I needed to replace my dentures and Aspen Dental provided a pleasant and professional environment for my visit. I found the office to be very conscientious of the sanitation requirements regarding the pandemic. The staff was very helpful and patient reviewing what was required to replace my dentures. The dentist i worked with was thorough in covering all my options and the ramifications of each and although I was going to need some work done in order to replace my dentures, they were still going to be able to accomplish that work and create my new dentures in one day. Overall I was extremely impressed and pleased with my visit.

I went into this location of Aspen Dental today as a new patient with no insurance and got my free exam. Im very nervous about dental visits already but this place made me feel so comfortable and good about getting my teeth taken care of. I was really worried about my teeth and my gums and Aspen Dental went above and beyond to make sure my treatment plan was in my budget and I had Financial options available. Everybody from greeting at the door by the receptionist Dakota to the x-ray technician( I didnt get her name.) But she was extremely nice. Dr Price was very detailed in what was going on with my teeth and gums. Also very detailed in a treatment plan and what he recommends. The hygienist Ashley was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable when informing me how my first set of treatment would go. She made me feel comfortable and explain everything that was being done in my mouth before she did it. Lastly the office manager Andrew was extremely helpful and helping me figure out the financial options on paying for this treatment without insurance. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for anybody with or without insurance. This is truly the best dental experience Ive ever had. Not only for my mouth but also for my pocket too. I bought dentures from aspen. They were junk . The bottom ones broke 4 times. They never made them comfortable. Then, when the bottoms broke again they want me to wait for a month for an appointment.I lost it . I went off and made a speech in front of their waiting victims about about paying hard earned money to a dental corporation that doesnt give damn about people.They were nice people as far as I can tell. The company is careless.

I love aspen dental i personally had a great experience... Just fyi staff should be more discrete as to what they say out and very loud at the desk. Some fowl language caught my ear. And the way they expressed themselves/spoke about an individual of coarse unknown by myself but still an individual. I was treated fairly well yet i cant help but think, hmm when i leave am i going to get the same comments?

This was my first visit. From the minute you walk in, you feel like you are special....that you matter. The tech that took me back to do my films was so nice that I forgot to be afraid. AND, lets talk about Dr Koolick. He truly is an angel in human clothing. He is patient, he listens, hes kind, hes gentle. I am one of those that have an unnatural fear of dentist. First off I was confused and in more pain than I’ve ever experienced in my 24 years of life . I had no idea what an abscess was and all I wanted was relief not only did I come here and get amazing treatment from all the staff they were very knowledgeable and allowed me a free Visit which was very helpful. I Arrived early and thought I was late but they still got me to the dentist as soon as they could . The dentist showed me exactly what was wrong and prescribed the perfect combination to ease my swelling and pain . I go in for a tooth extraction this week and not only did they give me a discount they split my surgery cost in half so that I can afford it as soon as possible since I’m not able to get approved for much credit wise . 3 days later I feel a lot better and I’m very grateful to have found this location. Thank you guys for everything I never knew a tooth could cause soooooooo much pain but It was a learning lesson and I’m glad that I was able to get the treatment I need from such helpful individuals

I wanted to have one issue resolved and was scheduled for another. I was charged around 800 dollars before discussing any issue. The office manager insinuated I couldn’t afford services and encouraged me to drive around and look at signs for more affordable Denist

I went into the office expecting a cleaning, a simple routine cleaning and assessment of my dental needs. Instead, I received exams that led to an estimate of $8,000 after insurance which is very upsetting considering I just wanted a basic cleaning and maybe a free toothbrush. The worst part of my experience was going into the managers office and experiencing him blowing his nose several times and putting his mask right back over his face without using sanitizer and proceeding to give me forms to sign. In the time of COVID-19 this is very upsetting and disrespectful not to mention unsanitary. Based on the advertising that brought me to this place, I had hoped to give a glowing recommendation but I cannot.

