Front desk very nice friendly but ? I make appointment for cleaning then they sent me back home and say we don’t have time. Then first bill come.then second bill come . Oh this people I did not get any service only X-Ray checkup no cleaning. They charge me for cleaning. How dear u guys to charge someone even did not get the service? Hello I was reading only 5 stars that’s what make me go too this please but I was wrong. Don’t go there I’m not recommending this place to family and friends. Be aware of charging u even service you not get.it’s very weird.I will complain at BBB also.

The staff at Desert Dentistry have always been the best! I have been going to them for all my teeth issues forever and have never been disappointed. Diane, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Jensen are the greatest and always take the time to go over my treatment and listen to my concerns. All in all a great place for service!

My daughter recommended Desert Dentistry, so I decided to go there for a teeth cleaning. This place is a diamond in the rough! The office is clean and welcoming. Staff gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door, and I was seen quickly. One of the staff took me on a short tour of the office before escorting me to my room where she presented me with a Welcome New Patient gift!! The Dental Hygienest, X-ray person, and Dentist were all friendly and informative....AND GENTLE! I had to have one of my fillings modified and the Dentist did the work quickly and gently. I felt confident in his care. I highly recommend Desert Dentistry and have made them my permanent dentist.

After 20 years with one dentist I needed to find a new dentist. Setup my first visit very simple thing, once there they started the process. One after another the staff members took care of me. With quick efficiency had my forms filled out, x-rays taken and meet my new dentist. The environment is nice and professional, they have equipment that my prior dentist didnt have, much newer imaging equipment that leaves little to doubt the next step of my treatment. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful I am looking forward to my next visit.

I absolutely love this dentist! I especially love that they have Saturday appointments so I dont have to take time off work to get my teeth cleaned. Staff is welcoming & professional. No pushy sales pitches for special services like Ive experienced with other offices.

I went in as an emergency walk-in with no insurance, I was taken back right away, they took x-rays and had the doctor in my room reviewing and advising me of his recommendations. Extraction was the best choice, and the doctor made sure I was completely aware of everything and what all the steps would be. He was very friendly, kind and professional. I am a self admitted wuss when it comes to the dentist and the doctor and entire staff did a phenomenal job of making me feel safe and comfortable. The procedure was quick and actually painless. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone and plan on returning for any future needs.

I have been to a lot of dental offices in my 32 years, including other Desert Dentistry locations in the valley.....and I can say this this is THE best office I have EVER visited. The treatment coordinators are friendly, accommodating and professional, and the dental staff are very knowledgeable, gentle and effective. It seems weird to say, but I actually enjoy visiting this dental office. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office!

I needed a new dentist for an emergency. The staff and dentist were awesome. Made me feel welcome and explained everything in detail. Took care of my problem without having to come back for a second appointment. I will definitely be back for my cleanings and future work!

Today was my first appointment and it went extremely well. There was a private parking lot which was easy to pull into. It allowed for quick access to the building. Once I walked in the staff was friendly and the place was clean. The inside of the build looks very well taken care of.For the actual work being done, it went fantastic. They got me in quick and diagnosed the problem. They seem extremely knowledgeable but only time will tell on that front. I am likely to make this my main dentist while i reside in phoenix.I would highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking about going here especially GCU students.

I love this place! Im a new patient and new to Arizona. The staff here is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and engaging. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and honestly. I was apprehensive about a tooth extraction and left feeling confident that thisplace would take care of me. My deep teeth cleaning well done amd pain-free. The office itself is clean and inviting with lots of reading material and toys for the kids. I truly enjoyed my previous visits(2) and Ill definitely be returning. I even got a chocolate chip cookie at check out! How awesome is that!

I have been going to this dentist for years every 6 months. The doctors are top of the line the staff is amazing and very customer oriented. The office has been renovated very nice and new equipment. They are very flexible with appointments and are always on time I never have to wait pass my scheduled appointment Im always in and out. Amazing staff, so glad I found them. I Always get anxiety towards dental work for obvious reasons(not everyone’s favorite type of appointment). But, every single person at this office was so empathetic. Dr. Mitchell was great!!! He checked on me through the entire process and still got the work done in record time. I loved my first visit. Im terrified of the dentist from past experiences. The front desk staff is so nice and welcoming, then you get back and meet diane shes amazing! I told her my fears and she was so caring and took care of me. Everyone knows the insurance aspect as well so the broke up my upcoming visits so my insurance has no issues paying their portions. Quick, easy, and painless wisdom teeth removal with practically no recover time necessary. Only thing I would recommend is doing the instructions for care before the surgery so that its easier to ask questions.

I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction (only had one wisdom tooth) and it literally took 5 minutes from the time Dr. Jennsen started taking it out till he got it out. He was so quick and numbing shot wasnt too bad either! He talked me through the whole thing and sheet I didnt have much pain at all! Over all love this place! Ever time I call in I am greeted by welcome staff. I will continue to come here!

Went in on Veterans Day for Courtesy dental work. After the x-ray, was informed my lower right molar was infected, & needed to be pulled. Its been 6hrs. now, since i had the procedure, other than taking a few Naproxen, simply as a precaution, there is little to no pain, & no swelling. I would recommend Desert Dentistry/N. Phoenix, to any one looking for honest, 1st. class service.

We moved to Phoenix two years ago and had to find a dentist that my wife would be comfortable with. She has a low threshold for pain, and has had terrible past experiences with dentists.
