In addition to regular cleaning, they have completed fillings and replaced an old crown for me. The staff are all incredibly nice and, fortunately, also have a sense if humor. That really helpful if youre undergoing a treatment - like replacing a crown - that takes a while.I just needed a cleaning this visit; Dominick was the dental assistant working with me - they do a good job making sure you work with the same assistant each visit. He was very thorough, but what I appreciated the most was they he regularly asked how I was doing throughout the procedure. And he coordinated really well with Dr. Durisek so there wasnt any waiting.

One of my crowns came off and they got me in right away to put it back in. I esp. appreciated their doing this because it was one of my front teeth. The dentist explained why this happened, and the hygienist was very helpful as well. I could nit have been any more pleased with their service.

I’ve visited literally 10+ dentist offices in my lifetime since I move so often or switch insurances. Never have I ever enjoyed my dental visits as much as I do at Open Wide. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The dentists are gentle and accommodating. I’ve gotten a ton of dental work done here (whoopsie!) and it was hands down the most painless and gentle experience I’ve ever received. I didn’t know visiting the dentist could be so pleasant. The office space is clean and decorated really well. There is catchy dance music playing softly and the staff is extremely social and welcoming. I am constantly recommending this dentist office to everyone I know. 12/10.

The crew here is beyond compare. Between the professionalism and care they take to make sure you’re comfortable, I actually enjoy going to the dentist. I also love the amount of support they give to the local community, which is actually how I found them because they sponsored an event I went to.

My cleaning was so gentle and Denise was so pleasant. Jovany took excellent x-rays and photographs of my mouth. Dr Durisek gave me a comprehensive exam and explained everything with great detail. Had a great experience open-wide dental yesterday. I had my routine hygiene/cleaning by dental hygienist Jason. He was great very thorough explain things well OK great information. Very pleasant and professional.

I was seated in the dental chair soon after my arrival. Dr. Durisek went right to work and was finished much sooner than I had anticipated. In fact, I didn’t even know that he had completely finished. Denise was over the top welcoming, nice and personable. While I can’t say the visit was entirely pleasurable, my anxiety is lessened for the next appointment. 🤤I can’t wait for the next verse of “Hold Me Now“ by the Thompson Twins! 😉

I love this dentist. It reminds me of the practice I went to when I was a kid. Super friendly staff who don’ttry to “sell” you on things you don’t really need. Also, added bonus — the dentist usually sings when he does fillings and he doesn’t even charge extra for it! :-)

What an upbeat gentleman who gave me great confidence in the quality service.An aside: This summer my husband & I were traveling extensive in our RV and I had a need for emergency dental service in New England. Dr. Durisek & staff were very helpful & responsive to my needs as I was 2,700 miles away. Having received paradontal care replacing a few, front, upper and lower teeth at Dr. Trujillos office, it was important to Dr. T. that I find a dentist to help with the more extensive dental issues.Open Wide Dental was the one office I remember to be very professional and well equipped with the kind of expertise hard to find if you are in the need of a very good doctor of dentistry.I am extremely happy I returned. I have not been to a dentist in over ten years. I have put it off, and put it off, and finally decided to try Open Wide, after seeing them in the Phoenix pride parade. They have treated me with care, and made me feel very welcome. I just had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday, which I was terrified to do. Again, utmost care, and a very easy procedure. I would absolutely reccomend Open Wide Dental.

They did everything to make me feel comfortable, they were thorough and explained everything so that I could have a clear understanding of what I needed to get my teeth back to healthy! As I am a cash patient they gave me all of the information needed to plan for my care!

Went to Open Wide Dental two months ago due to severe tooth pain.They scheduled cleanings, xrays to determine the problem. They scheduled the work needed, but it was going to be over a month wait. A month in pain, but that was the best they could do.A month passes, I drive from Oregon to be there, cause Im in pain and waiting a month.30 minutes of waiting, Im told, the dentist is overbooked, cant see me now. Next appointment another month away. They blew off my appointment and the best they can do is a month later. In pain. Thats 3 months.This is the level of concern and care I received, so dont be surprised if you receive the same. Simply shameful.This dentist is not concerned with your care. You will be wasting your time going to them. Go elsewhere.

I have a lot of anxiety visiting any dentist. The staff at Open Wide is extraordinary sensitive and nurturing. They do excellent work and my dentist has a wonderful character. They had my back to optimize my insurance to my benefit. So in my opinion if you have to go to a dentist they are the ones to go to.
