I called today, they were able to get me in a pull my tooth within 2 hours of calling. Everyone in the office was so kind. The receptionist Celeste knew my name when I walked in. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. I had an overall great experience. My tooth was tough to get out but they were able to do it and were not at all rude. I have a lot of shame when it comes to my smile and I feel like go to this office they will help me to feel better about my overall dental health. Thank you for a good experience.

Amazing dentist office and staff! This was our first time visiting the office as we just relocated to Arizona. Celeste was extremely kind, thoroughly explained the cost breakdowns of future appointments, and went above and beyond with interacting with my kids (7 & 8.5 years old.) I had a wonderful experience during my first visit. Everyone was very professional and thorough. The staff took the time to explain in detail their processes during the examination. I havent been to the Dentist in years and after much urging from my wife, I decided I need to get back into the healthy teeth game. A esteemed colleague referred me to Premier Valley Dental and I can say; without a doubt, it was the best Dentist experience Ive ever had. From scheduling the appointment to the initial exam itself, the process was painless (honestly) and seamless. Melissa and Victoria in the Front Office made the scheduling easy, professional, and efficient, and even kept me in the loop as my appointment got closer. I was greeted with smiles and a bottle of water. It was more like checking into a spa than a dental appointment. Kellie, the Hygienist, knows her stuff and possesses a unique degree of bedside manner. She explained each step of the exam and executed with perfection. The technology is the latest and greatest even the X-Rays technology makes my last visit (to another Dentist years ago) seem like the Stone Age. Dr. Schwei, the Dentist, was able to utilize their Space-Age technology before she walked into the room and she was ready to go over the hi-res tooth-by-tooth images and issues in detail once she arrived. She alerted me to the issues (gums mostly), potential issues (future root canal resulting from an old bar scuffle...ugh), and even the non-issues (no cavities!) with a unique degree of knowledge, expertise, friendliness, and professionalism. Once my exam and cleaning was finished, I was greeted with more smiles, a swag bag of valuable dental items, and my follow-up appointment reminder. I highly recommend dumping your old crotchety dental practice and starting fresh (no pun intended) with the unique professionals at Premier Valley Dental.

All the work I have had done here has been excellent. My teeth feel great and I have absolutely no issues after I leave. Everyone there, including Greta, Judy, Kelli, and Mirissa are not only very professional but they are truly good people. Even after just meeting me, they all treat me like I am their best patient. Great staff, explained everything. Good client intake, I felt very welcomed and they remembered how to pronounce my name!! Something that bothers me all the time, its the little things. The hygienist was great tried to make me comfortable and Dr. K was great too very informative and helpful. Afterwards they explained to me what additional work needed to be done and how my insurance would pay for it and what portion was mine....completely helpful and friendly from start to finish.

I live in Colorado and travel for a living. While I was on a trip I had a crown come loose that I’ve had since I was a 18. After calling around with no luck I found premier valley dental and explained my situation. They got me right in took impressions, fitted a temporary crown and got me into the lab for color match all in the same day. When the new crown came in I was able to get into have the new crown put in with less than 24hr notice. The lab didn’t make the new crown to her expectations and she had the lab make a new. For my inconvenience without even saying anything she made it rite. I will bring my family down from Colorado to have all there dental work done here.

So yesterday was my first visit to this office. I left one of the known dental chains because the service was bad and everytime I went in I always felt like they were just trying to take my money. I chose Premier Valley Dental because of the great reviews on here and also because its very close to where I live. As soon as I walked into Premier Valley Dental the service was great from the get go and after I checked in I didnt wait too long like I usually expect when I go to to the dentist. The whole time in the chair the dental hygienist, Kerrie made sure I was comfortable and informed on everything she was doing. The dentist, Alexandria Schwei was awesome as well! I met and talked with her briefly about my teeth. She was very informative and easy to talk to. She suggested a few things to me that my previous dentist never offered (even though one of those things was their mistake) and I didnt feel rushed like I had to spend my money right away. I recommend this place 1000%!!

First off, I am one of those people that typically hate the dentist! I always delay putting off the dentist because of previous bad experiences. However, I just visited Dr. Schwei and her team for the first time and they were PHENOMENAL. I was warmly welcomed right after I entered the office. The office is stylish, calming, and well decorated. The sign-in process was simply and I was immediately brought back for my tooth cleaning. No wait time! :) The hygienist was kind and genuinely cared about creating a good dental experience for me. She informed me of what she was doing before she did anything (which I really appreciate), she made sure I was comfortable, and was very gentle with the cleaning. At the end, my teeth have never been cleaner! Dr. Schwei came in to evaluate my X-rays and oral health, and she was incredibly professional, compassionate, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Ladies are always very helpful and concerned about what they can do to make your visit the most comfortable. Dr. Kethcart is always gentle, caring and very concerned about your dental and oral health. I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Schwei since she took over from Dr Kethcart. She is an excellent dentist. In the past I dreaded going to the dentist - now I really enjoy it! Very hi-tech and she cares for each one of my teeth!! Her office staff is also delightful and dependable. If you are afraid of going to the dentist - make at appointment with Dr Schwei - you will be surprised how effortless and painless dentistry can be.

Steer clear!! Stefanie K was bought out by Premier Valley and unfortunately has gone way down hill with this change. Service is not what it was prior and because of this I have moved on to another dentist. I have to believe that they are either struggling with maintaining clients or are having financial difficulties with the recent experience I encountered. Either way, be warned! DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!

Im a big fan of Stephanie K. However this last visit was not as satisfactory as past visits. I experienced considerable pain during the margin measuring process, and thats not been my experience in the past. Even when I had gum problems. Is it my teeth or the hygienist?

There are not enough words to say how great Stephanie K Dentistry is. The experience is very positive. Dr. Ketchart is very professional, gentle and very informative. All my dental appointments with her have been very positive.

Dr. Kethcart has the best bed side manner and has a way to make you feel at ease. I look forward to my visits everytime.

I cant say enough good things about this dental office. I have done Groupons and other recommended dentists but none of them have matched Stephanie K Dentistry. In some offices, they tell you whats wrong or going on with your teeth. At Stephanie K, its a comprehensive exam of your mouth (They check for oral cancer too!) Here, they show you and explain why it is happening and what can be done to correct it. I have never been pressured into buying any additional services (like a deeper cleaning, or a fluoride paste) and if I choose to go with their recomendation, they always detail pricing out first. I highly recommend this office!! You wont find a better oral health center.
