The experience here was so bad! I complained twice and this is what I was left to walk out with. My nails were suppose to be white with glitter flakes. My nails were not shaped or cared for. The tech did not fully paint them and left them uneven. She was very lazy and uncaring. I was the second person to leave her chair unhappy.

Loved my first experience at Nice Nails & Spa! Its been about 2.5 wks and my nails look and feel great.The vibe also felt more relaxed and laid-back. That might change as they get busier, but regardless, Im definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Seriously do not waste your time coming to this place. Worse customer service. I called to make an appointment for 5pm. When I went in, I did not get greeted. I waited patiently for 1hr, not once did they assure me that I will get assisted nor asked me if I needed anything like water. Ive lived in AZ for almost 10 years and have had the hardest time finding a go-to nail salon until I came across Nice Nails & Spa!Seriously the best. They are kind, professional, and always do a good job. The pricing is very reasonableI always leave happy which is a lot coming from me! Im pretty picky about nails. Anyways, highly suggest!

This place was not worth the price period it was more of a stress in a headache than it was relaxing or enjoyable. The manager told us one thing and then went back and explained in a different language something different to The nail tech. For the $138 I paid at this salon I genuinely expected better customer service and treatment as well as getting what we asked and paid for. We all got basic pedicures my husband and daughter got manicures and I was supposed to get a full dip tip set. They talked me out of getting the dip set and suggested acrylic was easier and more convenient etc and they nail technician wasnt even going to do the manicure or the pedicure on my daughter because apparently the manager told her to only paint my daughters nails even though we had just discussed what the Medicare and pedicure entails for my daughter because she was three. I ended up still being charged half price for a full set of nails that as you can see in the pictures I do not have because I was so frustrated and upset about the entire situation and experience I didnt have her take them off I took them off myself last night because the job that she was doing was not coming out right. When I showed her that two of my fingernails on my right (second and third finger) hand dont even have the acrylic nail tips over the entire nail her response was they do not have nail tips big enough. From the pics you can see I do not have very wide nail beds. To top all of that off they continue to talk about me and bash me. I am praying for a professional service I expected better.

It looks like they can do some pretty decent nails here from the other reviews .. I just wasnt happy with my results. It definitely was not what I expected quality wise for the price I paid.Per the owners response: I must say it was simple square short ombre pink/white. My pinky had random red glitter flakes in the acrylic that was probably leftover in the technicians brush. She had to take the whole nail off and start that again after completing my set . and the obvious white/pink line on my ring finger along with a mostly white index finger shows the tech doesnt know how to do ombre correctly as I get this style often and it should look same on each finger. Not to mention I have since noticed a few of my other fingers have pink glitter flakes randomly throughout. I even pictured my left hand which was the more decently done one and they are very mediocre especially for as expensive as it was. im sorry but the quality is not there. There are other nail salons nearby I would suggest others to try those first. As I went to a different nail salon down the street to get my pedicure after this and was very satisfied. Please look at my pics especially the 2nd one. my index finger looks white not ombre and my ring finger has little blend, small harsh line where pink and white meet. Rookie mistakes. That tech needs more practice on ombre and drilling she made the side of my finger bleed and she didnt even acknowledge it and nails are lumpy. Like I said Im sure there are at least a good tech here but it just wasnt the one I got. Sorry not sorry

The acrylics fell off after only a week and she has mold under her real nails She noticed that the lady didnt clean up the area after the person before my daughter and none of her tools files etc were in sanitizer Thats gross and this is exactly what happens when things arent properly cleaned and sanitized.Original review: (( just so you know I originally gave 5 stars. I wouldnt give a business a bad review unless something really bad happened and it did )) We came as walk-ins and only had to wait a few min. My daughter got a full set. The lady did a great job They look awesome :)

Honestly this place is a joke. A week later my nail is infected and oozing pus. I finally had time in between two jobs to call and ask for a refund and I was told the policy is no refunds after three days but they could fix it. First of all why would I want to have them fix my nail that they infected because they couldnt follow proper protocols in the first place. They definitely did not clean any of the tools from the person before me and rushed to put the acrylic on my nail bed, there was barely any prep done besides a drill over my nail bed. After asking what are my options because my nail is infected and could possibly have to be removed due to their negligence she hung up on me. I read the other reviews and thought this would never happen to me, I always get my nails done but now Im risking losing my nail. Please let this be a warning and go somewhere else.

The owner Lynn, shes absolutely one of the most humble and amazing people I have ever had the opportunity to meet; not to mention, she is extremely talented as a nail technician! She can do it all, I have yet to experience anything except nails, but I do not doubt her ability to without fail; complete every customers request with such talent and grace & in return they all walk out of her establishment with a smile and feeling even more beautiful than when they walked in. I will religiously continue to get my full set done roughly every other week by Lynn herself & I recommend this place to anyone & EVERYONE! If you want any beauty service they offer done with 100% quality and diligence; always make an appointment with Lynn!❤

Zero stars. Was locked and no notification of closure. No information about closure on website. There were several signs about wearing a mask and payment required before services rendered.Follow up: Yes, I had made an appointment through the website and arrived to find the door locked. Of all the signs on the door, could have posted closed due to emergency.Lesson learned, actually call instead of using a business online tools. Its ok, I went to a different salon. Keep up the good work on other peoples nails.

