Love this place! My husband and I have been going to this dentist office for years. They always do such a great job and are so customer service focused. Jamie is my hygienist and always so friendly and efficient. Thank you Jamie for being so great!

Horrible quality denture. Had full mouth restore/redo (4 mos @$6,900), lower extractions, root canals, crowns, partial, then a simple upper denture replacement. The upper was a disaster. First attempt was terrible: imperfections, crooked and gunk buildup between teeth. Redone by same lab with new impressions, etc. Second attempt was just as bad with extreme gunk build up between teeth. They wanted to try a third time. NO THANKS. Nice lower work, but they could not deliver a decent simple upper denture free of defects. Now after 4 months work, I am looking for a new dentist to repair my upper denture. Not recommended for upper dentures.

Ive been going to Todays Dental for many years (along with my family), and Ive always had an excellent experience. Everyone has a WONDERFUL bedside manner - so much so that I actually enjoy my visits to the dentist.

Couldnt be happier with this office. Always friendly, always helpful and as a senior with limited dental insurance they give me multiple options for my dental care that fit my wallet and keep my teeth healthy. Unless I move from Ahwatukee I will never leave this dental office.

Ive been seen at Todays Dental for many years. Staff are always quick to greet, are knowledgeable with few changes over time. Ive needed multiple crowns due to childhood dental issues. Theyve always been willing to discuss the multiple options available and answer questions to let me make the best choice for me. Definitely recommend!Now w COVID-19, dental work is a bit scarey. I had an appt today and was very pleased w/ the extensive safety measures theyve implemented.

Great experience!!! Clean environment and super courteous staff. Even with the issues surrounding CV19 I felt very safe. Loved the TVs above the chair, the X-ray mouth thingys that don’t feel like knife blades, the speedy yet thorough cleaning process and lack of wait. Excellent job team!!!!

NEVER GO HERE!!! The worst experience you’ll ever have! I went in and was told I had to have a tooth extracted and a root canal that they said they would do there. I waited a week in pain to get it done and when I showed up I was told I would have to go elsewhere to get the root canal done. I did and waited another week to go back and have a tooth extracted. It went fine but I told them that I had to have a crown on the tooth I had a root canal on and the quoted and had me sign a paper saying that it would cost $260. I wait another week and get a phone call saying that it will now cost over $1000 to have it done. When I talk to the manager she then tells me it’s around $320 but is going to look into it. I get a call back and she says it’s going to now cost $425. They definitely want your money but have never wanted to help in any way! Don’t go here and don’t tell anyone to go here. It’s a big joke to these people and they will never help you. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!

My hygienist was Jamie, and she was very nice. She did a great job. They have TVs in each room so you can watch whatever channel you want while getting your teeth cleaned. The staff and doctors are awesome. They explain everything that they are going to do which helps make me be less nervous. I was having extra sensitivity to a tooth that had been worked on and they fit me in that day so the doc could take a look at it. He explained to me in terms I could understand. I would recommend them to everyone in the area.

Jaimie and Brandy both are amazing. Not only did they make my 6 and 7 year old feel comfortable and at ease during their cleaning but are also always so gentle and thorough when i see them as well.

The staff is extremely thoughtful, explain procedures and make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Love the text reminders for appointments and having the overhead TVs. Great treasure chest for small children

They were very skilled in knowing how to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem I was having and what needed to be done. They also give you a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Great people.

This year alone I have had 2 emergencies and Todays Dental was able to get me in ASAP and fix the issue. Both times I was seen by Dr. Ngo and he is great! Not only was he able to make me feel comfortable with whatever I needed done, but he goes the extra mile to check up after the procedure.

I can not say enough good about Todays Dental. I was told by a dentist in Utah all my teeth needed to be pulled. The dentists I saw were not friendly or gentle. I would rather have a root canal than have my teeth cleaned. We were going to Phoenix and it was suggested that I make an appointment at Todays Dental for a second opinion. Needless to say I was very nervous. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Valerie. Her smile,warmth and loving tone made me feel at easy. Check in was so easy,I did it online ahead of time. When I got in the chair for the xrays, the lady (so sorry, cant remember her name) explained everything she was doing and was so pleasant. We had a very friendly conversation. I was very much at easy. Dr Howard Farran, the owner, saw me personally. I think that is above and beyond all expectations of a Dental office. This man is fantastic. He reviewed the xrays, checked my teeth and called in his hygienist. They explained all options open to me. The pros and cons. They did not tell me what I was going to do, they left it up to me. With Dr. Farran and Brandys helpful advice, which was they thought my upper teeth could be saved. We proceeded with that treatment.Do to my short visit in Phoenix, they bent over more than backwards to accommodate my schedule. My lower teeth were pulled that day, and arrangements were made for a deep cleaning that week.Dawn, the office manager,came out and sat with me, she could feel I was nervous about the cleaning. She explained, I could have a nitrous gas to relax me. She explained every detail of what it did and how it was used. She went out of her way to arrange schedules, order things for me, keeping me informed every step of the way. I feel as if I have a new best friend. And now the dreaded and feared cleaning. OH MY GOSH !!!!! Jamie did such an amazing job- nothing and I mean nothing hurt. Like the others she explained everything she was doing during the cleaning and the after care,and gave me written instructions and supplies. I got follow up calls and emails.Again, I can not rave enough about Todays Dental. I know it was worth the 600 mile drive. I will be going back for all my dental needs.

