Dr. Ly is very to the point, kind and gentle, made me feel so relaxed, comfortable. I am so thankful our paths crossed. Her assistant, Kaitlyn is very kind, and compassionate, they work great as a team! No dental anxiety for me! Yay! Unfortunately for these guys my last 2 dentists have been amazing. Unfortunately I changed jobs and neither is on my plan. Heres my breakdown in the best way I know how. Pros and Cons.Pros:Close to my house in Ahwatukee.I was able to get in for an appointment quickly.Desk staff was nice enough but seemed forced.Dentist and hygienist were pleasant.Cons:Office felt kind of dirty and had zero atmosphere (i know its not a bar but still you could try).The room I had my check up in had holes in the walls and looked unprofessional.The dentist came in and said I needed 4-5 fillings. I go to the dentist religiously every 6 months and have not needed a filling in at least 15 years. Seemed odd that I needed 4-5 all of a sudden.They charged me an extra $50 for a special teeth cleaning when my last 2 dentist gave me the exact same cleaning as part of the typical cleaning.Told me my gums were swollen in the back and which is why I needed the deeper cleaning. Went to my previous dentist and they said I have no swelling. They did say there was one non-cavity tooth that could use a filling but nothing critical.Overall I really felt they were just looking to charge me and my insurance some extra money. My own fault for letting them. When I brought it to their attention they simply said I dont know what other dentist charge but this is what we charge. Simply put there are definitely much better dentists out there and I would never go back.

It’s 50/50 on the quality of care you receive. I have had great service and I’ve had not so great service. The not so great service, the employee acted like they do not like their job and was in a rush to get me out of their chair. The great service, the employee took their time and made me feel like I mattered to them.

The staff is so amazing. All of my questions were answered and I felt confident that the issue I am having with my gums will be resolved. The doctor and staff took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a solution. I was given the reassurance I needed that everything is going to be fine. The doctor was so gentle in my mouth. I have now found my forever dentist.

This was my first visit to this office. Everyone I talked to was a delight. Starting with the 2 Vanessas at the front desk to Kaitlyn who took my x-rays to Dr. Ly! All were professional with good senses of humor. I have a treatment plan that makes sense. Looking forward to a long relationship with this office.

Curleshia was amazing. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Some hygienist’s hands can feel very rough and leave you with bleeding gum and discomfort, but Curleshia was very gentle and thorough. The whole staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Imagine Dental for all your dental care.

This was my first visit to Imagine Dental after 15 years with my last dentist. I was leery of starting over, but the staff at Imagine Dental are friendly and professional and put me at ease. They answered my questions honestly and worked up a treatment plan.I was very satisfied with my first visit.

This is a wonderful practice. Office staff is polite and the dental assistant worked with me to get my x-rays as I had an issue (my side) but it was successful. The dentist was really nice. Everyone is very upbeat. I left feeling better than I did when I went in. Thank you ladies!

My hygienist was very informative and knowledgeable. She was friendly, however the way she flossed my teeth during my cleaning was painful. She was not gentle at all with the flossing process and my gums were sore for the rest of the day. Other than that slightly traumatic experience, I would recommend the place.

I really love Imagine Dental - Ahwatukee. First, let me say, I HATE going to the dentist, for any reason. But they are so caring and sweet, and never make me feel badly or ridiculous for my sometimes crazy anxiety. They take the time to explain things to you, are super personable, and never make me wait! They are always on time which is fantastic! I always have the same girl, I think, when I’m not seeing the dentist, and she’s so sweet and gentle. Another thing I really appreciate is that they’re not constantly trying to sell me things that I don’t need or want. That’s been a problem at several previous dentist offices that I’ve gone to. I felt like I was at a car dealership half the time time. I really recommend them to anyone. They are great and I’m so glad I found them.

Curlisha is the absolute best hygienist. She has a level of care not shown by other hygienists which translates into me getting the best cleaning for my teeth.

