I bought a 2022 x5 xdrive 45e from Chapman BMW on Camelback on 8/28. Ray Small, the salesman, is excellent and extremely knowledgeable. My experience from the initial buying process to finance was great. The team at Chapman BMW on Camelback clearly excel at customer satisfaction. I do not reside in Arizona but will definitely do business with them in the future.

I both bought a car from this place in 2015 and have had it serviced here as well as the Chandler location. I did as much of the buying process as possible over the internet and they were easy to deal with. They didnt talk down to me or play games. The cars had no problems over that time and Ive never had a problem with the service department either. Its easy to make an appointment online, show up, meet with the advisor, get into a loaner, and take off. They send a video when they do their inspections and speak to me like Im an intelligent adult (regardless of the reality). Im at the point of paying for service out of warranty now, which isnt much fun, but its been worth it so far. They know what theyre doing with the car and theyve been straight with me about it. I appreciate that and look forward to (hopefully) several more years of use out of the car. If youre in the market for a car in the 30s to low 40s, then Id still recommend checking this place out if you like any of the entry level cars. I was in that budget and went this route with an X1 because I liked the car (E84 rear wheel drive version) and because theres an overall better service experience then there would be with a volume dealer. Thats something you have to live with too over the life of a car.

First of all, I really don’t want to leave a negative review on here. I just read through all the good reviews and owner responses. it seems like the owner does really care about his customers which is very nice. Now I’d like to share my experience: We just got a brand new 2022 bmw x3 this morning from this location. 2 stars is for the lack of customer service I received from them today .financial person Seemed irritated when we had a question( I am not saying that We have lots of questions, it was just 1 simple question that I was asking how did they calculate the interests, because it was different than what We calculated)it’s just that simple but he keep saying we were wrong without explanation.( he said he does not know. he just put in the system, system gives him numbers) my husband and I are looked each other like confused? someone should know ? If you don’t know how can you expect us to know ? and then he walked away saying that “I need a break” by treated like this way ( disrespectful) I was just that close to walk out the door. To be honestly, we are not difficult at all, pretty simple knowing what we wanted, not even request for a test drive.We value both of our time ? This morning no one has really go over things with us, manager just took my credit application and run my credit put information in the system did not even tell me what my credit was and what was my apr till I asked.then the financial person just expected me to go to his room to sign all the paper works. It seems that they just want to get you out there quick.this is not my first time purchasing a car from a dealer but This is probably the most unhappy experience that I have ever had from a dealer .I was not excited at all for my new car. It Ruined my mood, I do expect better customer service when Toyota Honda or all others, even other bmw locations can provide a good customer service, why not ? Chapman CAMELBACK. I absolutely love Chapman BMW. When I bought my BMW in Dec 2020 I was literally in and out with in an hour. No hassles no nothing. I just dropped the same BMW for service. They called me to remind me it needed service which I love, drop off was hassle free they already had a loaner vehicle for me and it was a 2021 BMW! Love it!! I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else!

My first purchase at Chapman BMW on Camelback and it was nothing short of outstanding. Kim Reid is awesome to work with in Sales and I highly recommend her. We test drove to find the right set up, she then looked and found the right vehicle and did a dealer trade after we agreed upon price (through email). She sent me all the paperwork to complete and email back to her. Set an appointment for the next afternoon when the car was cleaned, prepped and in the delivery bay when we arrived. F&I experience was the best Ive ever had - zero pressure and we were in and out of the office in 10 minutes. Left in my new vehicle about 40 minutes after arriving, including me taking my time looking it over. Just fantastic - I highly recommend this dealership.

What an amazing team! This is my third purchase from a Chapman dealership (1st with Camelback BMW) and I was happy to find that the whole process was as simple and straightforward as it was at Chapman Scottsdale VW where we did our other two deals with this group. There are few dealers you can rely on for outstanding ethics and service. The Chapman group is one of them.From Trinidad and Steve in sales to Austin in finance and Jordan in delivery (called a genius- lol!), the whole experience was just easy! When Trinidad wasnt available, other reps gladly jumped in to help out. Linda was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle, did not apply pressure to us to buy, and took a lot of time with us after the sale to teach us the car’s features. Fantastic service and great value! I purchased my BMW from another dealership in town and was not fully satisfied with their service department. From the moment I drove into Champamn BMW service department, I was impressed. My service advisor Taylor Gooley was helpful and informative. I was given a loaner, and an hour later, I received a text with video link that had my mechanic reviewing my car and providing recommendations! 30 min later, I received a text that my car was ready for pickup. The parts store had a 20% off sale, and I scored some great accessories at a discounted price. Champman BMW should be an example for how luxury car service departments should run.