Dawn and Valerie are consummate professionals in the front office. The Hygenists and Medical Assistants are excellent. For some reason in my experience they do not introduce themselves. Dr. Mark Haley doesn’t seem to read the files for what medications his patients take before building repore or recommending appropriate pain meds for a procedure in my experience. Personally, a little humility,sensitivity, and file review would help the good doctor better serve the consumer moving forward. We are not cattle, just people who want 1st class service for our procedures. Other than that, I’m sure 9-10 times he gives a darn except when he gets his emotions in the way of his professionalism in my experience and my honest opinion.

Woke up this morning with a toothache. After calling around for about two hours I found this place and the were able to fit me in that afternoon. As soon as they took me to my room and I sat down Dr. Ngo was there talking to me, finding out what he could do. He made me feel comfortable. When he expressed concern about the state of some of my teeth he didnt make me feel less than or little, it was in understand and genuine concern. I will definitely be back and recommend him to anyone!

Hands down the absolute best experience Ive ever had at a dentist office. From the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Vu. Everyone has a smile on their face and everyone is very informative. Kind, friendly and clean environment. They honestly have a way of making you feel like a guest in their home!! Dr. Vu is fast and efficient!! She literally has the magic touch...as she numbed me for my procedure I literally felt NOTHING no stinging or burning at all. I will definitely be referring her to family and friends!

I had done an online appointment request two weeks ago and they just called today. I requested to have an exam and cleaning and they informed me that I could come in and meet a doctor and then I would have to schedule a cleaning at a later date. I requested that I be able to do an exam and cleaning the same day and they informed me that they didnt have any availabily for 4 months. I have never had a dentist not do a cleaning and exam on the same day. It makes me feel that they just wanted to be able to bill my insutence for two separate visits.

So I havent been to the dentist since I got my braces taken off in 9th grade 10 years ago lol. After reading the horrific reviews on Yelp of local dentist offices in my area I pretty much had no intention of going. I drive by Todays Dental pretty much every day and I decided to give it one last shot and look up their reviews, to my surprise they were really great so I made an appointment. I had the earliest appt available and I was happily greeted with a cheery welcome which is greatly appreciated considering how early it was. The entire staff was so nice and friendly I even got a tour of the place. I havent been to the dentist in 10 years they could have lied to me and said I had all kinds of issues and charged me a bunch of money instead the dentist told me I had freaking awesome teeth and all I needed was a basic cleaning!! I will definitely be coming back here for all my dental work. They really know customer service thank you!!

The Todays Dental staff were extremely helpful with some insurance issues I had when seeking treatment for sleep apnea. Once we got those resolved and were able to proceed, Dr. Glass helped me tremendously with an oral appliance that has ended my snoring and just about ended my apnea. It was an effective easy treatment, and Dr. Glass proved skilled and knowledgeable about this new medical use of dental technology. I would highly recommend this practice for good customer service and excellent treatment.

I have had really bad experiences with previous dentists. Several years ago, I stumbled upon this place after graduating college and en route to Colorado. I had no dental insurance and the dentist was kind enough to take care of a couple of fillings at no charge. So, after having horrible times with other dentists and having moved back to Phoenix, I returned here. Though the previous dentist had moved on, Dr. Glass has proved a wonderful alternative. Hes been patient with my unfortunate gums and limited checkbook. A very pleasant, nonjudgemental practitioner who works hard to create a healthy smile and whose state-of-the-art equipment and techniques make it possible at my convenience. Very much appreciate his work as well as those who assist (also very friendly professionals). Have had a lot of work done here and not one problem yet.

Root canal in january is still not fixed and now im being referred to a different dentist so i can pay another 1000 for something that i already paid for. Crown and post build up on another tooth from july still very sensitive to cold. Otherwise, the cleanings are great. My wife loves this practice...not me as much. The people are very nice. The dentist is a fast talking, joke making saleman just like most of them. Nice guy. Wont touch my teeth again.