I decided to go to Aspen Dental because the location is close to home. I went in to get established with them and the welcoming experience was AMAZING!! The lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name) was really nice and appreciative I filled out the forms correctly lol. she kept me updated when they were going to call me back . Esther, is funny and she doesn’t like to mess up on her X-ray scans. Her effort is definitely noticed. Dr.Koolick, introduced himself and his care of finding out a little about his patient was a nice welcoming introduction. Olivia, she’s like a perfectionist and she gets to the point! Her work ethic is amazing. Last is Andrew, an office manager that actual engages with the patients!!! I think the whole end of my visit he had me laughing. Oh, also their was this other gentleman that was helpful (didn’t get his name) but he helped out Esther with my X-rays and Andrew with my Insurance, he is hilarious!

I came in on an emergency and I was seen promptly even though I was told that there may be a wait. I was impressed with everyone that helped me from the young lady that did my x-rays, the hygienist who checked my teeth to being able to see a Doctor that has many years of experience and made me feel very comfortable. Our family of 10 went to this dentist office/Dr. Koolick for 5 years until we moved out of state last year. Sadly, we are still trying to find a practice here that is as first rate. Dr. Koolick was great with everyone from small child to adult. He was super considerate when working on fillings or crowns to make sure you were comfortable and the results were just right. The assistants and hygienists were also skilled and friendly. I miss going to such a well-run office. Making appointments for a large family can be such a hassle with staff who are not patient nor flexible. The customer service at Metrocenter Aspen was always terrific. It was so helpful to have that accurate estimate up front to budget things not covered in total by insurance. Last month--here in TN I waited 2 hours 50 minutes to get a teeth cleaning that only took 20 minutes. No joke. (So a 15 minute wait would be terrific.) Our family miss you guys at Metrocenter Aspen Dental! Keep up the good work!

This dental office is doing an amazing job! It was honestly the quickest experience I’ve had in any type of drs office and they were very thorough with the assessment of my care and we’re very kind and gentle! I had a root canal done by Dr. Snee and he was absolutely amazing! The only pain felt was from the numbing shot( to be expected) and after that the experience was as a breeze! I highly recommend this dental office they will take very good care of you!

This office is fantastic! All of the staff was super helpful and friendly, professional and on point. I needed a root canal, and not only were they able to squeeze me in for a late appointment but when I had pain the next day from the temporary crown being too large and hitting my bottom teeth they took me right in that next morning first thing and shaved off enough that it sat comfortably in my mouth. It was quick and painless and I would recommend anyone to go here! Great work guys!

Fantastic Staff, and even better Dentist, Dr. Koolick! Ive been so miserable the last couple of months due to toothache pain, but have been avoiding going in thus far because of COVID. However, I should have known that Dr. Koolick and the Aspen Staff would have it covered.After a particularly bad day of pain, I called in and Dr. Koolicks staff was able to fit me in quickly and get me all fixed up. All the while, they wore extensive PPE and I felt as safe as can be.Dr. Koolick is the best and I really appreciate everything he has done for not only myself but also my family over the last few years; from teeth cleanings to root canals. He is the best Dentist I have ever had and I will forever be going to Dr. Koolick and will recommend him to all my family and friends.

Staffs and doctor was friendly.Office is clean..But the waiting was so long. Came in for the X-ray and exam. My appointment was at 9, waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes and did not get out the office 2 hours later.

Woke up with a terrible tooth ache, called Aspen Dental they squeezed me in, spent time with me assessing the problem, and we came up.with a game plan, they were kind and very efficient, left with some relief knowing in a couple days I would be back to normal, the Dr actually spent time and asked many questions, and the hygienist made sure to get me in to get everything done to make me more comfortable. I have follow up appointments made and know that they are going to get all.my dental needs taken care of. This office opens at 7 am and closes at 7 pm so we that work can still get great service without having to take PTO to see a Dentist. Very happy with my experience yesterday.

Very nice, clean, state of the art facility. Very patient and understanding staff, who do not make you feel uncomfortable about the condition of your teeth. After my exam, I spoke with Andrew the facility manager, whom was very helpful in advising what my insurance would and would not cover.Unfortunately in my case, insurance would only cover about half of the cost, and my out of pocket would have been $5,606. So... I would say this is an excellent place to go for extensive dental work, if you have a small fortune (or good credit, they DO finance.)

