Staff was fantastic. Efficient, friendly and swift to provide care. Jessica and the staff went out of their way to help my 4 year old get cared for as I was treated ...a great team. I highly suggest this organization.

I went in feeling scared but to my amazement. The staff was very thorough and it was very clean. The dentist Mark Mary was very nice. And has a great bedside manner. Down to earth from what I saw. He gave antibiotics and explained everything to me. His assistant was very nice also. Very gentle. I am actually considering coming to him for my abstraction.

Everyone was super friendly and the process was efficient and well explained every step of the way! I was able to book an appointment immediately and had all issues taken care of the same day. I highly recommend these guys and will return when I need to!!!

I went in for emergency toothache ended up playing $216 just for an x-ray. No meds for my pain if I did I had to pay another $141. They just find little things to charge you. They charge me another fee of $29 cause its on the weekend after hours so avoid going on the weekend. I shouldnt of know right when I walked in their clinic is hidden and the guy at the front desk playing on video game. Jorge was so rude after asking him why my bill came up to $216 he was cutting me off every time I tried to speak. Please avoid going here. Theres way better places that wont try and take advantage of people that are in pain.

I came in after having tooth pain on the right side of my mouth for about two and a half weeks. I ended up needing a tooth extracted which didn’t surprise me, and the price was fair all considered. Well the first dentist I would see ended up doing the extraction. While he’s doing it I could feel heavy pressure from him on my front teeth. They had run X-rays and I had said that I had one tooth on the left front that has been slowly breaking for the past couple years. After the extraction is done I am sent home to recover.As the next few days go by I’m noticing that I still have pain on the right side of my mouth. It’s not nearly as bad, but it’s still there. Also it seems to me that I might still have a piece of tooth in there. Now that front tooth is causing me far more pain especially at night. So, I make an appointment to go back into the office to have the right side looked at.Turns out that no tooth is remaining, but this dentist wants to shave down the bone a bit to help me. Well unfortunately I could barely understand him prior to the procedure and then during it he tried to talk to me and that was a no go. Thankfully the dental hygienist was able to ask me the questions for him.After all was said and done I still have a little pain on the right side and especially in the front now. So a big thank you to the first dentist. Also, I want to add that when I had to go back in I found out the first dentist had only written out my chart and I guess he took it with him or something. Because the dental hygienist had to ask me who I had seen, and when I said shouldn’t it be in their computer she said he didn’t put it in the computer. Then proceeded to ask me what he looked like.The reason I gave two stars is because of the professionalism of the dental hygienists and office staff.

The staff is amazing here! I wouldnt have had my procedure done anywhere else. They were patient and caring and helped ease my pain the best way they could! Definitely recommend them for any of ur dental work

This staff was amazing and worked us in quickly. They gave you both medical and dental if you need it. Great bedside manner and excellent clinical care. The nurses checked in on me frequently and asked me if there was anything I needed to make our stay there comfortable. They brought us blankets. I highly highly recommend this office

10/10 recommend this place to anyone who don’t have insurance! They have amazing payment plans, friendly staff, and their office is super clean! Took my wife to get her teeth looked at, they accommodated to her needs and we left absolutely happy!

I don’t recommend going here. The staff is friendly and attentive, but they are more concerned with charging excessive fees than solving the problem. My crown fell out and I wanted to get it resealed. They charged $99 for the examination and $44 for each x-ray. They told me that they would only do one or two x-rays but they did three. They charged an “after hours fee” too. The dentist came in and took a look, dried the tooth with a LOT of air (which really hurt) and then told me I’d need a new crown. The first quote they gave was $1700. I told them no, and they came back and quoted $410 to reseal my crown (instead of having a new one made). I didn’t want to go through with it, so I only paid for the exam and x-rays and went to another dentist the next day. That dentist took x-rays, examined the tooth, and told me I was in good shape. He resealed my crown and charged me a much more reasonable amount. I still plan on talking to my regular dentist (I’m visiting from out of town) to make sure everything is ok. But I’m disappointed in this urgent care clinic and had to write this. The staff is friendly and efficient. But you can easily be told incorrect information and leave paying way too much money for unnecessary procedures. If you can wait, go to a regular dentist.

I wouldnt hate the dentist so much if all offices were run and staffed like this facility. Angela helped me and is all around awesome. I get anxiety dealing with dentists, mouth pain, ex and I felt better talking to Angela immediately. 10/10 would recommend going here for emergency work over any other emergency dentist facilitiesThank you again Angela ❤

My first time here was a really great experience! I hate having to go to the dentist. I must admit though that the entire office staff was so kind and caring about my needs. The dentist is fabulous! Everything was explained thoroughly regarding my current issues and any future care that I am going to need. Very attentive and informative to questions I had. Pricing was explained thoroughly and the cost of the care was reasonable.

Definitely a great place to go for your dental needs. I was so scared going here but the staff is so loving and kind. Had excruciating pain from my molar and ended up having to remove it. Thank you all so much for your help and kindness ☺️.

It was time visiting this office and I had an amazing experience. All staff was kind and caring from beginning to end. Angela the dental assistant was great. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Angela and thr dental hygienist that was there briefly explained everything that needed to be done who also walked me through the process. Dr. Winkleman was great in explaining the procedures and any questions that needed to be answered regarding my dental care. The cost of the visit was reasonable. I definitely will coming back for any dental needs.

I was attended to promptly and good customer service. Dr. Beh and her assistant Jorge had true concerns for me as a patient. They made sure my sugar levels were safe and wouldn’t start my tooth extraction until they found me a snack . They were very thoughtful and caring. I was worried about going to an office I wasn’t familiar with and I would highly recommend Urgent Care 24/7! I am already feeling better after service yesterday. Thumbs up to them, thanks for your service to those needing emergency procedures.

