Great guy, provided a no BS summary of what the problem was. Most commercial computer repair would charge you $30+ for diagnostics then try to sell you a brand new pc with a 30 jiggawatt flux capacitor running on nuclear energy, whereas Computer Repair Phoenix charged nothing for the diagnostics. Turned out I needed a new graphics card. Very happy with the service. You can tell he likes what he does. Im happy to support small businesses that are this professional.Seems like the bad reviews are from trolls. Look at their names.

Took my laptop here several weeks ago to realize this guy only temporarily fixed it. It also appears he took one of my RAM cards since one is missing. Operates from home, not to be trusted. Furthermore he deleted all my documents and information when I specifically told him not to. Waste of time and money.

Great! He was very nice, troubleshot the computer and even gave me options on fixing it. Very knowledgeable, I will definitely keep his info for any further assistance I need. You wont go wrong employing this guy.

This guy is operating a business out of his home.....which would have been fine if he could be professional about it. He spoke to me with extreme disrespect and resorted to profanity bc he was unwilling to let a 2nd party into the transaction, which would have involved a 2nd person coming into his home. He should have communicated these stipulations on the phone call I made to him prior to making the long trek to his APARTMENT HOME. This was a 2 person transaction and rather than being respectful about his boundaries, he became controlling, disrespectful, and displayed very low communicative abilities. As a young woman, I would never feel comfortable going into some random, weird strangers house alone. Again, it’s not a matter of having boundaries it’s a matter of communicating them respectfully and this guy was just hateful, controlling, and used the pandemic as an excuse for his behavior. I’m glad I did not enter into a transaction with someone who proved themselves to be untrustworthy and hateful. These are no longer the types of businesses we support in 2020. Do better and treat people with respect or reap the consequences.

Jeremy was fast, friendly, and exceedingly knowledgeable about the repairs he was doing. Asked proper questions to help me figure out what I really wanted to do to my PC, and checked all the current hardware before starting! Not only was he able to transfer all the old files from my ancient desktop to my new one, he was able to add a few special programs and apps for me to make life SO much easier! I would recommend him to everyone!

If I could give Jeremy more than 5 stars, I would! He fixed my laptop screen, helped me with the removal of viruses and malware, and transferred all my information from a VERY old PC to my laptop. He is very knowledgeable. Even after he completed his work, and I had any extra questions, he was quick to reply. My #1 tech guy for sure!!

Jeremy has kept my laptop in tip-top operating condition for the past year. I originally took it to him with no power chord and no idea if it even worked or not. A new power chord and a new hard drive had it working like a brand new computer. THE BEST!!!

If I could give no stars I would. This person is unethical and untrustworthy. He did the work well and stayed open late to get my computer fixed but he also accessed my Google account without my permission and wrote a five star review under my name!! It really makes me wonder what other private information of mine he accessed when he had my computer in his possession. Just bad business plain and simple. Makes you wonder how many of these reviews are actually real!

My laptop wasnt turning on its brand new I called dell and got hung up after 2 hours on hold. I took it in and he took it apart in under a minute, unplugged the battery and now its working great again he didnt even charge me

He removed a virus that said it was Microsoft, I knew that was not a real error message. My computer was back in 3 hours and working faster than when it was new.

I had a problem that had been taking me 2+ days to solve, finally got help from Jermey. I explained the problem my laptop was having, I also explained what I had tried to do in order to fix the issue. After a few tries, he got it fixed and did some additional maintenance, all for 10 bucks. So the price for the fix was very much fair. Jermey was simply there to help (dont find his kind of work everywhere ).

I like to think of myself as a pretty savvy consumer but there a lot of things that I do not know and/or understand. Jeremy is a guru. My computer crashed in the middle of the night. It was a Friday night and I needed it for school by Monday . I called 2J Technical Services first thing the Saturday morning ( because I clearly cannot read tlmes) he took my computer in at 9 a.m. I know I woke him up out of bed and ran a diagnostic. He was able to tell me tell me almost immediately what my computer ls problem wasHe gave me an estimate on what it was going to cost to be repaired. It was already half the price of The Big Box store . Jeremy called me Sunday morning when he was closed, to let me know my computer was ready for pickup, he was able to save all of my data and he retrieved two of my final papers for my final semester to graduate. I originally called The Geek Squad they said it would take a week and a half or longer to diagnosre the issue and the price was almost three times what I spent at 2 J Technical Services. He was professional the work was completed quickly even at 9 in the morning on a Sunday when I know he didnt want to be awake he still seemed friendly. I would definitely recommend him and use him again