After not going to the dentist for many years I was extremely nervous about going as the last time I went I was told that my teeth were a mess and I had so many cavities that needed to be done plus the 2 crowns that I was looking at over 5k to get my mouth healthy again.One of the teeth that needed a crown has long since broke into many pieces and mostly fallen out. The roots are still there and need to be removed but that is not what caused me to go in. The second tooth that needed the crown started to hurt to the point where the pain meds I take daily no longer worked well.So I went in and they did an extremely detailed initial exam and much to my surprise my teeth were in much better shape then I had thought. I thought that because of how bad my tooth hurt that I would need a root canal and I wasnt going to do that so I told myself it was OK to have it pulled. After the exam it was found that I only had one small cavity the broken tooth and the one I thought had to be pulled and a mild case of gingivitis that needs to be cleared up before I can get a good cleaning and get my teeth whitened.Turned out they could still do the crown and with my insurance from work it was very doable. So they started the process. And I have to go back in a few weeks for my crown.The only bad thing I have to say is the temp crown only lasted a day before it came out. The edges were so sharp that it cut my gums and tongue. And because of that I kept picking at it trying to get the edges to be not sharp. This caused it to come out and when I tried to file the edges and it broke.This makes me wonder how the crown is going to fit. I see a call into them first thing in the morning.All in all though I would highly recommend them to one and all.

My experience in this terrible place apart from an appointment and when I arrived they only told me that they would set me a limit another day because they were very busy, I had made my confirmation and I was early and even so they made me waste my time, also I tried to call to solve My problem and they only told me to call in 10 min and call again and they told me to call in 20 min in short I lost my all time, I would not book an appointment here again.

BEST experience EVER !!!!!I had a broken lower partial and no insurance and VERY limited finances. I was anticipating a LARGE expense for a new partial. Dr Jones and Joe made me comfortable with a repair instead that was incredibly affordable and complete within the hour. They understood my situation and helped me more than I could imagine. They had the partial bit only repaired, but also added a wire to the base to strengthen it. Aspen Dental now has a loyal patient for years to come. I am extremely satisfied with the service and care I received. Thanks to ALL of the SUPERIOR staff. I will be seeing you again and singing your praises to all I know seeking dental care .

When in expecting consultation regarding dentures only to find out that a complete set of dentures wasnt necessary. Pleasantly surprised that the dentist didnt just say oh okay well pull them all out. He wanted to work on an alternative to save as many teeth as possible. Hygienist was so pleasant and friendly she was a sweetheart.

The Peoria Ave location is a good place to get dental work done. Good, clean and modern looking office. Friendly staff. I e-mailed x-rays to them weeks in advance, but they did not have them when we arrived, otherwise I could say they are detailed, but they were not detailed in that sense, so 3.5 stars. ***The Laveen location just opened, so they got me in quickly to replace a filling. I was very pleased as it was closer to my home, they had access to my x-rays from the other office, and the procedure was done quickly and painlessly. Cant wait to get more work done there. 5 stars there. Overall score 4 stars between the two.

I had a Denture Emergency and Dr Koolick and his staff were more than amazing. First they are kind, considerate, polite, friendly understanding. They work with what you need and can allow and present viable options that relieve stress and anxiety as well as the Dental issue. Their dental expertise and willingness to help the Patient is exemplary no matter what issues you have with Dentures, Natural teeth, gums they provide the Dental care needed to resolve the situation. They work with your finances as well and listen to your needs. They deserve 10 stars if 10 could be given. Within 5 hours of walking in needing a totally new denture plate, I was able to walk out with a brand new denture fitting better than the first. Amazingly stunned and wowed.