Staff was helpful and efficient. They offer internet appointment setting and they call you back, quickly, they confirm an appointment. New patient paperwork can be filled out and sent to a specific location where the appointment is. I had an infected cavity and needed an extraction. I was able to get an appointment the very next morning. As far as dentist appointments go. It was really incredible. I was in and out, less one tooth, in less than an hour! I couldnt have asked for a better experience or a better group of capable and caring staff members. I will definitely tell anyone I know who is looking for dental care that this place is where they should go.

Fantastic Dentist and great hygienist! Super personable and friendly. Waiting room could use some calming decorative wall art but thats my ONLY complaint. Id say thats pretty great. They do a nice job keeping the place sanitary and you can stay in your car instead of the waiting room if you are more comfortable doing that.

My implant requires a six-month checkup. Do staff review my appointment and chart before providing services? I was not prompted for xrays but needed them. The Dentist commented about my implant on the chart but it was not current.

I hate going to the dentist and changing offices due to insurance but was so relieved to have my appointment with Dr. To. He is the best I’ve experienced. He listened and acknowledged my concerns as well as informed me of my options.He was gentle, thorough and did excellent work.He talked to me adult to adult not as some other offices I’ve been to where they scold or tell you how they will spend your money for you as if you don’t have choices. Good or bad it’s up to me not the dentist.His supporting staff at phoenix office was awesome as well. The Ahwatukee office was so helpful and got me in quickly due to the nature of the need.

The interns were funny and sweet and so was the dentist. The only thing I didnt understand was why it took so long to see the dentist but that happens at any office you go to for medical care. The dentist answered all questions I had and gave me the referrals I needed for specialists. Great service!

Wow. What a gem of a find. After moving to Ahwatukee, I was looking for a new dentist after several years going without. I lucked in to finding Imagine Dental, and have been consistently impressed with Dr. To, Janna, Vanessa, Michele and the other staffs chair-side manner and patient service. They are honest, fairly priced and provide terrific service in a relaxed, no-pressure, patient-centric approach. This is the best dental clinic Ive ever experienced. I truly believe they are a little different and a cut above even other good clinics. 6-Stars!

I highly recommend Imagine Dental. I chipped a tooth that needed to be fixed right away. Everyone there was welcoming and understanding. They were professional and personal. My wife and I researched dentists on the web and came across Dr.Kevin To at Imagine Dental. The online reviews looked good so we took the opportunity to try this dental practice. My wife has Parkinsons so requires a little more attention than those without the disease. The whole staff at Imagine Dental were great from the front office staff ( Thanks Michelle! ) to the Dental Technicians and of course Dr. Kevin To himself. Dr. To was very attentive to my wifes condition and really caring in his evaluation of my wifes dental needs. We now have a dental plan to follow and Im looking forward to having Dr. To as our Dentist! Thanks so much.

Omgosh I can NOT say enough good things about this office. I am severely mentally ill and queer, the folx at the Ahwatukee location were astounding. I’ve had a rough few years dealing with depression so severe I couldn’t care for myself. I Have recently awoken from my depression and realized my already bad teeth are far worse After that 3 years. This office got me in next day for an assessment, were polite, thorough, and empathetic. I felt nothing but compassion and positivity from them. I’ve been to dentists offices who shamed me and ultimately made me terrified of ever going, even for a check up but not this office!! Highly highly highly recommended.

I had to go through 10 months of implant work through Imagine Dental and a periodontist and what was a scary process both financially and procedural wise was made a lot less stressful by imagine dental. They walked me through the whole process, provided all my options with the pros and cons, and once a treatment plan was decided on did everything possible to make it a wonderful outcome in the end. I recommend them definitely!

I came for a cleaning and routine examination. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Dr. To is very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing which I appreciated a lot! We looked over the X-rays together, and he went over all the questions I had. Turns out Ive been flossing incorrectly my whole life and he took the time to properly educate me on the correct technique for flossing! He was extremely careful and gentle when cleaning which I appreciate immensely. I would recommend Dr. To to all my friends and family! My experience has exceeded my expectations and I will be back! Highly recommend.