BEST SERVICE EVER! Go see RC in the sales department, hands down the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. He went out of his way to get me into an awesome car and he even helped me remove a stereo system out of my trade in. Super nice, easy to talk to and never made me feel uncomfortable with the sale. Amazing experience buying a car with BMW Chapman on Camelback! Bought my dream car and had a nice road trip going home. Mimi Khaivilay picked me and my son at the airport where we flew in the morning from Colorado. She drove us back to the dealership where we spent only an hour.They made us feel like family.Sammy DeStefano had all paperwork ready for me to sign so we could hit the road and be at the Monument Valley at the sunset. Great young man, pleasure do do business with. AWESOME FREE TRIP INSPECTION!! We were looking for safety when we bought our daughters first car (X1) this year. As she’s taking her first solo distance drive this weekend, Chapman BMW Camelback invited us to bring the car in for a complimentary trip inspection where they did a General Safety Inspection that included looking at her tire tread & pressure, condition of her wiper blades, topping off her fluids, checking all of her bulbs and washing her car before she headed out. Such a cool benefit. Love knowing she’s safe on the road in her clean shiny car!! 🙌🏽

I was initially attracted to the financing promotions offered for new BMWs. Then I met China, the Sales Person at Chapman BMW on Camelback Rd., and was very impressed with the level of service, professionalism and courtesy she provided. Ive worked in commission sales. After China provided information via multiple e-mails, calls, 3 visits and test driving 2 BMWs, I bought a new 2021 BMW from China. While the financing provided was great, I wouldnt have purchased if the Sales Person didnt provide exceptional services. I will recommend China to anyone I know that wants to purchase a new vehicle.

I took my 2014 BMW X5 to Chapman for a pre-purchase inspection to make sure the vehicle was solid before buying it. The vehicle passed the inspection with flying colors as I expected for an SUV with only 54k miles. I purchased the X5 and 4 months later I got an error code stating drivetrain malfunction. Turns out it was 1 of the fuel pumps that had failed. I set up a service appointment and worked with Steve Lopez at Chapman. He kindly gave me a loaner vehicle and a day later the vehicle was repaired. I was a little bummed about the fuel pump but the level of service I received was excellent and the convenience of the loaner vehicle made up for it. Apparently my car has 2 fuel pumps and the other one failed a month later. All things considered, Chapman waived their labor cost on the 2nd fuel pump replacement so again they stepped up to help me out. Good guys.

I have been lucky buying cars online in the past. I cannot express in enough words how awesome Jaylen Pacheco was during the negotiation process, thru the delivery process and after delivery. He was always easy to reach by email or phone and helpful every step of the way. Jaylen treated me like I was the only client he had over the two week period. He worked like I was right next to him every day going over details and features on the car. He even took the time to shoot a walkaround video of the car once it was detailed. I reached out to Chapman for a used truck through truecar, received a response but I was busy and asked if they could call at a certain hour. Didnt receive a call back until 20min prior to closing and was told that a salesman would contact me the following day along with a video of the truck(buying from out of state). I understand customers that are present have priority but I didnt get a call back all day. I then check truecar and see that the truck has now increased in price. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere.EDIT: Michael and Cameron were very helpful and went out of their way to strike a deal. Its the end of the month and I understand things can get very hectic. They were very clear and made sure to explain everything with great detail to insure I didnt have any doubts or concerns. Would definitely recommend this dealership. Thanks again guys.

