I love this place! They recently made posters for a fundraiser for us and they were designed and produced within a day! Melissa helped us and she is so talented and can put something together based on an idea! She is so friendly and kind hearted and patient!This was within our budget and worth coming back for anything we need! She recently produced a funeral collage as well for a friend and customer of ours and it turned out beautiful, breathtaking!The owner, Dennis has been in the business forever and will quality pack any item you have! He is the guy to go to for professional packing!We love Express Pak!!! Thank you for being a mom and pop shop In our neighborhood and hanging in through all craziness that is happening right now!Thank you for being there for our customers when we cannot produce what they need!
The older man working at this business, smelled strongly of alcohol. He mixed up my documents I needed faxed when he dropped them several times and was unable to or unwilling to even try to correct his errors.Next time your drinking alcohol on the job, at least wear a mask.Will never trust this business with my business services needs of any kind.UnprofessionalIncompetentAnd employee was drunk on the job.

Great people working there. Friendly to everyone. Good Customer service is there Priority. Desert dweller Is the only one who politicized it. so much hate from Desert dweller. I pray that you get help and find happiness. Or find medication that will help.
Express-Pak is a very convenient way to mail out your packages. We have also had our mailbox there for years. Melissa is extremely helpful, she fast and she knows her stuff. She is kind, always in a good mood and at times funny. She is a pleasure to be around. I recommend Express-Pak to everybody.
They often arent accepting drop-offs due to disputes with shipping companies, but theyll take what they can. The employees arent warm and welcoming, but they get things done. Its convenient and efficient.
As much as I used to frequent this establishment, last time I visited which was only a couple days ago, the female owner or employee was not wearing a mask.I happily just go down the street now to the UPS Store which has employees that are following State and CDC guidelines and wearing their masks. Since you chose to make this political versus using science and logic to guide your decision to not wear a mask, I will go ahead and use science in my favor and not use your services anymore in the same manner I will no longer eat or purchase Goya Beans. Thank you for making it super clear where you stand on your customers safety and the well being of our State by choosing to act like the POTUS and make a mockery of this epidemic we are having.
I have used Express Pak for years without a single issue. They handle all packages with care, and take the time to research the best possible options for our business needs. I have used Express Pak my personal and business needs for many, many years - even before Melissa who has worked there for a long time. Both she and Dennis, the owner, have always been friendly and caring as well as professional.Dennis is an expert when it comes to packing and shipping. Ive seen him pack everything from a simple piece of clothing to a grandfather clock, a motorcycle, a delicate sculpture and a 100 piece set of fine china.Melissa is knowledgeable also AND very talented with designing and creating many types of printed media such as banners and posters. I dont think theres a person who enters that isnt greeted by name and with a smile!I highly recommend Express Pak and appreciate the convenience of the drive-up window. In this crazy time with COVID, I appreciate their extra precautions with cleaning, sanitizing and masks.
The review by Desert Dweller confuses me for many reasons... My family uses Express Pak to ship hundreds of packages per year. I know both members of the Express Pak team personally. They care GREATLY about the health and well-being of their customers. In fact, when the virus first appeared in AZ, they were the FIRST to implement social distancing notices, and requests to limit hand-counter contact. They did that BEFORE all the other corporately-owned stores did. They adjusted their employee working hours like so many businesses during the peak to protect themselves and those customers comfortable entering the store. They also utilize a drive-up window to serve any customers who are uncomfortable with coming inside. In recent months, when I enter the store, I can smell the strong scent of bleach from their daily cleaning efforts. And most importantly - I cannot recall a single time when they didnt have their masks on. I even overheard the female referenced in the poor review ask a patron to please put his mask on when he entered without. It sounds to me like some people have too much time on their hands, and not enough common sense. This small business has sacrificed just as much as any other essential business during this time - and they have been there for the customers who need this service in order to send and receive mail. All the while, with smiles on their MASKED faces and a willingness to help others. I absolutely appreciate the Express Pak team for all they do each day!
OMG, I have had a Mail Box at this Location for 2 years now. I cant say enough about the Awesome Customer Service I have received from not only the Dennis the owner and the Excelent Customer Service I have received from his emoploee Melissa. Melissa has gone Above and Beyond to take care of my mail with Holding it for me or Forwarding it onto me when I am traveling. Both are extremely Curtious and treat me like family. They are very knowledgeable about the Services they offer . They always help me get my Packaging done and shipped off in a very timely manner. **** I particularly appreciate their concern for their Customers during this Covid19 crisis we are all facing. I truly appreciate them both wearing masks while I am in the store. I really appreciate their Drive Thru Window I use on occasion. They have gone out of their way to Protect their Customers. Thank you, Dennis and Melissa for all your Help and Concern for my Safety when I am in your Store !

The older man is humorous, kind, a great packer, and a great friend. The middle- aged woman is wonderful and respectful. I have no clue why any of you are rating it so poorly. Its a great place!! I love it here.