I am a very picky individual when it comes to getting treatment for my children and my family is extremely pleased with this office. Dr. DeMark made my 3 year old daughter soo comfortable when seeing him she talked about him for days. Thank you Todays Dental for the excellent care for my little lady. I wont have to worry about it bringing her back in to the office since she felt comfortable.

I never wrote a review, but the experience at Todays Dental just making me to do so. Went to this office with a gum infection assuming to take X-ray, get an antibiotics and take it from there when infection goes down. However, doctor Tram Vu wanted to cut my bridge, pull my tooth out and put new bridge back in. Made me feel so uncomfortable by saying that condition is so bad. Of course, I verbally said that I would need the second opinion on this matter and it is when she flipped that I didnt want to spend $$$$$. In addition, she didnt forget to mention that they took me in as a new patient and saved me money on the first visit. I was shocked!Front desk staff were awesome, dental assistant was gentle and comforting as I was in minor pain. Took a bit of the time to get with appointment because of the early morning traffic appointments.

I have been a patient at Todays Dental for about ten years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I love this office and everyone there!!! Now with the newest dentist Dr. Dharia I feel even more comfortable and confident to get my dental work done. Im usually quite nervous about going and its due to getting the shots but Dr. Dharia is the best shot giver Ive ever had!!!!! I swear you dont even feel the prick of the needle at all, its absolutely amazing!!!!!! So thank you Dr. Dharia for being so talented and making my last two visits so easy and quick, youre awesome!!!!

When Dr. Farran was there things were great, but now it has gone down hill. Apparently they dont make proper notes in thier charts, and this can greatly effect things later. TRUST ME! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a third rate office driven by greed and incompetence. They only have their own interest in mind, not yours. Especially avoid glass (hell always find something wrong with you just to make a buck). That hack talked me into wearing braces. Five years and thousands of dollars later I have crooked, misaligned teeth and I live in constant pain from TMJ caused by bruxism, caused by malocclusion, caused by the moron. After the braces came off, my teeth were so misaligned that that ignorant peasant started grinding them down. As a result one of them was grinded down to almost half its size. That thief also overcharged me for some regular extractions (considering them as surgical). Look at his picture! While my diet consists of Aleve and Tylenol, that greedy pig, swine is getting fatter and fatter. I sent him an email expecting some kind of apology but that coward with no integrity did not even respond.May Yahweh punish that worthless human being!JZ

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I am very upset about the treatment that I received at this office. In particular Dr. Farran grinding my teeth before any fitting of the crowns at all, as well as his poor bedside manner. I feel the post in my front tooth was put in poorly without my under bite being taken into consideration, thus leading to the difficult fitment of a crown and the adjustment of my lower canine tooth, which was ground to what I consider to be a stub. The molars above my rear crown were ground before trying to fit the crown as well. When I asked Dr. Farran what he was doing he responded with just smoothing out an old filling. THERE IS NO FILLING IN THAT TOOTH OR THE TOOTH IN FRONT OF IT! He should not have done any grinding on any teeth other than the ones being worked on without saying something first. That is absolutely ridiculous. At this point my canine is not repairable and has no enamel left on the surface due to the grinding. The molar that was ground unnecessarily is now giving me problems and sensitivity that I did not have before. They first fitted a somewhat decent looking temporary while the crown was being made. They sent me to a lab to have the color matched. The lab they used is nothing more than a filthy office space with carpeted floors. Carpet has no place in a medical facility, let alone a lab. When they installed the crown it looked worse than the temporary, and YOU COULD SEE THE POST!! Yet Jan had no problem saying I think it looks great. After that I had to nitpick every detail to make sure I got a decent looking tooth. At the end I was tired of Dr. Patterson talking in circles, basically trying to tell me they did the best they could. He then explained to me that my crown was not a “high end crown”. I asked several times about a metal backed porcelain crown that I understood to be of better quality, and every time somebody would change the subject. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE The only doctor in that office with any bedside manner WAS Dr. Demark. I believe Dr. Farran’s focus on “profitable dentistry” is nothing but greedy practice. Any medical profession should be focused on the care for the patients, not the bottom line. After all the quotes I signed and paid over 1200 dollars I get a bill for a final balance that was above and beyond the quoted price. THIS OFFICE IS TERRIBLE.

Was a pt here for years since I moved to Phoenix (12 years) but recently the staff in the front has gotten so rude. They dont care about being kind or courteous and nickel and dime you for everything. Avoid this place at all costs.
