My computer was overheating and after trying to swap out the thermal paste it was still showing high temps before shutting down. I decided to go to Phoenix CPU Repair because of the great reviews vs having to shovel out a couple hundred for Geek Squad or other expensive repair places. Turns out my water cooler was bad so I got it swapped out within the same day and at a very reasonable price! I decided to give a call to Enrique after I had been having RAM issues and needing assistance in updating BIOS. Enrique was able to set up a meeting time on such short notice. I mentioned to him that I had also bought a CPU and if he could install it as well. He responded that he would be able to do that for me as well. Prices over waaaaaaay overpriced just quoted me $50 for an hour to figure out why my case fans aren’t working do not recommend*edit*Then proceeds to say that I can’t afford a service, lol to judge a customer just goes to show your poor service. If I have a $2000 computer I’m sure I can afford services just not gonna go somewhere where they’re trying to do the customer because they know a bit more and I proceeded to figure out the problem on my own so imagine having to waste $50 on that you’re business is horrible all around

I called Phoenix CPU Repair, after hours on Saturday. I left a message and received a call from Enrique within a few minutes. I explained to him that Windows 10 automatically downloaded the software and I was unable to login. We agreed to meet on Sunday so he can recover Windows 7. After looking at my tower, he found out my motherboard was bad and I had to get a new tower. My computer was about 7-years old and I knew the day would come when I had to bite the bullet and get a new one. Enrique set-up my new computer, added all the software needed and got it done all in the same day! He also fixed my boyfriends problematic computer at the same time!!! Extremely fast service at a fair price. My laptops hard drive gave out and I was in need of new one. Luckily, Enrique had one in stock and also included the operating system. It doesnt end there though. He also gave me the option on which OS I wanted, either Windows 7 or 10. I chose Windows 7 because its what Im used to but it was a nice surprise to have that option. Overall an amazing experience. Would highly recommend to anyone with computer issues.

He took care of my computer issues in less than 24 hours. He came up and I gave him a call let him know what happened and he told me he would sit down with me and show me what was wrong and how much it would cost. Found out that it was only a problem with the disc drive and he fixed it, update my programs and my antivirus. After it was all said and done, I might have been there for almost 20 mins.
