I brought two very high end gaming laptops to this guy that both had motherboard issues. He was so honest that even after taking hours of his time to check various issues, he realized what the problems were and knew he couldn’t fix them so he didn’t even charge me. You won’t find many local PC repair guys who take their own time to check for issues and if they can’t fix it, they usually will charge you for the effort. This guy did not. I honestly feel bad not giving him some money just for the effort! What an honest guy!

I can’t rave about Don enough. I use my computer for everything, from gaming to work, and when I had issues with a part he was amazing in getting it sorted out. He spent time with me on the phone before ever bringing it in to see if we could troubleshoot it first. When it became apparent I couldn’t fix it on my own he had me bring it in. He had the issue resolved in under 24 hours and his rates were so reasonable that we felt the need to tip him! His rates are incredibly modest for the level of customer service he provides. Also he’s one of the nicest guys I’ve ever had the experience of hiring for any service. Don is now my go to guy for anything PC related. I like this repair shop cause the average person does not know much about computers and can be ripped off easy but this is not the case with Geek elite. I got much higher quotes from other repair shops and they said I needed way more work done than made sens. I brought my computer to Geek elite and got good price lots cheaper than others and he said I did not need all the BS done the others claimed. It has been 1 month and my computer works great and stayed fixed so this guy is for real and honest.

I brought my computer to Ron after it had started to shut down on its own. I dont understand computer hardware and generally have other places look at it for me. Like most of you reading this review I was in need of a computer technician and headed to Google to try to find someone who could get me my computer up and running again. Hes a cool dude. Answered the phone immediately. I have basic knowledge of computers and I asked a bunch of questions. He answered them all over the phone without asking me to come in and pay. Don was amazing. I live in So. California and my 88 year old mother-in-law could not get an internet connection.
