Amazing staff! By far the best dental care experience Ive had. The staff is so friendly and inviting. I had no anxiety after leaving here. Suzanne my hygienist is professional, friendly and so efficient. Dr Hines is knowledgable and really cares! And the space is decorated so cute. I enjoy coming here. I even got a cute thank you note in the mail afterward! A cute and appreciated gesture. Highly recommend!

The whole team was friendly and knowledgeable. Got me in the same day when I called for tooth pain. Dr Keller and Brandon did my procedure and answered all my questions. Both were professionable as well as personable.

Dr. Hines may be one of the best dentists in the country. The work he has done for me is nothing short of a miracle. This office is clean and cozy, the only thing missing is a Nintendo (still giving them 5 stars based on how good their dental work has been). Would it be weird to say I look forward to my visit to the dentist? Yes, that’s how good the service is.

The dentist was great. But the front desk personnel are pathetic. They aren’t incredibly rude and condescending.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Hines and his amazing staff a few months ago for a cleaning and an exam, and I was nothing but impressed. From the beautiful office decor to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, everything was top notch. They were very thorough, being as it was my first visit to the office. They took all the necessary X-rays and measured my gums, and Suzanne, my hygienist, did a great job cleaning. She was very friendly and explained everything she was doing and why. My exam was also thorough and straight forward. Dr. Hines was friendly and professional and answered all my questions. completely. The girls in the front office took care of everything I needed and I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this office.

I have been going to Dental Care at Moon Valley for almost 2 years. They got me in on a Friday morning, when I had a painful gum issue. Dr. Hines was great! Ive been going ever since! Today I had my teeth cleaned by Megan. My sister, who is a dental hygienist in Michigan, is visiting, and came with me. She was very impressed with the office and staff. I really like Megan, shes super nice and does a very good job cleaning my teeth! I highly recommend this office!

I have been going to this office for a decade. Throughout different dentists and staff they have remained punctual, professional and did excellent work. I have recommended them to members of my family and they remained happy clients. Dr. Hines has recently replaced a crown and installed a tooth implant. All of the visits so far were prompt and work performed flawless.

Have you seen their redecorated office? What a calm feeling you get when you walk in the door. And then you are greeted by the friendliest staff on earth! I love coming here. Meagan is my hygienist and I have never been in such good hands. She is gentle and reassuring and remembers little things that I tell her and always asks about them. I was leery when I heard there was a new guy in town, but Dr. Hinds was warm, friendly, cautious, and concerned. Its always good to have a conscientious team so close to the house. This dentistry is awesome awesome awesome! Front and back assistants are very helpful and friendly, hygienest thorough and very friendly (got a piece of tartar stuck between 2 teeth that has been missed for about 5 years), and Dr Purcell is very great at what she does and friendly too! Very fast service and positive experience in office and on the phone. And, they mailed me a very sweet card afterwards!

I had the most WONDERFUL teeth cleaning I my life.. Im had many wonder dental hygienist in the past but I truly cannot express this past Tuesday 10/12/16 how FANTASTIC my cleaning was.. I am a big fan of Dental Care @ Moon Valley, I am always greeted with beautiful smiling faces, that make me feel truly welcomed.I had my teeth cleaned by Suzanne King, she was early for my appointment, which was a bonus to start with, she got me all set up and explained what she would be doing to my teeth.. this is where I was overwhelmed, we did a sonic power cleaning, she treated each and every tooth as they really mattered, I mean it when she did a cleaning where I didnt gag on the water, or cringe with the scrapping. I could have fallen asleep in Suzannes care. I dont remember anyone EVER, getting to each and every tooth..I so enjoyed my experience with Suzanne, Ill be coming every four months..if you are nervous or hesitate at the thought of going to the dentist, I can guarantee you will be over the moon if you have Suzanne King clean your teeth..Plus everyone at Dental Care @ Moon Valley truly cares about you and how your experience was.. Trust me PLEASE GO TO DENTAL CARE AT MOON VALLEY.

I went for my first time today. I was referred to Dr. Hines. This was the best dental experience I have ever had in my life from the first call to the office to the time I checked out it was amazing. I was close to tears when I left knowing I finally found a office that cares and a Dentist that is honest.

Staff at Moon Valley are honest professtionals. I was seen at my apointed time so i did not have to wait in the lobby. The dentist did not try to up sell me on treatments that were not needed so that was a plus. The only down side was that they are a little pricey if you do not have insurance.

Excellent Service. I broke an implant and needed to see someone right away. as a new resident of Phx., I was unsure where to go. So I chose this office and I could not have chosen a better office to go to. Staff is excellent, Dr. Hines was so supportive and helpful. I highly recommend
