I found T & E on Facebook Marketplace. They were able to replace the screen on my iPad quickly and at a reasonable price. They also suggested other items I would need to keep it from cracking it again.

My daughter, who has severe Down’s syndrome, spends a lot of time on her tablet. It is the only thing she has that allows her some independence and enjoyment and some freedom for me. When her tablet stopped working on Friday we both were freaking out. I took her tablet in to T & E on Saturday and was told there were no techs working until Monday so we would be waiting days for her tablet to be fixed. A bit over an hour later they called and told me a tech WOULD come in to take a look at the tablet! And about an hour later it was fixed! I was astounded at the customer service from this company! They truly were life savers, or at least my sanity savers! I highly recommend!

Axcel was amazing, Ive been meaning to get my iPhone 7+ plus for a while now my screen was completely shattered, tbh I didnt even think it was fixable but I finally pushed myself to check this place out since it was close by. Let me tell you Im so happy I did! Took less then 15/20 mins to fix my screen, and make sure everything worked. Ive gotten my screen fixed maybe 5 times so far this year but this place is the best place to go to. Super nice workers, fast, convenient, clean shop, affordable, I dont plan on breaking my phone anymore this year but if it happens Im definitely going back to this place. Thank you again Axcel ! I think this is fair even thought the repair was great, costumer sevice need improvement and needs to be clear and honest. They damage my front glass and all that they can say is, it was like that, when the employee said o sorry i broke it but well replace it dont worry.
