Of course they are in denial and write down even 35 PSI on their documents but never has my digital monitor ever show even psi when leaving their shop. They are liars and I am forced to proceed legally as they are unwilling to be practical and see their workers are not doing the right thing and costing us excess money.I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to. 4 sets all bald in the center on all of them. SmhThabk got for professionals to call them out in court since they do not care about their workers putting their customers in harms way on the road while draining our pockets!.They should be ashamed of themselves for the uneducated workers they hire and for their lack of customer care.

DO NOT go here to get your car serviced for anything. After getting a simple oil change, the air intake tube went missing in my car. I called to ask about it and the assistant manager, who sounded like he couldn’t care less about my issue, said there was nothing at all that they could do to help. They couldn’t replace it for me or even offer a discount on parts. Absolute worst customer service ever. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

They did a fine job, just not used to 90 minutes for an oil change. They did tell me up front when I asked, that they hoped to get me out in 90 minutes.

Do not go here for anything!!! 2 hours to do a simple oil change......after they finally finished the car died twice in the their garage and the check engine light came on. Now they are not claiming any responsibility.

I think they new to re-brand this department. They call it TLE or Tire Lube Express, but from the experiences Ive and everyone I know has had, they need to drop the express part. Dont go in expecting to be done in under 3 hours.

Service and the staff are a disgrace. They should be closed down.

Worst customer service ever! Dont waste your time coming here. They forgot I was waiting to habe my tire replace, i had to go inside again and ask them how much longer I had to wait.

Consistently terrible service from the technicians. One car in the bay and I was told the exact same story after two hours of watching them do nothing that the oil drain plug was too tight so they cant risk it which was a complete lie of course. Ill never go back.

I got a blow out right there on Happy Valley and the 17. Limped the vehicle to Walmart to get a set of new tires. I stood there like a fool for 20 minuites waiting for one of the 5 guys working on maybe 3 cars. ( Im paraphrasing) Anyway, everyone acted as if they were just to busy to even ask me if I needed any help. After the 20 minuites, I bought a can of fix it flat, aired up what was left of the tire, and went to Dicount Tire, where I was treated like I was the only customer they had. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT WALMART!!!!

Trust the terrible reviews and just go somewhere else. Ive gone to this location multiple times and its nothing but excuses, and unhelpful and lazy workers.

Showed up on a Monday at about 6:20 pm to do a warranty exchange on a tire. The close at 7pm to I knew I was cutting it close but they took care of me and had me out of there about 5 mins past 7. Costed me $0. That’s why you always get the warranty people.

This place is hopeless and worthless. Took 2 hours to know the tire cant be repaired. Lazy technicians and no proper information. Not coming ever again to this shi**y place again.

I needed to have a tire replaced. They got my car in right away but it still took them an hour which was ok. What I didnt care for was the mechanic stealing my change out of my cup holder. Looked like he went through everything inside my car. Not cool!!

Went there today and got an oil change and two new tires Barbara was the staff member that helped me very friendly and nice. Service only took a little over an hour

Was kept waiting for three hours for an oil change with an estimate of one hour. Was told it would be another 1.5 hours. Left. Dont recommend unless you love wasting time.

This was a very unprofessional tire center. They told me it would take 1 hour to rotate tires. I left my car and came back over an hour later and they hadn’t even started. Then, I was told that it would take at least another 1 1/2 hours before the work would be complete.

Just tried to call to get an estimate and the rep was so rude. Wouldnt help look up my wheel size, completely unprofessional. Go some place else!

Do yourself a favor and stop going to Wal-Mart for automotive related things, they do almost everything but a battery change poorly or incorrectly.
