Amazing dentist. Dr. Lin clearly loves what he does and the hygenists have a very high skill level. Will be back just for the quality of the operation and people. My hygienist was very experienced and worked fast with amazing results. This is the first review I have ever posted about dental care at 48 years old, but I felt the experience was so good I should take the time to let other people know. I am only commenting on the diagnostics and cleaning, I have not had cavities filled or other major procedures done by this office. Highly recommended for general support, especially cleaning.

The office was very clean. And the staff was even better. I am usually nervous of dental work and the staff was super informative about what they saw, What needed to be done, And how it would help.They also made sure to ask if I was feeling comfortable through the whole process. They got me in same day I need an emergency extraction within 3 hours in out and done will gladly use them again. Please form someone who has had there fair share of bad dentistry give them a chance I’ve never felt mor taken care of and general concern for comfort well being. This office is easy to find, very clean, and even provides TVs in each patient room so you can watch some shows (I watched HGTV and foodnetwork a lot). The dental hygienist and doctor are really nice and make you feel very comfortable rather than being anxious. I’ve been dental office hopping for the past 2 years and this office also has the lowest rates for cavity fillings and crowns that I’ve ever seen.Conclusion: I think this office will be my permanent dentist because it’s pretty awesome.

Hi there! My name is Dria and I’m not going to lie I was kind of scared to see a dentist on a Groupon but wow! First, they follow ALL guidelines with safety AND cleanliness! There was a gentleman who didn’t have a mask on the receptionist took care of that right away, X-ray equipment had a plastic covering and was cleaning right away, Bailey did a VERY detailed cleaning on my teeth and was very kind! Met Dr. Lin who was very professional but fun to speak with as well and who went over my teeth assessment. I was never pressured on anything and actually received an opportunity to use their program for folks who don’t have dental insurance either! $99 you get 2 cleanings, X-rays and also receive discounts on other things needed. I’m very happy with everything about my visit and even though I’m moving to SC I will visit AZ often and will schedule my appointments with them. Top notch care, cleanliness, attitudes, services provided and spoken to with kindness, professionalism, and also fun! 5 star rating wish I could give more!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lin. He was able to squeeze me in for an emergency same day when my crown fell off! I was so appreciative that I didn’t have to spend the weekend without my crown off.

I had some trouble getting a new retainer to fit properly and it was quite frustrating but the staff at Modern Smiles remained positive and worked with me to help me get a perfect new retainer that fits snugly and is comfortable. They also did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and spotting potential pre-cavities to take care of.

Dr. Fairchild spend a lot of time with me easing my anxiety and fear of the dentist. He answered every question. Today I had my silver fillings replaced, a cleaning and white crown. I literally was so relaxed. I loved my experience! Thank you Dr. and to your hygienists and staff!

It is so refreshing to finally meet an honest dentist! For years I was misdiagnosed as a long standing patient at another dental office. I became concerned as the charges continued to increase, so went to see Dr Fairchild. He and his staff are so friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain their procedures, and all I needed was a cleaning. Ella has a very gentle manner, and my teeth look and feel great! I highly recommend Dr Fairchilds Family Dentistry, for all of my family are now his patients too!

Totally disappointed and the implant he did for me they did not work out and I had to get them redone it was a lot of pain and a lot of money

My son had an abscessed tooth and being a single father I didnt have thousands of dollars sitting around. I was referred to Dr. Fairchild by a friend who said he and his team would work with me. . . . I was blown away at how personally they took my sons issue and how closely they worked with me, it was like I was family. After providing multiple options we were able to come to an agreement on a time and a price and were given the best treatment Ive ever seen from the medical field. It was my sons first major dental work and they made us both comfortable and explained what was happening in real time. Now we are life time members and I recommend them to everyone I can. I just wish I could give more stars.

I just recently found Modern Smiles, through a Groupon actually, and I have to say Im completely sold! From the moment I met Dr. Fairchild, I felt comfortable, very down to earth type of guy. After not having been to the dentist for a while, I had quite a few things that needed to be taken care of. Instead of making me feel bad for putting off the dental work for so long, he was sympathetic. He understood the overwhelming feeling of having to spend a lot of money on my teeth at once and said wed take care of the important things first and to do what I can, when I can. This put me at ease. My previous dentist was not that way, hence my reason for leaving. Ive also had the pleasure of working with Ella and Anastasia who have been fantastic as well! I feel so comfortable going into Modern Smiles, they all make me feel like a long term, known you for years client the second I walk in the door. I can now say Ive found my forever dentist!

Ive been going to Dr. Fairchild for about 1 1/2 years now and I would highly recommend this team of professionals to anyone. The professional and personal atmosphere displayed in this office is amazing and by far the best Ive ever found. They have the latest technology and expertise needed to perform all procedures. Ive had bone loss and infections that I didnt even know about but have since had two implants and they were accomplished with little pain and look wonderful. Dr. Fairchild and hygienist (receptionists too) are very friendly and personal. I always look forward to going to the dentist now as I feel Ive found some really good friends (no, Im not from Arkansas).

Ive been going here for over a year and the staff is great! The dentist is friendly and professional as he explains the procedures. I had a root canal and there was absolutely no pain or discomfort!

For someone who use to be uneasy and nervous about dental work, Dr. Fairchild and his entire staff made all those nerves go away immediately. They were so reassuring, comforting, explained everything in a way that makes you understand all that is needed, your options and what will be done every step of the way. Never pressuring you into anything that is not needed. Very honest, transparent and treats you like family! Love them!! #patientforlife!!

Dr. Fairchild is unfortunately either arrogantly incompetent or a scam dentist. I came in around February 2019 after finding a deal on Groupon for a cleaning and imaging and was told by the dentist that Im lucky to have found him as he said one of my teeth obviously needed a root canal. He then proceeded to refer me to his buddy who is an expert in root canals as my tooth was too complicated for him. He pressured me by stating this needed to be done very soon. Thankfully, I picked up on his used car salesman tactics and did not follow his advice.Subsequently, I was seen by two different seasoned dentists, who both honestly explained to me there would be no way of knowing if I needed a root canal without first drilling away the decay and getting into the tooth. Fortunately for me, I did not need a root canal and the so-called complicated tooth was filled by a 3rd year dental student.I would not recommend this dentist to anyone as he preys on people and their dental needs.

I absolutely love this office, I actually make it a point to come clear out from Mesa to come see these guys due to how fast and easy the process is. They know how to make you feel relaxed.
