Absolutely the worst communication and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Almost impossible to get a hold of and when you do they usually are not the person you need help from. NEVER a callback. Their lack of communication in removing equipment is now become my problem. Try to turn over a customer to them with the sale of the house and they couldn’t complete the task. Quick to bill not so quick to help. Stay Away!!!

Our start with Phoenix Internet was a bit problematic, but Eric quickly resolved the issue. The installers who came out to our house were thorough and patient, as the installation was more complicated and took much longer than they expected. Our internet service is up and so far has been running great! Thank you Phoenix Internet!!

I have vouched for Phoenix since we got them- recommended neighbors saying it was the best for our area- that is until now. They have VERY CLEARLY let me know that we do not matter as a customer. Our internet went out on the 3rd with a storm- followed by holiday weekend- bad luck. I was told I’d get a call Tuesday- no call I called them- where I had a very disappointing ROBOTIC conversation where I was told that they can’t come out until Friday. It’s the 8th today—still no call.I work from home and rely on Phoenix for my employment—- this fact was never acknowledged. I was told that there was nothing that could be done- they will see if a cancellation occurs and let me know- I sent multiple emails asking to speak to management with Only a generic response saying somebody will come Friday.That is a week off work! No member of management would reach out to me. No help or consideration. I am extremely disappointed and feel like I don’t matter. They are quick if I am not to pay their bill and can give me a courtesy call then, but won’t even reach out to me when I am out of work a week because of them! I was told “businesses are priority” so basically if you have a residential account you don’t mean anything to Phoenix.

I have had Phoenix Internet for the past 4 years . We called to see about upgrading our current plan to something higher since I work from home . We spoke to Devyn and he got us an appointment with in a few days for our upgrade . Devyn was able to get us taken care of sooner than our appointment date . I had a tech arrive it took them less than 30 minutes to have me up and running at a higher speed . I appreciate there help and dedication to there customers.

I’ve been trying to get them on the phone and no response. They just said they will call me back and I’ve been waiting like three weeks. I’m over it. I want to cancel the service. The internet service is horrible don’t even get it, we pay a lot and not even get the speed that we are paying for it. Please check your mail voices!!

I signed up and was told I could cancel if I had problems with it for a minimal charge. It was constantly breaking down. I had to get a different internet provider. When I went to cancel they tried to charge me way more than they said it would be. I talked with the manager multiple times and he said he would talk with the owner to see if they could discount the cancelation fees. He didnt get back with me. I tried calling him back leaving multiple messages trying to resolve the bill. He never called me back and turned my bill in to a collection agency with out even talking to me. I told him originally I was going to pay the bill when he got back with me and in stead of giving me that chance he rewind my credit. Ive never been treated this badly by any company.

Phoenix Internet is garbage. A scam. $80/mo for internet speeds that are so far below usable, Id hazard to call it dial-up. 11Mbps? Seriously? On top of that, they dont even allow you to have access to your own router. You have to call them to change the password. And the cherry on top- This router that costs $11/mo is built in 2006. Outdated Goodwill-level tech. Pathetic. Ill be laughing when Starlink puts Phoenix Internet out of business.

Were purchasing a home and its currently using Phoenix Internet. Ive called twice and been put on the call back list. The support/service department transferred me to someone and I called back a few hours later and tried billing only to be told I needed to reach out to another department. All this running around is ridiculous.What a headache just to find out what speeds, etc are at this home location before reaching out to other rural providers. I guess they just dont need the business. Shame.

We have only had PI since January and so far Iam impressed. Last week we had one of the installers to come out and trouble shoot a problem with a wire. He was professional and efficient and had the wire issue resolved in no time. I wish we wouldnt have waited so long to switch to Phoenix Internet.

Phoenix Internet has provided us with reliable internet in a rural setting. We were pleased with the cost and ease of installation. The worst company you can get internet with, I had internet with this company over a year ago and when I sold my trailer I canceled and they found whatever reason to charge me a fee for a cord that I was never to figure out what it was so when I moved back to the park and bought a different trailer I had no choice but to get interfaith this company well less then a month later I had called them 6 times because the internet was not working and I even had to quit my remote job because the internet was so bad and I could not do my job right. We finally demanded that they come and fix this or we will cancel so we set up for a tech to come the next day between the hours of 3 to 4pm well the next day at noon the tech calls and ask why we are not home and we told him that we had doctors appt but we set it up for 3 because of that well driver starts yelling and telling us if we dont get there within 15 minutes he is leaving and he will not be back. We could not get home so we just called and canceled everything and next thing you know we get a bill for 400.00 for a early termination, we had no idea we were in a contract and never signed anything. I warn everyone out get internet with this company they are the worst and the customer service well that a whole mess it self. Very rude people and they use curse words and all. I WOULD NOT GET INTERNET WITH THIS COMPANY.