With the cost of shipping going up everyday this place is awesome. The price you pay to have your items shipped may not change if you went somewhere else, but the customer service here is awesome. I love how they make sure that what ever Im shipping is properly packaged. This way Im not paying for extra weight and space. Im always greeting with a smile when I come in and they are always willing to ensure that Im happy with my experience.I will always do all of my shipping from this location.
I have been using Express-Pak for several years now. I used to work near but now live 20+ miles and still drive the distance for their superior customer service. They are so helpful and pleasant. they have a drive up window that helps us older customers. I now have my friends also driving over to them for the same reasons. They have always provided solutions not issues.Thank You for your excellent service.
I went in to ship two items back to Amazon. We stood in line for 10-15 minutes. The two employees (an older man and a middle-aged woman, who appeared to have a developmental disability) were finishing up with one of the customers. The lady walked off entirely, while the old man worked with the only other customer in the store.I asked the older guy at the counter for two boxes/mailing envelopes as I pulled my debit card from my wallet. He started getting the label printed for one of my items and tells me the CHEAPEST delivery option would be USPS for $12.69. The item itself was $9.99. I told him to disregard that package and I would proceed with sending the other.Since both envelopes were sealed, I requested my total. He said the two envelopes would be $1.61. After presenting my debit card, which had been visible in my hand, he gruffly proceeded to tell me he cannot process credit/debit cards for less than $5.00. After receiving his message, I ask him to put a box, envelope, or anything, to meet or exceed the $5.00 threshold. He recommended we buy a beverage from the dorm-sized fridge. After noting all of the beverages had expired quite some time ago, I asked again to be charged for a box or envelopes. Obviously annoyed, the old man refused multiple times and said I had to have cash.If I had cash, I would have gladly used it to pay; however, the old man continuously refused any possible alternatives. I had asked to speak with the manager/owner and he claimed he was the owner. Then, I advised I would not be purchasing anything and RUDELY he told me that I had wasted his materials (envelopes and label) and that he would not be upset if I had never returned.I vowed to never return, despite the convenient location, and headed to an actual UPS store. There, I received both envelopes AND shipping for a total of $6.41.I will never go back to his establishment and will take every opportunity to explain his rude and deceitful attitude.

I work in the same shopping center, I use them anytime I need to because it is convenient. I have never had any issues or complaints and in fact they have always helped me more than the ups by my house and they are friendlier. Thank you Express-Pak for everything you do.
I went into this store on 12/18/17 at 9:30 am to mail a package to my son & his family for Christmas. I asked to give me the prices & delivery guarantee because I wanted the package to be delivered by Christmas. The lady who helped me told me that FedEx & UPS could not guarantee delivery that my best bet was USPS and that the package would be delivered on 12/21/17. Well it is 12/23/17 & no package. I called the store to find out what my options were & I spoke to the owner who called me a liar, said the lady had worked for him for 8 yrs and she never would have told me the package was a guarantee delivery. When I said are you kidding me you were not there you dont know what she said and he informed me that yes he does know what she said and she would never tell a customer that the USPS was guaranteed. So now my grandkids have no presents from Grammy until sometime next week. I will never use a postal store especially this one ever again. Last year I stood in a long line at the PO but my packages were delivered as promised. The owner is a jerk who could care less about his customers.

For the last 10+ years this has been my go-to place anytime Ive needed to ship anything. The ladies there are super nice and very friendly, but the older gentleman has always been kind of rude. I went in today and he asked me a question, which I didnt understand right away. When he didnt get the correct response from me, he got very aggressive and raised his voice at me. It caught me off guard, and I just backed away and told him I would just go somewhere else. Again very angry he repeated that he needed to know where I was going to print my documents from. I told him that I had a thumb drive but that I would rather go somewhere else, to which he reported still raising his voice, FINE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!. I would go there because I like to support mom and pops shops and like I said, the girls have always been great. But after todays episode, Im definitely not going back ever.
The ladies in there are as nice as can be. The owner, well I think hes the owner, is a grumpy older man who is not friendly at all! The couple times I have dealt with him, he is very rude.
I think alot of you are being a little hard on this place.. i use this location for my bussesnies and wouldnt go any other place.. ive tried USPS countless times and id rather not be treated like a number.. the old man was helpful hes just old cut him slack lol..i def support smaller shiping center such as this and with the new cell phone repair kiosk this place is making strides
Express-Pak is a great place for shipping..Having posters made..I personally have a PO Box there. All the staff including the owner Dennis are great people. All of the negative comments about the rude an grumpy old man are completely out of line. If you get the opportunity to get to know the owner you will find him to be a very witty an funny intellegent person. He is a very knowledgeable man. I suggest if any of you that made a negative comment about the owner ...an if you happen to go back to Expess-Pak to give yourself a chance to change your opinion.
They list themselves online as a The UPS Store and UPS Customer Center, but they cant even issue a drop-off receipt for UPS packages. Told me to take a photo of the box with my phone. They were friendly, but I find their business practice to be very deceptive advertising and I didnt trust leaving my package with them, had to find a real store.
