I was a customer for 6 years. poor service and slow response to repairs, not worth time and effort to report problems. called and wanted to terminate and got stuck with auto renew which was NEVER mentioned when starting service. prices are not competitive with other companies and they do not negotiate. tried to be proactive about terminating after next 3 year contract auto renew (never wanted) and spoke and emailed rep about this and still end up paying 45 d for unused service that were past termination date. xo is extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service with wait times 15-60+ min, then reps are not helpful, dont follow thru, and if they say they will record request dont always do that. contract terms are hidden and difficult to follow, but company falls back on this for their legal protection. no concern for consumer. find a different service!