When is the last time a company absolutely, completely surprised you with amazing service? Every tech company I have worked for wants to think they provide great service but few come through like Phoenix Internet. I have been a happy customer for 2 years and began having some bandwidth issues. I called the sales desk thinking I may need to upgrade. I wish I remembered her name. She was very knowledgeable and asked some simple diagnostic questions and determined it was a support issue and transferred me to that line to submit a ticket. I was on hold and something came up and I had to leave the call and did not follow up for a few days. Phoenix Internet Support opened a ticket for me, determined I would be better off on a new access point, moved me to that point and then Darian contacted me twice to ensure we were happy with the fix. They fixed my problem before I even knew what my problem was! Every interaction I have had with every Phoenix Internet employee has been stellar. Great team, you guys!

Been a customer for almost 5 years but not solely by choice. Never missed a payment.I dont have many options for internet where I live and they were the most affordable choice for me. However, they are absolutely horrendous and I am glad I finally have another option for a provider that fits my budget with the customer service I deserve as a consumer. TMOBILE HOME INTERNET IS MUCH BETTER ALL AROUND!!Numerous times over the years, I was out of internet with no response to phone calls or voicemails with requests for support. I work from home and had to utilize alternative internet options while I waited for the issues to be resolved. At one point last year, it was down for over a week with no courtesy updates via email or calls. I kept calling in and nobody would answer the phone.Just recently, I had another outage and requested a ticket to be opened to look into the cause and the lady was extremely rude so I gave up and finally requested to cancel service and boy was it like pulling teeth just to have someone contact me back to fulfill my cancellation request! I called numerous times and sent emails requesting to cancel my service with no response.Absolutely awful service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ever.

Brandon and Tim arrived as promised. Found the signal, installed the equipment professionally. They succeeded where other providers failed. My previous provider stopped service without notice. So its is exceptional to be back on the internet after 4 weeks without. I wish that I would have found Phoenix Internet sooner. Great Speed. I could not be happier. I find their monthly fees to be a very good value.

Started having intermittent internet service in the last couple days. Damian was very helpful in determining the signal and equipment were good. Stated TP-Link router owners (like us) were having issues possibly due to a firmware problem. He provided a number for TP-Link support which turned out to be incorrect, but no biggie. Have not been able to get in contact with TP-Link Support. Off to get a new router. Thank you PI!

Extremely professional technician installed a new line of service and repaired an old line. We now have excellent wireless internet service throughout our entire house. We have been customers for almost 11 years and the technical support department has been very helpful resolving our issues over the years. I would highly recommend their services if you dont have any landline services. The internet speed is adequate to serve many devices for 5 people.

While other carriers made commitments that they could not keep, Phoenix Internet follows through. They kept our company online with minimal down time during each move.The quality of service is really good. We had a second service that was reportedly faster and more reliable, but we found that Phoenix Internet provided more stability and consistent speeds to run as our primary circuit. Our facility in Phoenix relied heavily on VoIP and online meetings, and high quality of these services are absolutely required for us. Phoenix Internet exceeded our expectations in all areas.

This last week has been so spotty. Every once in a while, it may be bad for a day, but for the last two weeks, it’s good for maybe a half hour then out for 10-15 minutes. Every night after work, it’s hard to get into a program before it buffers or goes down. We could only watch half of the super bowl. Ridiculous.

Just terrible! Weekends are fraught disconnects and slowdowns . It takes an hour thirty minutes to stream an hour movie due to disconnects, stalls, buffering. Customer service is closed evenings and weekends when your service doesnt work. (lip service is available.. Did you Reboot? ). Weekdays M-F 8-5 works fine. Ive had better service with 300Kbps dialup modem. Not really but PI is very frustrating to deal with. They dont offer you credits or offer to let you out of your contract. Im done! A speed test works great for 30 seconds sometimes but you wont get continuous speeds you pay for. Im sure this review will never be allowed to post. So, goodbye Phoenix Internet, you taken enough of my money but not delivered on your service. Ill be canceling as soon as my contract is up.Ive updated my review to 3 STARS due to the fact that after publishing this review I was able to get some corrective action from Phoenix Internet. The situation has improved for the moment. However, Im still waiting to see how long the improvements last.

