ServPro of Paradise Valley rescued us from a disastrous situation! My elderly mothers house flooded while I was out of town. Her plumber had her call a well-known remediation company that was truly awful, and they left my mother stranded for weeks with a torn up house in dangerous condition. Beware and be sure to do research before hiring!I terminated the agreement, and after some research, I called ServPro of Paradise Valley. Josh came to her house and began the mitigation and reconstruction process. I honestly cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was throughout the whole process. Josh was attentive, thorough, and the work done was excellent! He personally addressed any concerns we had along the way, and made an overwhelming experience feel manageable. Most importantly, Josh is a man of integrity who treated us as though we were always his most important concern (even though I know he was incredibly busy during this time.) My dishwasher broke and started draining onto the floor where it flooded my living room. As I have laminate flooring and wood furniture, it was critical that the water be removed as soon as possible. After stopping the dishwasher, I threw down some towels to contain the flow of water. Then I called Servpro for help. They were very helpful. The technician was there in 30 minutes. The water was removed and fan dried to prevent damage to my flooring and prevent mold. The technician checked floors, baseboards and walls to make sure there was no moisture left. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His courtesy and friendliness helped make my home trauma much less of one. Servpro will always be my first call for disaster cleanup, no matter how large or small the disaster is.

This is an overdue review about a project which occurred in the middle of the pandemic. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t that great as a supposedly one-week project extended well into a month. Although the owner remained accommodating and trying to remediate, the customer service, professionalism, and communication from the project manager left room for improvement.

Mark and Argie were professional, timely, respectful, and super friendly doing demo and remediation from prolonged water damage between our bathroom walls. Servpro from Paradise Valley were called to treat some mold found in my shower. They were quick to visit the site, provide an estimate and provide excellent service. I have recently used SERVPRO to re-floor my entire condo and they did an amazing job. We live I Vancouver and our vacation home is in Scottsdale so the entire installation was managed locally by SERVPRO without us being present at all during the project. If I could give ServPro 0 stars I would. If you want a company to consistently lie and give you stress and headaches then go ahead and hire ServPro. The owner and his project manager Dan lied on several occasions and continued to make up excuses on why the remodel of my Wife and Is condo was taking over four months to complete. We were originally told one completion date and that continued to change over the last two months. When they were finally finished there was many issues and they needed to go back in several times to fix the things they had not completed in the first place. They tried to give us some money back but honestly who cares when your living in rentals and hotels for almost half a year.

I panicked. An intake valve of an upstairs toilet failed. Water was gushing out of the pipe all over the condo and garage. I needed it addressed immediately. I looked for Rehab services and saw Servpro as an option. I had seen their organization in action during another flood at a storage facility. They were professional and tolerant of the emotions of lives turned upside down. I called. Josh had his crew out there in an hour and half. There were issues with the electricity, tenants, belongings, out of state owner, and numerous other obstacles. Servpro and Josh navigated all of these issues with expertise, civility and professionalism. If you find yourself needing help with water damage or other kind of a rehab issues, stop looking and call Josh at Servpro.

It is a pleasure to review ServPro of Paradise Valley! We sincerely thank Josh and the ServPro PV team for the great work they did for us after a fire sprinkler pipe failure resulted in significant flooding and damage to our daughter’s condo this summer.We first contacted ServPro to deal with the immediate problem of the 3-4 inches of flooding throughout the unit. Josh, Matt and other members of the team immediately responded, installing equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, etc.) and taking other remediation actions. They were available any time we called, including early mornings and evenings. They checked in with us daily and worked closely with the homeowner’s insurance company. I could not have been more satisfied and appreciative of the high level of communication and responsiveness throughout this difficult time.Because of the terrific job ServPro PV did with the flooding remediation, we asked Josh to assume responsibility for moving furniture and other personal property from the unit to a local storage unit, which his team did in a very timely and careful manner. The items were very well wrapped or boxed. When ServPro PV later delivered the items back, items were safe and sound.Again because of our high level of satisfaction, we hired ServPro PV to take on the reconstruction project, which was substantial. Importantly, ServPro PV’s construction manager identified quite a bit of damage that the insurance company’s adjuster had missed. ServPro PV worked directly with the insurance company to get the necessary approvals to do the job fully and correctly, which took a lot of stress off of us.Through no fault of ServPro’s, it took more time than anticipated to get the job started, because we had to wait on the City to approve the new fire sprinkler pipe plans and for the new pipes to be installed (by another company). There were some unforeseen issues (e.g. wood flooring that had been improperly glued down by the prior owner) that put the ServPro team behind schedule a bit. However, Josh and the construction manager kept us informed. When needed, they worked evenings and weekends to get the job done. In addition, they went above and beyond and made improvements to the unit that they were not obligated to do. For example, they installed executive height cabinets in the bathrooms (where the originals were at a lower height).In sum, we were very happy with ServPro PV. Josh demonstrated a high level of integrity, was always polite and caring, and he repeatedly checked in with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. We have gladly recommended ServPro PV to others.