I didnt enjoy my experience at they make you wait my appointment was at 2 got in at 2:45 after they told to come 15 minutes early I was there 25 minutes early and it didnt do any good they were very nice but from seeing the appointment to completing the appointment they didnt listen to why I was there after an hour and a half I just wanted to get up and leave which I basically did anyway once they quoted a horrible ball park price

I originally went to this dentist in an emergency situation because it was close to my home. The dentist was fantastic and able to fix my tooth at a very low cost. Next, I needed to have some cleaning done on my gums because I am diabetic. Since I had such a good experience with the dental portion I decided to give them another try and I was not disappointed. From start to finish, I had another pleasant experience. I know it is weird to read about a pleasurable experience when it comes to the dentist but it is true. Christine, the front office woman really took the time to communicate with me regarding what procedures were going to have to be done and what my insurance would and would not cover. I had an exact amount of what my portion would be before I even stepped in the door. Olivia was my oral hygienist, she was fantastic. She really took the time to make sure that the area that needed to be numbed was completely numb before she started working and she really took her time to let me know what she was doing as she went through the procedure. She was also very friendly and made my experience much less stressful. I would definitely recommend this location for Dentistry or oral hygiene.

It was good to see the friendly, outgoing staff there again during my last visit. They do their best to see you quickly and Aspen Dental is impeccably striving to ensure an efficient trip to the Dentist. Dr. Ben there is so considerate and it was, for the most part, painless. I have always had a fear of dentist. The experience I had with Aspen was like a well planned trip to Hawaii. The staff and dentist are very thoughtful professional and respectful respectful. But because I waited 30 years in between vists the amount of damage done will cost the same as a trip to Hawaii.

I am so happy Aspen Dental was there for me on a Saturday when I had a dental emergency while I was out of town visiting my family. The staff was very helpful and caring and the doctor was excellent! The best part was because I was a new patient all my exrays and examination was free. My procedure was performed quickly and I was on my way. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone!

They provided a very extensive new-patient evaluation including multiple X-rays, 3D imaging of my teeth, gum line and jaw bone evaluation by a hygienist, and a tooth condition consultation with a dentist at no charge since I do not have dental coverage. Afterwards, a treatment plan was advised and a 20% discount was offered also for not having dental insurance.

I was nervous about going to a place I have never been but everything from setting up my first visit to checking in during my first visit was smooth.The staff are friendly and make you feel at ease.I am a nervous dental patient no matter where I go but I experience nothing but great service.They explained my whole treatment plan and how to pay for said treatment. Now I am getting my dental work done and will continue to use them for myself and my daughter.

I am one of thousands of people who are very uncomfortable and have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. Aspen Dental has always made me feel extremely comfortable and always has made sure Im doing ok throughout the appointment.

Sarah was my dental assistant and she was a real sweetheart calming my nerves and making the experiences enjoyable. Alicia was my other dental assistant, and she kept me informed and was fun and entertaining. Thanks to you both for a wonderful extraction. Lets not forget the amazing work of the dentist in a pain free extraction, tooth intact.

Best dentist Ive ever been to. Super friendly and very professional. I went in for a simple extraction and came out having my entire mouth renovated and perfected. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Very good customer service. Didnt get to the point where I really wanted, but they still made me feel comfortable. Good place to go. I would recommend it.

Dr Davies is the best oral surgeon. The office staff is courteous. The office Mgr Chris is my favorite and a few other ladies there. I always have a fun time when I visit they make you feel like family. We laugh and I always have a positive experience no matter what. Thanks Aspen Dental Staff your the best! I rate more like 10 stars!

My appt was at 2:15 but I wasnt seen until 2:40 or so. The dentist was beyond amazing d helped me out quite a bit and the rest of the staff was very polite.

I had a wonderful experience here at the metro center office. When I walked in I was greeted warmly and once I finished my paperwork, I was taken back for x-rays. My dental assistant, Sarah, was so kind and fast at the x-rays. Dr. Koolick was nice and very knowledgeable. The office manager, Danielle, was approachable and sweet. And last but definitely not least, I have to rave about the hygienist Olivia. She was amazing! She didnt lecture me, instead she educated me on proper hygiene. When she numbed me for my scaling and root planing, I didnt even feel the needle. While she cleaned my teeth, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Shes a total sweet heart and the best hygienist Ive had (and Ive had plenty).

My dentist for life!
