I generally dont write reviews but in this case the On Pointe dental team and Dr. Nack deserve 10 stars in my book. I called, as a new patient, since my dentist had retired, on a Monday at 11:30 AM with a dental emergency as I was in great pain and couldnt eat due to an infected and loose in -plant post. The compassionate lady on the phone said to come in right away and by 1:00 PM, Dr. Hack had removed the cause of my pain after reviewing my Xrays and had me on the path to recovery. They processed my insurance right away for me and I left paying $132 instead of the $1300 another dental office quoted me. Ironically, the office is only 2 miles from where I live, but I hadnt heard of On Pointe until I searched online. In my case the 5 Star rating is richly deserved!!

I have a severe phobia of any Medical/Dental practices which has lead me to avoid the dentist for years. Of course followed years of poor dental hygiene which have now lead to a mass amount of issues in my mouth. I had a cracked molar that was causing severe pain in my jaw/ear, and after numerous searches, I chose On Pointe (the reviews have been amazing!) I requested an appointment, Vicki called me before the end of the day, and said they could get me in the very next morning at 7am. I was so nervous, but Dr. Nack, Sam (I am terrible with names, but there was a new person there as well on her first day of her Externship) as well as a 3rd woman who assisted when I had to return (I did not catch her name) and they were all AMAZING and SO Friendly! I had my tooth extracted, and did have a minor complication, and they welcomed me back a few hours later to check on me and make sure I was fine. I even received a follow up call from Dr. Nack himself before the end of the day to check in on me, which was pretty great! I still have plenty more work to be done, and Im pretty sure they have me for the rest of my natural born life, but I feel very confident and comfortable going back. Highly Recommend if you are anxious and terrified of the Dentist like me. ;-)

I historically have bad luck at the Dentists, but my experience at On Pointe made up for every bad experience I’ve had elsewhere. When I came in after a year of not seeing a dentist due to covid, I was presented with news I didn’t want to hear about the condition of my teeth. But the amazing staff at On Pointe walked me through every next step, quickly provided me a breakdown of the out of pocket costs vs. insurance coverage, and went out of their way to rearrange their schedules to ensure I could get the most work done in one visit as was possible. During my periodontal treatment and crown placement, Tenchi, Dr. Maneka Patel, Ann, and Sam told me step-by-step what they were doing on my teeth and why. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. From the front office staff to the assistants, to the dentists, every person is incredibly kind and attentive. I also greatly appreciated that they did not once try to upsell me on any unnecessary procedures or products like other dentists have done to me before. Thank you, thank you for taking the stress and fear away for me for any future dental visits. I’ll always know I’m in good hands here!

On Pointe Dentistry got me in the day I called as I had popped a crown off a molar. The whole team was very kind and professional. Dr. Nack was thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor!

This dentist office was the best I have ever been to. It started with a phone call with Brittany, she was professional, personable, and very kind. I had a lot of questions because I was a new patient and having some bad pain in my jaw and she worked to get me in for an x-ray that same day. The dental assistant who I worked with was also great! And Dr. Nack was excellent! He asked more questions than I’ve ever had to really understand my pain and what was going on, he was able to determine what was causing my pain, made sure I was set up to start taking care of it properly and thoroughly explained what was going on and everything I needed. Editing my review after leaving the office- I had NO IDEA they would tell me it would be 190$ for a quick X-ray ( on a root canal tooth $36 for the X-ray ) and to glue back on a temporary crown as my dentist is closed until Monday, I am unable to eat on my left side as I have severe sensitivity after having an extraction done and a high filing I need worked on the other side of my mouth. when I expressed my concern with such a high charge the receptionist gave me a discount so then I just needed to pay $154 for the service, I understand the dentist time is valuable and I am thankful they got me in but I learned my lesson, ask for the cost prior otherwise they will totally take advantage of the situation.i left this office crying as I felt so taken advantage of. I will never return to this dentist even in an emergency because it is clear he has very little compassion for people and takes advantage of people who have to pay cash for a service, I was with the dentist fo 5 minutes max. if I would have known this would cost me 154$ I would have sucked it up and waited until Monday and done a liquid diet. Be sure to confirm your cost before starting any work as he clearly has no concern to the cost to you. I paid the same amount I was charged for a CASH PAY filling to be done prior to getting insurance.

This was one of the worst dental visits that I have ever experienced. I saw a relief dentist whos staff did not know where anything was or how the equipment worked. I was never given an estimate of what was being done until I asked for it. It was not explained to me why I needed the procedures that were being performed. As it turned out, I did not need what was being done. Long story short, I was billed $3000.00, $1500.00 of which I did not need. Aside from the lack of professionalism, it is clear that this was all about making money with no regard for patient care. Be very careful if you choose to go to this facility.

This was my first visit since the merger of two offices. I was extremely happy with the new equipment used by my dental hygienist. I have tender gums and they usually are sore after my quarterly cleaning. Instead they felt normal with no after pain. A big plus for any new patient with similar concerns.