Although it is labeled as 24/7 dental, they are NOT. My fiance had an abses that need care so we drove 20 minutes to be told that they do not have dentists on certain days and we would have to go elsewhere.

Woke up with a toothache and half my face swollen, immediately called this 24/7 dental emergency number for Phoniex and a appointment was made for me in a couple of hours. Went in and was seen and was helped immediately. Thought I had a abscess tooth turned out to be a gum infection from not flossing correctly in the back of my mouth. The dentist treated me and cleaned the area and sent me home with some antibiotics that had me feeling back to normal the next day. Can’t recommend this place enough. Went in for a follow up dental care and had a cavity filled. Great people everyone was friendly and professional.

I needed an extraction and they did it after hours. The dentist and the dental hygienist were the NICEST I’ve ever had. They made me feel so comfortable and openly discussed my options without pushing or passing judgement. Amazing staff!!! Also i had 2 extractions and they were painless!

Amazing experience, set the appointment in the morning and they took me after work the same day. I’m someone that’s very anxious and they made me feel safe.

Horrible service, had a dental abscess that needed to be drained and they couldnt do so .. the dentist wanted me to wait 7 days with a swollen face because she wouldnt be back until then lol they also charged me $3,600 for services i did not receive and i have yet to hear back from them SMH ! I do not recommend them at all

This place was great, it was a lifesaver and the only emergency 24 hour dental care who would actually let us walk in with no appointment at any time. The doctors were very kind and explained everything thoroughly, and did everything they could to help. Really recommend this place to anyone who has a emergency that can’t wait.

Went there last night because I popped off a crown and needed it glued back on. Told $99 on line, went in, was told $149 cash because they don’t take insurance, then once in the back room (which had a dr’s table, not a dentist chair) was told it would be $450 cash because I was a new patient and needed a full exam with X-rays. This was at 11p. I walked out without service. They are a rip off! I am not sure who these other 38 people are but they certainly aren’t a 5 star service!

People were kind, knowledgeable, and gentle in their service. Very good experience. Dr. Winkleman was awesome.

This place was amazing! Took my fiancé here for really bad took and gum pain. Angela was very friendly and compassionate. Her customer service and bedside manner was the best I’ve ever seen anywhere I’ve been. My fiancé has bad anxiety but she made him feel so comfortable and at ease! We will definitely be coming back for future needs 💜

I went into to dental care with a bad toothache.. They were very professional and new what they were doing.. I have had trouble in the past with other dentist with giving me novacan to numb my mouth. I had no problem there,he did a really good job where I did feel no pain... I would recommend them to my family and friends..The only thing I would say that I didnt like is their alittle pricey .. $1,300 to remove a tooth is kinda high and right now alot of people cant afford that..but over all great staff!!!!

Really well organized staff was amazing the doctor.Really knows what she was doing the first day I had no pain was able to eat and drink again and rest from just my first visit. I highly recommend coming here. They know what they are doing and well get the job done right!!!😁!!!

I had good care I just need a crown glued back in but that cost 410 dollars which is insane the exam was 250 then gluing the tooth back in was 150 I cant believe it costed that much they did offer to put it back in for free once more but thats it I could have gone to a regular dentist and done all of this for 50 dollars :/

The staff is super helpful and really down to earth. They are fun and help bring the light when you are not having a great day. I was in for dental reason and the Dentist Dr. Wenlisene (Im sure I missed spelled it) he was great. And his assistant, I forget her name, but both were just great. And made you feel better and comfortable. Frank the guy in the front he is awesome and the medical doctor she was super friendly as well. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. Amazing customer service, they were quick to take me back and explain everything going on. Very straight forward with pricing. A very hidden gem that is open on Sunday’s especially for dental assistance.

Omg these people are angels and understand emergency dental problems. I was in the worst pain of my life and within 15 minutes I was given there trifecta ots 15p dollars but worth it if you have it. I go back weds for extractions and the dentist who handled me had the softest touch and was extremely comfortable and compassionate care all with amazing staff. I will only go here from now on.

Im a very high anxiety dental patient. Everyone was extremely nice and patient. I loved Dr. Merry, he made the experience completely painless which is rare in my experience. Will go back for more dental work in the future.

The staff are incredible. The urgent care/dental concept made things run smoothly. Gideon, a fellow paramedic, was my initial medical contact and was amazing. Nurse Practioner Benjamin was amazing as well. Theresa, the dental tech and Dr. Beals (DMD) took care of my filling quickly and painlessly. I would recommend them any day.

I came in with a big unbearable pain, I needed a root canal, they gave me antibiotics anti inflammatory as well and pain meds ! Amazing took the pain away almost completely, I have my root canal set for tomorrow but they made me feel like home ! And Angela was one of the most amazing and helpful person ever ! Everyone there makes you feel so comfortable

The entire staff at this urgent care was extremely accommodating and friendly. Very clean environment, no wait to get in, financing plans available. They really care about those in need.

Why advertise 24/7 if they dont even have a dentist available 5 days a week. You are available 2 maybe 3 days a week so you are not 24/7

I have a massive phobia of the dentist and everyone here was so amazing. I literally cried the entire time I was in the seat, accidentally kept closing my mouth and was panicking the entire time. This staff helped me like the pros they are. They did everything the could to minimize my discomfort and get me out of there ASAP. I still feel terrible that they had to have a patient crying and having panic attack the whole time and take a lot longer than it should have, but I am so thankful for them.

They are awesome. I would recommend them to everyone.