Finance manager, Mike, had me sign paperwork, then changed the paperwork afterwards to a different lender that I specifically did not want to do business with. Literally crossed out what we had agreed on after I signed and left. I have the modified documents. Not cool. Not legal. Not honest. I talked to him and he denied it, while I was literally holding the papers. I otherwise had a good time buying a car here but pretty hard to look past what I would deem shady business practices.

I bought a fully loaded 2020 BMW X7 about a month ago from Chapman BMW on Camelback. It was very simple and painless procedure. I shopped around and went with the price that another dealer was offering me. I was assigned RC as my sales person. I told him what I wanted to pay and what the other dealer best price was. He went and reviewed it with his manager and came with the best offer pretty close to what I was willing to pay. We closed the deal and I am thus far happy with my purchase. RC is a great sales person, he is not pushy, keeps the conversations short with no BS. He will do his reasonable best to get you in a brand new BMW. I recommend Chapman BMW on Camelback and RC the sales person. RC even set up my Garage door remote in my BMW. Steve the BMW Genius at the dealership was also very helpful.

Gotta give 5 stars dealing with service this time around. Just purchased a 430i Gran Coupe and had some minor concerns to get addressed. They took me in last min, got to work on the car virtually after I left, AND sent me a literal video from the shop of my car detailing what was fixed, and showing the under carriage of the car (very cool). BIG thanks to Mitch Timothy in handling this all for me, and your shop foreman for going for a ride with me to find the issues I had. Thanks guys!

Recently purchased a used high end sports car (Porsche Cayman) from Miranda, Michael and Nina at Camelback BMW. As an out of state buyer this was not an easy decision but they all did a great job answering my innumerable questions. Sent me pics and vids of the car. Honored their word at every step. My Cayman showed up via enclosed transporter and was not only in pristine condition with zero issues but has exceeded my highest expectations after driving it for a bit. Nina in Finance is a particular rockstar. She went above and beyond to put me at ease plus she resent the purchase agreement on zero notice when I called her today from the WA DOL office to register the car in WA. They didnt have the car I wanted in stock so salesperson Nick found one, bid on it, and had it shipped from CA! Upon test driving and inspecting it, reviewing the information, and negotiating, I decided to purchase the certified preowned convertible. It needed some leather, chip, and dent repair but their service area got it all taken care of. I attended the new owner clinic and am impressed with their friendly service, especially Mitchells (in the shop) and Leahs (with the technology). Wish I had won the generous raffle prize. Marci (sales) and Austin (finance) were awesome and made me feel comfortable, and trusting, while purchasing a Genesis G70. I have dreaded the finance office on all other (10X) new/almost-new car purchases in my life except for when we purchased our Hyundai. Austin made sure I had the same options, as Chapman also owns the Hyundai dealership. Super convenient as Genesis/Hyundai warranties are so good, you need a specialist to know what gaps can be filled by the factory. I also really appreciated that there werent any games played with dragging the sale out so as to tire me out. Very straight players, great service (especially COVID awareness which is VERY important to me as I have a chemically suppressed immune system). As for Chapman in general, great team and the pricing was fair...I researched a lot before coming in. One caveat, it would be nice if the almost $1000 prep fee (used vehicles only Im assuming though the car I bought had only 250 miles listed...but probably had delivery costs associated) was advertised online. I would have still come in but would have been able to better prepare. Thats all. The pricing still worked. Thanks.

