Very professional, well priced, and very friendly! They were very good to us and made sure we were satisfied with what they did! ( And we were!!!) I really recommend them!!! They are awesome!

The most unprofessional carpet cleaner that we have ever worked with. They rushed, didnt get any spots out and left dirty water and sit all in our driveway. Paid good money and was treated rudely when we said we were not satisfied a few days later. Called another carpet cleaner and they cleaned the carpets for us and they were polite and got all spots out and months later carpets still look great. I highly recommend you do not use Quality One Carpet. Owners name is Bob.

Very shady company!!! Hired them because they were recommended from my complex and they are getting paid off by the apartments to come back and say that the carpet needs to be replaced and at the dime of the tenant!!!! Do not use this company!!!! They will screw you over!!! shame on you!

We got our carpets cleaned today by the awesome team from Quality One. We were so happy with how quickly they they were able to get the carpets cleaned. Our carpet is spotless after being cleaned, which is impressive, since weve been here for over 2 years and have 2 dogs!