I talked to Dianna and she was very nice, then the service installers called set up my appointment they’re scheduled 2 weeks out I talked with them yesterday about our install date and they gave my appointment to someone else would be a least another week. I’m not off to a good start with this provider.Part 2 due to some miss communication on Phoenix internet’s part I was rescheduled and now have internet.The install went seamlessly,the installer was on time and very polite and professional.The speed is as promised and very smooth,Phoenix internet made it up to me on the missed appointment and everything seems to be working great! 5 stars now!Still running strong after 10 months!

Ive never had more problems with a company than this. They keep telling me its my equipment, but Ive keep purchasing the recommended routers Phoenix Internet tells me, and consistently have signal that will just drop for hours at a time. Ive spent so much time on the phone, resetting routers, buying more routers, with no offer to send a tech over to help us. I regret referring friends and wish I lived in an area where I could get Cox. Even the Phoenix Internet employees helping me dont use Phoenix Internet.

Keith came to my home and repaired issues with the router. He was very cordial and informative. I just wish my computer wasnt so old then maybe my internet would be faster. Please beware this company will find any way to take money from you even after you cancel your acct. I ended my services with them and over a month later they charge my debit card over 40.00 and they claim it was for a cord that belong to my router. That is why they demand a credit card on file in order to have internet with them so they can keep charging for things way after you end it with them. i would not get internet with them their service is awful and their customer service is the worst.

I live in North East Mesa near Las Sendas, on a county island so we don’t have a broadband connection, I am thankful for companies like Phoenix Internet that can get us connected to the Internet at high speeds with unlimited data. Phoenix Internet called a couple weeks ago to tell me they needed to come get up on my roof and move my antenna for some tower upgrade theyve done. They said I dont need to be home. They came this morning and did what they said and left. Now I have NO INTERNET AT ALL!! It worked perfectly fine before they came. I called and spoke with a Dyson who told me there is nothing he can do for me because I do not have THEIR router! Funny, it wasnt a problem when they came to install the internet service. So now Im on my own with ZERO help from them!! So come over, break my service and leave!!! Why dont they make the appt so they can make sure the service works b4 they leave? he told me I need to download an app from the router as if its a new router and do all the steps required. Why wasnt this needed when they installed my service!! horrible excuse and service! next time im gonna tell them NOT to come and stay OFF my property!! Dont fix what aint broke!!!

I just got it installed today but Phoenix intermet has really good customer service that is really rare to find anymore. Two previous service companies came by my house said they couldnt service me so I called up PI. They were two weeks out but it was worth it. Just had it installed today. So far everything with them has been positive. Randy the installer was professional and polite and timely. I wish I called phoenix intermet first so I didnt have to wait a month to have wifi again. Suddenlink was absolutely Terrible to me so it was a relief to have randy install phoenix intermet today. Great job. I will encourage others to consider Phoenix internet!!

First initial is R. Last name is Castro Phoenix 85043. Been having problems for years now never getting the promised speeds of 15mbps or even half of the speed we pay for. Speeds fall to where its unusable I call and they try to fix it and normally it doesnt help or it works just enough but its always temporary. My internet has been basically down again since Friday.Im not even getting 1mbps when the speed we pay for is 15 and when I called today( Ive called a lot over the past 6+ years) they just tell me it is what it is because all the towers are overloaded and that there is nothing they can do. This is the only internet option I have where I live so its really disappointing that they cant fix the problem.

I had Phoenix internet for almost to years and I kept it for the price. However customer service was always bad and unresponsive. I am glad to be switching internet providers. I wanted to upgrade and was sent forms only to find out three weeks later that the upgrade did not take place and no one thought to inform me. Every time I call no one answers and I get sent to voicemail. Also they had my name and email misspelled for those two years and I kept asking why I never received emails but no one could explain why until I asked what name and email they had and it was misspelled. It is a customer service representatives job to VERIFY information. This slow internet affected my stable job because of the incompetent representatives that couldnt inform me they couldnt process my upgrade request!

The only reason I have this internet is because I am forced to. The trailer park I live in doesnt have an option for any other internet. I moved in on April and called them every month. I still have lag on every game I play and that is hardlined in, every other device turned off, and playing at 2am. They suck. And I am on their $80 plan.