The staff always tries to ensure customers have fun. The nail tech that did my pedicure was careful and attentive. The salon would benefit for an update, and perhaps newer nail colors, although the color selection is broad.

I went twice... My friend n I went n she had a good experience but they rushed me thru 3 different ppl for my pedicure n gel manicure. Second time I went by myself n again they both rushed thru my hard gel set n it came out looking terrible. Never again. Tried to keep it short n not a total rant which i totally could do.

My pedicure was great but I wanted nails like the advertised and no one could do anything but basic. I also didn’t like my whole hand soaking in remover. Plus it took 3 hours to do a mani and pedi.

The lady I had was very unprofessional and did not pay attention to detail. When she was doing my gel pedicure, she was laying it on thick which left a big bubble towards the bottom of my toe and if I didn’t say anything she would of left it like that. This nail salon seems decent but if you’re picky with your pedicures and manicures/acrylics/ dip I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon.

Tina was the young lady that gave me the best pedicure that I ever had. I was visiting Phoenix from California. I get pedicures with calluses remover often. Often time they do not remove ALL of the callus. Once my feet dry, they still appear dry. But When Tina did my pedicure she removed the callus so well that my feet were squeaking. I wish she was here in California, but Ill definitely go to Nice Nails on all of my future visits.

This was my first time at this Salon. I was on my lunch break and needed quick and quality service. I received that, and more!! When I first walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. When I sat down I was given a cold water, and the color chart to choose my color. I came in to get a Fill. My Techs name was Lynn. She was very professional and I could tell she had a ton of experience because each step was completed to perfection. The salon its self was extremely clean, and had soft relaxing music playing. I went in Monday with my friend from out of town I called ahead of time and was told we could get my dip mani and her gel mani done now. We waited about an hour, I feel like mani was rushed and a roach climbed on the counter, and the very next day my mani chipped and now 4 days later my thumb nail the dip completely popped off.

Mimi was amazing, gave a wonderful foot massage and very happy with my pedicure and shellac manicure.

For the price I paid I expected better. The nail tech wasn’t really understanding what I wanted and then one of my thumbs she filed after sealing the gel coats so it looks messed up. I did not have the time for her to fix it. But I won’t be going back. They charged 35 dollars to have gel on my toes and hands. Way over priced!!! Also, I asked specifically not to cut the length of my toes as I don’t like the nails short and she did on top of filing them down more and mind you my toes are NOT long.

I was a first time customer at Nice last week and couldnt have come out happier. Rose was incredible - my nails look amazing and we had a fun comfortable conversation. The gel wasnt trying to shy away from the edge so Rose even came up with a solution to set the polish faster... great customer service. The salon is so clean, and you could tell that their customers come back time and time again.

Ive been there a few times and Ive had lynn do my nails twice both times she did amazing I also had 2 other people do my nails the guy who works there did an awful Job! He didnt glue the acrylic on my nail very well and didnt file down the acrylic nail so it was very sharp not good! He also rushed through the whole thing. One of the nails ended up coming off the next day! There prices are a bit pricey so the work should be 100 percent ! I do recommend this place but would see lynn. She will take good care of you ! I also recommend making an appointment it makes everything 100 percent better !

Strictly about the pedicure. I have never been to a place that literally made my feet peel off dead skin. All other places have cheated me out of my callus remover treatment. This place is awesome when it comes to their quality. Seriously try the pedicure one time and tell me if your feet dont go back to when you were a child.

Displace was the worst place you can go dey took hours and hours just to do your nails and then when you do your nails they lived bumps all in the nails and then tried to overcharge not a good nail salon at all

Prices is off the chain, rude employees, would not recommend, to answer the question, its only 2 english speakers that day, we was in the chair soaking feet for pedicure and we looked at prices and they wanted to charge 35 just to take gel off and my daughter stated that was too high, we never spent like that, the english speakers told us we could go somewhere else (which was fine) and we said we was going to leave, the non English speaker came over took the water back, would not assist with our wet feet, might of fact took their little towel back, had nothing to dry our feet, lift up the chair handle and hit my daughters arm, and left me sitting there, thats why I said rude employees, employee wanted to pick a fight that she wasnt winning and this is your location, I live in the area and was going to try it, lesson learned

Absolutely amazing technician. A friend of mine and I were a walk-in and came close to closing time, but they welcomed us in and treated us great. The French pedicure came out amazing was very detailed.Everything was clean and they used sterilized equipment with the disposable bags on the basins.

I was a walk in. I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails and they Said they can do it. My nose did not turn out like the picture the diamonds were not glued on so they keep falling off they use clear polish to hold them so they were sliding and two of my nails broke in half two days after leaving there was not enough acrylic on the Nail it was too thin.

First time at this nail salon and I thoroughly enjoyed it! All the ladies were so nice and easy to talk to! Mimi did such a great job and kept true to the design I showed her! The location is nice and inside is very clean and aesthetic.I will 100% be back & refer my friends and family!!