Is 5 stars really the maximum that you can give a stellar Doctor and his practice? There needs to be a category for those that are so far beyond the normal standard of excellence, that they have a grading scale that goes to 10 stars. Honestly I would give Dr. Nack and his staff 10 stars all day, everyday and twice on a Sunday (even though theyre closed on Sundays lol).If you dont have time to read this whole review, just trust me and go to Dr. Nack/ On pointe Dentistry. I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT.Now for those that have more time to read, here goes. Dr. Nack had treated a family member for several year. His work is so incredible, we have had other dentists ask who did the work he had done because it was stellar. Im a medical student. This is imp for 2 reasons. 1) Im on a really really reallyyyyy tight budget. 2) With the rigors of med school and with travel I have been unable to see a dentist in a few years. I finally made it a priority this year to go in to get a check up. Well we found out that I needed a marathon of work done. 3 crowns, 7 fillings and deep cleaning. Subsequently I needed a root canal too.From the initial examination, Dr. Nack was unbelievably thorough. His state of the art equipment is not found in most dentists offices and rivals the best of the best even found in celeb practices in Hollywood. I found out that he is considered a premier dentist with the insurance that I have. Sadly my particular insurance doesnt cover all the charges so it was going to cost me more to get all this work done here than at several other dentists. This is where the med student on a tight budget comes into play. I considered going to another dentist for a portion of it to save money, but I remembered what other dentists said about his work and how they were almost envious of what his standards are. Trust me when I say that when it comes to your dental work and health in general, you want a Doctor who is a perfectionist. Sadly a lot of perfectionists in the medical field lack a good bed side manner and inter-personal skills. With Dr. Nack not only is he one of the nicest people you will ever meet, he really truly does care about you as his patient. After my first round of fillings, he called me at home that night to make sure I was okay. Which flipping doctor in this day and age of corporatized medicine, does that? Its such a nice feeling to have your Dr add that personal touch.I could write a novel here about everything that was done and how amazing it was. But to summarize it. His work was perfect, the office is incredible, the atmosphere is inviting, painful procedures are made as painless as possible and my goodness the work is beyond excellent.I need to make special mention of a few people. Samantha was the most amazing assistant. We cracked more jokes together than you can imagine. Kayla was always so sweet and inviting. In a covid-19 world she is the first person you might talk to from the parking lot when asking if you can come in. She always greeted me with the same million dollar radiant smile that she has, whether it was 7:30 a.m. or 4 p.m. and was always so friendly and inviting. Kim did my dental cleaning and my gosh is she goooodddd at what she does. And a very very special mention goes out to Stacey. She helped me so many times over the phone, was so understanding and is a ray of sunshine in that office. As I said everyone here is beyond incredible. Dr. Nack leads a great team and I truly mean this when I say that he is possibly one of the best Dentists in this nation. I have seen tons of them and have friends who are dentists in other states. There simply isnt another Dr. Nack.As I said earlier. Even if you dont read this review, please for the sake of your health, just go to Dr. Nack. Phone call got me into office. Temperature taken, then walked directly to exam room. I was picking up a Nightguard the dentist recommended. It fit well and I have not had trouble wearing it during my sleep. Dentist staff is working with me to see if it us covered by my insurance.

This was the first time I had visited On Pointe Dentistry since my previous dentist merged with the practice in March. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the office and the vigilance the staff was showing in regards to the COVID19. All patients were socially distanced (or waited outside) and my temperature was taken prior to seeing my hygienist, Tenchi, who had transferred from my previous dentist as well as the remainder of the staff. Tenchi was fabulous - as always - and continues to be a strong advocate for dental care. This was my first time in seeing Dr. Nack, who happened to be the dentist on duty that day. I had just mentioned in passing to both Tenchi and Dr. Nack that sometimes I woke up in the morning with my jaw aching. Immediately additional X-rays were taken as part of my exam by Dr. Nack. Even though I was a new patient to him, he was thorough and very caring. He referred me to a consultation with a root canal specialist and prescribed antibiotics. His office staff contacted the new dentist and helped schedule me to be seen in just 2 days! It turns out I that not only was I in need of a root canal but I had an infection in my jaw which could have been there for over a year. Thank you, Dr. Nack, for being professional and helpful to a brand new patient!

I will start by saying Ive always struggled with being comfortable in the dentist chair. So much so I avoided the dentist chair like the plague and hadnt seen one in at least 8 years after having had a horrific experience in the dentist chair as a kid. Now, at age 34, this sort of neglect of course has yeilded many failed and decaying teeth in my mouth and a closed mouth smile. In the past, everytime I got the courage to go see a dentist and finally get a handle on my oral health, my motivation was quickly snuffed out by the dentist bararting me about the years of neglect, one even came out and asked how long I had done Meth. (NEVER IN MY LIFE!). All this followed by handing me a astronomical quote to get things back in order. Talk about sucking the wind out of your sails.Two weeks ago, I woke up with a golf ball in my cheek from an infected tooth and once again decided I was over playing tooth pain roulette.I made an urgent appointment at Onpoint dentistry. Dr. Kode and the amazing team there completely broke step with what I had come to expect seeing a new dentist for the first time.Dr. Kode and the team were nothing short of compassionate, friendly, welcoming and understanding! I wasnt ever once made to feel guilty or fearful of the work that needed to be done. Dr. Kode formulated a plan of attack to bring order from chaos in my mouth. They prescribed antibiotics, and we decided on a date to make it happen.That was yesterday morning. Having now finally come off the pain meds and rinsed my mouth im blown away by what was accomplished in the 4 hours I was sedated in the chair. WOW!Huge thanks to Dr. Kode and amazing team at OnPoint! Im happy to smile again! I highly recommend!

Dr. Nack and his staff are great. The office staff is very professional and helpful - the dental staff is knowledgeable and skilled. Every visit has been a good experience. I highly recommend On Pointe Dentistry.

I love this place. The staff is extremely helpful and and always honest. I do not have dental insurance so the monthly payments are a must for someone like me. They had No problem whatsoever fixing everything I had wrong and are never pushy about money. I cant believe all these nasty comments Im reading about this place. Keep in mind people, treat others as you would want to be treated.

One Pointe Dentistry is an excellent office to go to for amazing quality work, very experienced people that go above and beyond to provide you with dental needs. Dr. Nack is very precise and meticulous so his work is perfect. He is the best of the best. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Nack for all your dental needs!!!