I have to give a poor review because after multiple attempts and copious amounts of time of my car being in the service department, my vehicle still has defects that havent been fixed. Also, be wary of some of the positive reviews about the service department as they bribe customers into getting positive reviews.In total, my vehicle has been brought to BMW dealerships 9 times and has been there for almost a total of 90 days. I purchased my 2020 BMW 330i on November 7, 2020, which means that the car has been in the dealership service departments longer than I have had possession of it. I tried working this situation out with BMW North America but they werent all that interested in helping me out. They denied my requests even though I have clear irrefutable evidence of the defects occurring.My vehicle is experiencing an electrical problem, which is causing several issues: 1) my climate control will blow out at inconsistent temperatures; 2) The synchronize temperature function will randomly turn itself off; 3) the fan speed will drop randomly on its own without any user input and the auto start/stop feature disabled; 4) the backlights for the climate control system and iDrive system randomly turn off at night while Im driving and the only way for me to get them to turn back on is to turn the vehicle off, lock it, and then unlock it; 5) the modes for the climate control will change themselves randomly; and 6) the vehicle isnt remembering climate control settings and Im having to constantly reset them almost every time I get in the vehicle.I tried to resolve this with the dealership and all they tell me is they cant get the issues to duplicate, which is code for we dont know how to fix it. They obviously cant say they dont know so they have to come up with something. The issues were recorded on video, I have provided detailed explanations of everything including emails and lengthy conversations with service techs, who appeared dumbfounded. This all required a ton of my time to the point where I had to cancel appointments and take time off of work, all for nothing as my vehicle hasnt been fixed.Then there was an instance where I had one of their loaner vehicles and they asked for it back and I said that I was waiting to hear back from BMW North America because the agreement was that I would bring my 330i in for an inspection, BMW on Camelback would give me a loaner and that Id hear back from BMW North America. I never heard back from them and 2/15 BMW on Camelback asked for their loaner car back. Then on 2/16 I was on the phone with BMW North America (they were closed on 2/15 due to Presidents Day) and all of a sudden a service tech came to my house and took the vehicle from me, leaving me with no transportation. Keep in mind my father just had passed away on 2/11 from COVID and I informed the dealership of this and they still decided to take this action. They didnt bring me my vehicle so I was left with no transportation and they gave me no warning that they would take the car from me. I explained I was waiting for BMW NA and they didnt care. I reported this to BMW NA who didnt care either. Its a poor customer experience but BMW doesnt seem to care about their customer experiences. In fact, BMW NA sided with the dealership even though its a poor experience, the service tech trespassed, and it was due to miscommunication on their end.My best advice would be to stay clear of BMW as theyre the ultimate rip off, not the ultimate driving machine.

Since I am in the process of moving to AZ I decided to buy a car there before arriving all the way from NY. Started the process, first they did not understand my documentation since I’m not a us citizen. Then I made them happy by purchasing a whole new insurance policy that they needed so I can proceed with the purchase. A week later I was told they do not want to sell me the car because of “gray area” since I do not have an AZ address to provide them with yet. During this week of phone tag with them. I called the manager 3 times, no response. In order to get a hold of him I had to ask for someone else and have them get him for me. The sales man as well as the manager had poor communication. I would not recommend trying to contact this dealership. They are rude and lack communication. Needless to say the issue is still not resolved and I had to contact headquarters to file a complaint.

Visited the Certified Pre Owned BMW on Camelback, based on the price listed on the website for the vehicle I was prepared to purchase. After a test drive we began speaking on the price, it started with an asking price of just over 12k, I asked for a slight discount due to cosmetic issues with the specific car (Scratches, paint transfer and a small stain) when our sales person returned the new asking price total was just over $15,900 due to random fees. This is a used car and I expect to pay taxes and MAYBE a document fee. NOT THOUSANDS of dollars for no reason. When asking our sales person, would you pay 5k above market value for this car? he didnt seem to understand what the issue was. Shocking and truly a new (for the worse) experience from Chapman BMW. My advice, have the value of the car you want to purchase with you, and before you waste your time, ask for the out the door cost excluding tax & title.EDIT FOR RESPONSE:Let’s be clear, your fees were not shown on the website & there are more “add on” fees than those you spoke on. ( Security tracker being one )Really unfortunate you guys play childish games. We’ve bought the same car, less miles & better condition for 3k less. Your loss.

Craig Ruskin was the most helpful person to ever assist us. We went browsing prepared to say Were just looking! We ended up with 2 new X3s! Why? Isabel Molina/ Carlos Valdez 2014 BMW X3On October 17,2020 I went to the dealership for an oil change. The service advisor Alexander Knoshaba stated that it does not need it, I assume that at that time it didnt show on the dashboard, but since I was there and noticed in my dashboard twice I decided to continue with the process due I want to prevent dysfunctional car problems. I live around 40 miles from Chapman BMW on Camelback. I hear some type of noise but I never imagine that comes from my car. When I got home I checked the car and noticed an excessive drip like an open faucet but with oil.  I called immediately and spoke with Alexander and expressed my problem and frustration due to my car not presenting those problems before I took it to the dealership. Alex does not show empathy towards my problem and indicates that he did not understand me. He told me I need to see the car to find out what is the problem  I told him I do not plan to drive my car in those conditions and he did not give me any solution. Later I tried to communicate with him and he never answered me. Basically he ignored me. I had to pay for the service of a crane. I am afraid that the engine has deviated.

