They are great, they saved me a lot of money! Always get oil change here but i needed a new thermostat, and other 2 places were charging me about $600 to replace it. Instead, this nice person, Ross, told me to buy a piece from an auto store, and he can put it in for me. Only cost me less than $200!

Went in for an oil change. First, they wouldnt honor a coupon because they stated they were under new ownership. Next, the jerk advised that he wouldnt change the oil because the mileage listed was incorrect. Ive been working from home for 18 months so I drive the car infrequently. Horrible service!!! I will never go here again.

I called to ask about an oil change for my Volvo. They told me to bring it in. I told them I wanted to know if they had the filter. After much pulling of teeth I got the tech to look up my car. No they didnt have the filter. Special order. They were perfectly happy to waste my time going there to tell me they couldnt do the job though.

I’ve gone to this location for years. The workers had me sitting there as they worked on a car that arrived after I did. When I confronted the worker about why he serviced the customer who arrived after me first he did not respond. When I asked for the same discount as the other customer which is also listed on their website. He responded I guess I can give it to you. This is how he responded to the other customer. He was rude and unprofessional the whole time and I’ll never return to this location.

I had used Valvoline Instant Oil Change for all my oil changes since moving to Phoenix a few years ago. Let me clarify this for you: Valvoline Express Care is NOT the same business but a separate entity also offering on-demand, drive-through oil changes, tire rotations, filter changes, etc. under the Valvoline brand of oil. Valvoline Express Care is a MUCH BETTER business than Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The former explained to me the problem with my beat up engine cover after the latter damaged it beyond repair. I ordered a replacement engine cover online and went back to Express Care a week later, and they installed my replacement cover without a second thought and without charging me for the extra service. Thats the kind of service that yields return customers.

Ive been spoiled by Valvoline Instant Oil Change / Express Care for quick, no-fuss oil changes. They do the job quickly but have yet to be disappointed or worse, ripped off, like I have at Firestone many years ago.

If you have less time than money, this is a great place. Get your oil changed with out getting out of the truck? Take my $109

How to stay of the year right near closing these guys had no problem taking care of me in a hurry. Little pricey but I like full synthetic so.

Im a diesel mechanic working on simi. I brought my truck in to have them do a service. Yes I could have done it myself, but when Im not at work my time with my family is more important then working on my own vehicles. They did not check the air filter but said they did, same with the transmission, coolant and its below the add mark, differentials they said they checked, well I looked and the plug wasnt wet and no marks from a tool being put on the plug. Didnt check the tire pressure and the paper said they did. I will not go back and I did file a claim. Ross and pat were the 2 people that worked on my truck.

Call check their availability they said they had open availability which they did and had got a coupon from online for 50% off conventional oil change I told the gentleman working theyre about it he said yes I understand I will get it covered then got the oil changed went to pay showed him the digital coupon and he said we do not accept that here when he told me before the oil change he would very deceiving snakes dont trust them there will never go back

I came to this location for an oil change on 2 different occasions. They changed the oil but didnt do anything else. No fluid check, tires, or anything other check off on the list they say they did. My fault for thinking they would these things.

Ross was my tech and he is always so kind and helpful. He took the time to check the coolant and brake fluid in my vehicle. The service is quick and I dont even have to get out of my car. Ross is the reason I come to this location! I highly recommend these guys.

I went here to get an oil change and while I was sitting in the car with my baby waiting I heard a loud noise and my car shake from underneath the car and I figured it was part of an oil change.. not knowing much about car stuff. I noticed my car was loud after leaving so I had someone look at my car thinking my air filter wasnt changed but these guys literally tried cutting my exaust off!!! The other mechanic told me alot of ppl have been stealing exhausts for money!!! Im livid! The worst part about it was the guy who did the uptop part of the oil change was so nice to me and even showed me how to get my spare tire. This is outrageous what ppl do to others for money!

I always love going here. Top notch customer service, super attentive and quick, and the staff there are always courteous. While I live in Gilbert, and there are other businesses that offer similar services, Ive preferred taking the trek to Ahwatukee to this place. Theyve always given me peace of mind with every routine maintenance/fluid flush/fluid change/filter replacement/etc.

Super convenient in that I didnt have to get out of my car and took about 10 minutes total. Wish they would have spent a little more time putting the undercarriage of my car back properly since my drive to California the next day included some major inconveniences.

I told them 5 w 30 conventional the guy commented the best I said yes the best 5 w 30 they put in synthetic and I even told him no synthetic.had sticker shock when he told me $95 thats what the $10 coupon online. He acted like he wanted me to pay for it. I told him I do not want that in my vehicle so he finally removed it said he was going to put it back in the barrel and he changed it back to conventional. My family and I have always gone to Valvoline, though usually in California. I didnt expect this experience. I went in for an oil change yesterday and the technicians were nice enough to look over the rest of my car. They told my boyfriend and I that we have a water pump leak and we should get that fixed. We left and only drove 17 miles and my car stops working. Fast forward to this morning and Ross comes to look at my car. He lied a said that he told us yesterday there was an oil leak when he did not say that. Furthermore, I called to speak with Fred the manager and he hangs up on me TWICE because HES DONE. Fred says that Ross noted in the computer that there was an oil leak. My print out does not show this at all.. Nor did Ross physically write it down on my print out. If you notice that there is an oil leak WHY would you let your customer DRIVE OFF. They are negligent, rude, and disrespectful.