I am beyond done with this awful provider, I have referred numerous people to them too, a giant regret of mine. I have been without internet for over a week! Today the technician finally showed up and I was informed that for them to service THEIR router which stopped working and needed to be reprogrammed, and apparently can only be programmed by them it would cost me 100 bucks, so I asked if I purchased my own router would I be able to set it up after hours over the phone, the tech assured me that I could call in and an after hours team could register it. WRONG! The after hours lady told me she could only open a ticket and that I have to speak with someone in the morning. This is some of the worse service I’ve ever experienced from a company, I can tell you this I will be switching providers early tomorrow morning, do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your internet needs, there are other more well known and established companies which will gladly take your money and provide a better internet experience than these shucksters. The headache is not really worth the 70 bucks a month.

Upon installation of my service, I requested that the router be positioned in the same location as the old service provider router. The technician did not want to run the cable to this location. Now that some of my devices will not connect, I called and requested that this be moved. They said that this can be done but there would be a $100.00 charge. This is not good business. Just a waste of money. When professionals dont listen to the customer and then have to fix the issue that they created should not come as an expense the customer.Shammed and Stuck.

My neighbor has Phoenix Internet, lives 30 yards from me, but some how they cannot provide service to me. The tech did not mention to me that any tree was blocking the signal. But that was what he wrote in his notes. The tree he was supposedly reffering to is no where big enough or wide enough to block signal. Meanwhile my neighbor who has this service has a huge tree almost right in the sight of the satellite. Makes no sense to me. Dont know why they put a sign on the property if they cannot provide service.

The technicians, Angel and Trainee, Parish were very efficient, easy to work with, professional, polite and knowledgeable. We were moving our dish to the roof, and, as Phoenix Internet does not work in attics any longer, they were very willing to accommodate and work with my Husband while he did the wiring in the attic. The only internet available in our area was Century Link. We had 6 - T1 lines and less than 6mbps upload, and that was a good day! We had many, many days when getting online was impossible because of the slow speed. After trying many times to get high speed internet, Andrew called promising 40mbps download. Of course I was sceptical and flat out told him so. I remember asking Where is our area? You know that old line, well, when Andrew told me exactly where I was, I started to have hope. I did some research and we decided to give Phoenix Internet a shot. I sure am glad we did! Our quoting program is online based and we just fly through it now. The process was quick and easy, really fast turn around time for installation and everything has been great. Im glad Andrew found us! Phoenix Internet made high speed internet a reality for us without having to pay an arm and a leg!

My wife tried to sign us up, the guy came out and was having trouble finding the signal. He said he knows he can get it, it was a glitch at the office and he was about to find the signal. The office called him and said he had been there too long to move on to the next appointment and we would have to reschedule. He felt bad and assured he could get it. My wife called with no answer and has left message after message. Its been almost 2 months and for some reason they wont answer a call from her phone. If they dont want our money or cant provide us withservic just say so. So thats why i am leaving the review Im leaving.

Have had PI for about a month now and so far so good. Wish they would upgrade their equipment here in AJ so I can get at least 50 mbps, perhaps in the near future. Outside of the limited bandwidth the service and reliability has been outstanding.

The service is good for a rule areas and rarely ever goes down but come on now 15 MBPS for $60 a month that’s outer ridiculous. With Comcast in surprise Arizona I could pay $40 a month and get 100 MBPS their internets overpriced but it works

Good internet, when it works. Have had little to no internet consistently for about a month and can’t get anybody to fix it. Said it was the router so we replaced it, that did not fix it. They will not send anybody out to address this problem and it is getting old, especially in a time where we are working from home and have online school. Pretty disappointing when you have to use a personal cellular hotspot at your house when you are paying for internet. Not happy with the service as of right now.

I was quite tired of Century Link, their slow speed, price and reliability. I received a flyer in the mail that Phoenix Internet was available in Payson. I called and talked with Matt and got all the details. I had Phoenix Internet installed one month before my contract was up with Century Link so I could compare them side by side. Phoenix Internet was noticeably faster and on at least one occassion Century Link was down and Phoenix Internet was running fine. I was very satisfied with the customer service and the technicians who did the installation, and OH YES, VERY satisfied with the service.

Our installer Chris was fantastic. He was very careful on our roof as tile shingles crack easily. He was very professional worked quickly. We have had the internet up and running now for about 4 days, so far no problems. I will update if I develop any issues.

Have had Phoenix internet now for approximately 2 years, their service has never went out in that time accept for once, when we had a huge monsoon blow through in August this year and the dish blew off the roof, never to be found! They were out the next day, but the service person did not have a dish so they sent another guy out the next day with a dish and had my service back up within 20 minutes. I did not get charged for a service call or a new dish. My speeds have been constant with no fluctuation. Great company.