These reviews must be bogus! I paid $75 to get an ombré design not only did I have to go back for them to fix my nails because the acrylic was too thick around my nails and my nails were all uneven. But in the process of them attempting to correct the horrible job the lady couldn’t manage to file my nails straight or even and she filed all my length off of one hand and left the other hand with longer nails. I had to ask for the nail file to file my nails myself. And I still have uneven nails some nails are bigger in width than the others. It’s ridiculous. Now my set is thin and brittle I’m just waiting for one to bend. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!! If I could give a -5 I would!!

I don’t get my nails done often but stumbled upon this place looking for somewhere close to home to get my nails done for my bachelorette and wedding. Both times were great. They are very accommodating and provide great service. I will definitely be back anytime I need my nails done or a pedicure. Very clean and new equipment and look.

This place deserves 5+ stars!!! Nice Nails & Spa handled all of us and walk-ins like a champ! They were able to efficiently keep us moving while still paying close attention to detail.I opted for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and am happy with the results!! Everyone was really nice and accommodating, especially by the person who helped with my pedicure as I am highly ticklish. I will say that my manicurist nipped my cuticle and I started bleeding, but I have to say their service was great and so, no complaints.Would definitely come back here again!!

I just moved to the area and have been looking for my go to salon. This was the second place Ive tried and my search is over! I was immediately greeted upon entering and was told there would be a short wait for my fill-in. The wait was maybe 5 minutes came and got me settled at her station. We chatted a bit about the current set I had on and my concerns and what I really wanted out of my salon experience. After deciding to go a different route than the fill-in I came in for, she handed me a basket of over 500 gel nail color options! While I was looking she went and got a hot rice bag and placed it around my shoulders. Then she got started with my nails. Everything about my experience here was amazing. My nails turned out perfectly and the price was right. I will definitely be back!

Heavenly. I enjoyed a meticulous shellac pedicure. Loads of options for colour. Cranberry sage scrub smelled amazing and felt so nice. The lotion used was really silky. was very gentle and thorough, and gives a killer leg and foot massage.The store is gorgeous and I like sitting up on bench. Very pretty ambience with chandeliers and pink everything. I just lean back on the pillows and stick my legs out on the towels. This place has spoiled me.. no more chop shops for me. Also love that it is minutes from my work.😆😁😁🍄😜😇🌲😅🌾🌻🐲

I have been going to Nice Nails & Spa for over three months now and despite not living in the neighborhood, routinely go back for manicures and great pedicures. The owner is so personable and friendly and makes an effort to get to know her clients. Rose always does a great job, and has a great eye for color. Let her pick for you, you wont be disappointed! Nini and Lynn also do great jobs.

Lynn is an awesome, chatty, cute lady that was very patient with me despite how busy the place is during tax return season. She suggested that I get gel polish on my natural nails and matched the color for my pedicure. A delightful experience! Highly recommend Lynn!

Overall good experience, the receptionist was extremely nice and pleasant! Lynn was the manicurist and did a nice job on my gel manicure and wax service. She used her talent and imagination to give me a reverse/matte manicure it was her first time and she did it well. Also the owner was very nice and asked if I was pleased with the nail service, I appreciated that she wanted to make sure I was happy before leaving. Keep up the good customer service!

Not from here, visiting and wanted a Mani. Mom wanted fill in for acrylic French manicure. There were only two people and we thought itd be a long wait, even contemplated leaving. We are so happy we didnt. They took care of us quickly, very friendly, welcome everyone as they walk in, and help you out right away. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. They do a great job.

Nini was amazing! I have only been there twice but both times I was seen immediately, mind you I made appointments which I strongly advise due to the heavy traffic. It has taken me quite some time to find a high quality nail salon with decent prices, and couture nails is exactly that! So many services and available staff to make your experience delightful.

My daughter refers me here to get A new set done. The new Owner doesn’t Mind it about to close she still take me at 6:30 and did take her turn to complete a beautiful set of nails for my sister ‘s wedding. I am reluctant to post my positive review because I want to keep this place my little secret. Ive been to more nail salons in the Phoenix area than I can count. This place is by far the best. My nail tech was a gem and super nice! The most important factor for my 5 star review though is the cleanliness of this business. Many nail salons always seem dirty to me. This place was very well organized and clean! I saw them clean and put the utensils in the sanitizer as I was waiting for my nails to dry so I know they are clean! I didnt get a shellac but did notice that they had a very vast selection of colors. I will definitely be back!

My wife went to get her nails done and this place has done a great job on them. The wait was kinda long, but Im a dude and dont know if its normal or not. So if you arent happy with how your nails have been turning it at some places, I recommend trying this place out at least once. 👍🏼

Been coming here for months now. I really enjoy my nail tech, she really takes her time and makes sure your nails are A1! The prices are some of the lowest in the area, but please know that just because they are low, their quality is not. Their place could use a little updating, but their friendly faces and smiles make up for it.

Excellent pedicure, BUT when I pointed out the cockroach marching boldly across the middle of the floor, she just shrugged it off. I expected her to at least let the mgr know. Unlikely to return.
