Martin was fantastic and the womb chair he cleaned for us looks like new--he did amazing work. He also demonstrated that he cares about his customers and building relationships with them. I appreciate that and hes won me as a customer as a result.

I got my Tile & Grout cleaned yesterday by Arizona Carpet and Tile. This was my first time ever doing this let alone working with this company. Im so glad I picked them though. The manager Jeremiah I spoke to on the phone was very nice and easy to schedule my appointment. I just moved into a house and hadnt received my furniture yet so they really went out of there way to squeeze me in the same day I called. I am very happy with the service they provided. John was the gentleman that cleaned my tile and was also very nice and really explained to me the process of what he was doing since I hadnt done it before.Not to mention my tile & grout now look AMAZING!!! I had a very weird film on my tile when I moved in and now it is all gone and my tile is nice and pretty : ) who knew my grout was originally almost white!I am already using them again in a few days for my carpets and know I wont be disappointed.Would recommend to others : )Great customer service and quality!

I have an 18 month old daughter who has destroyed our carpets over the last year. I honestly didnt think my carpets would get clean considering the mess she made. I had a little over 550 sqft of grout cleaned this week and it looks wonderful. Chris was very polite and professional. He showed up on time, did a great job, finished quickly and all at a very good price. I plan to check out some of their other services as well. I think maybe a little painting next.

I have a down sofa that my daughter spit up all over last week. I was really worried to have it cleaned considering it was filled with feathers and would require special cleaning In order not to ruin the sofa completely. I called AZ Carpet and Tile and they actually offered this service and at a very reasonable price. They came out and cleaned my sofa with special products made for this type material. It was clean, dry and smelled amazing when they finished the job. I was very impressed and decided to switch my regular carpet cleanings to their company as well. I would recommend them to anyone no matter how tough the job is or what details need to be considered, they can get it done!

My Restaurant looks Amazing after John worked really hard (Scrubbing and used quite good amount of product for commercial). Not like the previous company cleaning we hired it before, and the most important thing is only 15cent per square foot, he told us the price locked for good. Its a Big Wooow for us as we own a small business. Def recommend to Everyone

Arizona Carpet and Tile Cleaning is my go to referral for carpet and tile cleaning for all my clients. I use them personally, however when I refer business out to my clients, I need a company you can trust with competitive pricing. They have been hitting it out of the park for years!

At one point we loved using Arizona Carpet and Tile Cleaning. The staff was nice, friendly and always showed a willingness to help! We had one technician come out (i do not remember his name) who did an AMAZING JOB!!! He got all the stains out and actually took his time cleaning. Jerimiah, the owner, is amazing!!!!!! So understanding and so nice. He never charged us for the times John had to go back and clean his mess.Now the reason I am only giving 2 stars is because of a technician named JOHN. The first time he came out he was trying to over charge us and up charge us at the same time. Then he didnt even do a good job because the stains resurfaced (even stains that were not there before). When we called and spoke to the manager he said he would send him out again to fix it. So John came out and John was still complaining about the carpet and again the stains resurfaced in a matter of days. We did not want to feel like we were being a burden so we did not call again.After that we let a few months pass and we were hoping to call to get a different technician (ANYBODY WOULD BE BETTER THAN JOHN) but when he showed up we were disappointed. He started with the complaining and he made it seem like all he wanted to do was knock this out and leave. It took him 25 min and he did such a bad job. All he could say was that he was happy he was done and complained about the old carpet. Low and behold the carpet looked bad after a couple of days.We decided not to deal with him anymore until we moved out. We called and asked for someone other than him but he was the only one available. So he showed up complaining about having to be there and about how much he hated the carpet. The last time he goes and he burnt the carpet!! We called to complain and they sent him out again to fix it. Johns exact words were I am not coming back here again. Im serious I am not coming back here again!. Of course he did a horrible job yet again. We went with a new company and they did the job with no complaints and without the stains resurfacing!

OK, Im the first one to admit that carpet cleaning may not be rocket science but I do expect the work to be good when I hire a company! This was the first time Id hired Arizona Carpet & Tile Cleaning to clean my whole house carpet and I was really surprised at the professionalism displayed by the technician that did the work (Bobby). Not only was he courteous but he obviously knew what he was doing, used this special light device to detect pee stains (and found some!) and then up sold me on a process to do away with them... ya I bought!My carpet has never looked an smelled cleaner thank you for doing a great job and being so professional too. This company is now my ONLY go to for carpet cleaning.