I have taken all of of my cars here for service and am always extremely satisfied with the work that is done. They go above and beyond to make sure things are done correctly and that I am happy. They are honest, trust worthy and fair. I am a customer for life.

I thought Id give Jiffy Lube a try, as its a stones throw from my dwelling (48th and Warner). It has awful reviews, and rightly so. Thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt anyway. I parked in front of an open bay, walked in, and stood at the front window for 15 minutes. No one spoke so much as a word to me. That includes locking eyes with a technician and saying, hello. They didnt even look in my direction when I got back in my truck, and turned around to leave.So, I drove a few blocks up to this Valvoline Express Care, was greeted, serviced, and out in a total of literally 8 minutes. Even the technicians were courteous. Though the mileage for next service due on the window sticker was keyed in incorrectly, their customer service, and work performed have earned my business straight away. Well done and high fives all around to these guys. Looking forward to seeing them again in 5,000 miles. Being as I drive an awful lot in my work truck, that will be soon.

Ive been having my oil changed with Valvoline for years .This place is franchise owned. Right away after changing oil wanted 49.00.Ok, why so high? He says theres a 3 shop charge. Ok,are you gonna check air in my tires and wash my windows ? No we dont do that .ok,and we dont top your fluids for free if you come back ok.I have this coupon for valvoline Express I got off your website .I have to ask the mgr ok.Mgr says we dobt take American express coupons ! What the heck.its your coupon with your address oh ok reluctantly how much is it for ? He tells mgr 10% ok give her 10,% off. I am not ever ever recommending this place or coming back. I will continue having Valvoline in Flagstaff change my oil .

This is a fraud express care center at 48th st. Phoenix, AZ. They did not honor my coupon. First they refused to even look at the coupon. Then after the servicing was done, they denied the coupon saying that this is the express care and coupon is instant oil change. I feel cheated. This service station is a scam.Not recommended at all.

*WOULDNT RECOMMEND*$100 FOR AN OIL CHANGE$200 FOR TRANS FLUSHTook my vehicle here cause I desperately needed an oil change and ended up getting a transmission flush as well.The staff seemed friendly and very easy to talk to while they changed my oil and trans as well as check my other fluids.Fast-forward 30miles and its after midnight.My engine cuts on the freeway out of no where. *screeching and lighting up my Dash with error codes*I limp the car back and ask them to check it, then all three guys start telling me at once how they couldnt be held responsible.I limp the car back home and look in my engine bay and find MULTIPLE THINGS WRONG.*The brake/clutch fluid hose to the engine was UNPLUGGEDWhich was a fluid they checked*A one-way valve connecting my throttlebody to the engine was broken.I suspect because the valve rests attached on top of the engine by my oil intake an employee may have damaged it while preforming the oil change.Im upset the MANAGER refused to even look in the engine bay or except responsibility when I came back BEFORE anything was fixed as I dont live far, even though I physically pointed and should them all what was wrong.Wont be going back and wouldnt recommend.

Deceptive. They are not affiliated with valvoline instant oil change. So I came expecting to use my valvoline coupon and my oil history saved. I found all this when i arrived. Despite all that i decided to give them a shot. 15 min into my oil change hear them beating underneath my car harder and harder. I asked why are you beating my car? They said theyre having trouble with a stripped screw. I said forget it and left. Nice guys but very disappointing exp.

Well not sure where to start but if you want poor service go here. I got my oil changed here in January. They were very fast i was in and out in about 15 minutes. I was happy with the job they did. Now fast forward 2 weeks I started to notice spots on my paver stone driveway. I thought it may be just liquid from my air conditioning being on in my car. No it was oil leaking from my car. I have a brand new kia and I know it wasnt an issue with the car. But just in case it was I took it to my local kia dealership to have it checked out. The mechanic there informed me that whoever did the work on my car didnt tighten the drain plug on my car. They said finger tight. With that said I had to have the oil changed again within a month. Thanks valvoline. So I pursed to get my money back and to have my driveway repaired. I contacted valvoline corporate they responded back in a timely manner which I loved. Charles dick exoress care advisor emailed me apologizing for the mess in my driveway and stated Our Express Care locations are independently owned and operated, however, I have tasked them with cleaning up your driveway and making good regarding the second oil change you had to pay for. This was amazing feedback and I felt like I was being taken care of. However, I waited over a week to hear from the owner of this location nothing was done on his/her end. I emailed Charles back and he went back on his original email by now stating Valvoline has no responsibility other than making a recommendation regarding a solve to the issue. So it went from tasking to recommending a solve to the issue. Thanks alot. So when it comes down to it I had to pay over a hundred dollars to have my driveway repaired and paid for two oil changes in a month. I will not be recommending this location to any of my coworkers or friends. Very disappointed in this location and valvoline as a corporation.