I arrived at the dealership with no appointment set on a Monday morning. I drove in from Flagstaff. My service advisor, Pat, wasted no time in getting my car in and he and the service staff made sure they completed everything that day, so I would not have to drive back down. Great service! I was even impressed with the cost of some of the additional items I wanted. It turned out to be slightly less than I had been quoted. Very impressive! Also, they made sure everything was properly serviced and completed every detail of warranty work. Great job!

Highly unprofessional.It started out well. I selected a car and was in the middle of buy from home process when I found out that the car was listed on truecar for lower price. When I informed that, they agreed to match the price. However, within a few minutes of that I received an email that the car was sold to another buyer. Never even received a courtesy call. Unfortunately this review has to do with the returns process with Vida. My boss has done vehicle leases with this location for years. His lease is ending 10/31 and he finally just bought a vehicle and decided to not renew his lease. He returned it to Chapman Camelback and asked me to please call Chapman BMW and see if there was any paperwork needing to be done to finalize the lease as when he returned it, he left the key with the front desk and said to let Ali know it had been returned and the vehicle was just parked outside the building. They didnt ask him for anything at the time. He had received a voicemail from Ali from Chapman offering to renew his lease and assumed Ali would be a point of contact which is why he used his name. The front desk individual said they would forward the info to Ali and didnt have him complete any paperwork. I left Ali a voicemail two days ago and didnt hear anything so called again today. Understandably Ali explained he is just in sales and said he would need to transfer me to Vida since shes the one who handles returns. Once transferred to Vida, she instantly started speaking with an attitude as if it was a bother that she was being contacted and how dare we not know the ins and outs of their processes. She goes well Im the only one who handles returns and I didnt have a vehicle returned to me. This again was also understandable so I tried to explain the drop off process I listed above that he had relayed to me. She goes Ali was just calling to see if he wanted to renew his lease so I dont know why hed even use Ali as a point of contact. Again, with attitude. My boss is a kind man and was just mistaken. This wasnt malicious intent to use the wrong point of contacts name. I asked Vida if she could please pull up the account and just see if it showed at all if the car had been returned. She said Um, okay. I gave my bosss name and she said she didnt have anything for that. I gave our companys name and DBA and finally she goes oh, that sounds familiar and was able to pull it up. She said it still had no record it was returned in the system and it wouldnt anyway and shes the one who handles returns. I explained how it sounds like theres an issue with the front desk if they didnt relay any of this to him at the time so we couldve taken care of it then. She said there is no issue with the front desk and we need to find out who exactly he left the car with and where it is and she never received the car. I kindly asked for her direct number and said let me speak with my boss and try to clear it up. I spoke with him, found out where in front of the building the car was left exactly, and called Vida back. Vida answers and of course, is still very annoyed shes even receiving a call. She said my boss needed to come back to Chapman and do paperwork and that he knows the process as hes been leasing cars from them for years and just leaving the car isnt the way it works. (Before she didnt even recognize who he was when trying to look him up yet now mentions shes been doing business with him for years). I said I understand that, the reason for my call today was to see if paperwork needed to be done and so we can schedule that. She then goes he also parked so far up on the curb and Im not going to be moving it so he needs to come move it. (So yes, the car is there). Her attitude and unprofessional-ism was so unnecessary when truly, my boss is a kind man and just wanted to finish out the proper process of paperwork. I explained that he can do that when he comes in for his appointment and it will be no problem. I truly hope that management speaks with Vida and explains that she cant treat customers this way especially when they are just trying to call in and do the right thing. My boss is in his 60s and has normal forgetfulness and probably didnt remember how the last return went which is why he was trying to have me call in and square it away so that everything was done properly and all paperwork was completed. She didnt need to treat us this way.
