From the first call to Stewart I had the best customer service experience in a long time! I had told Stewart exactly what I needed done, that I had a lot of pet urine in the carpet I wanted to be taken out. He fully understood and gave me a good rundown of what he would be doing. A few minutes later I received a call from his wife to schedule the cleaning appointment and provide me with a estimate on cost. On the day of the cleaning Stewart showed up right on schedule and was extremely professional and kind. He pre-treated all of our bedrooms and area rugs before deep cleaning. I was thinking I was going to have to get new carpet in the bedrooms, however after Stewart was finished the carpets look and smell like brand new. I will most certainly be using this company again in the future not, only for carpet and area rug cleaning, but will be scheduling upholstery and tile cleaning. Highly recommend this company!!!!!

The owner came out this morning. He was on time and did an amazing job! He showed up on a holiday too! Incredibly personable. Explained upkeep and care for my carpets. I used DYW for carpet cleaning, outdoor tile cleaning and sealing, and window cleaning. The work is outstanding and the pricing is very reasonable and fair, significantly lower than some other companies. My outdoor tiles look like new. Take a look at this photo, part was cleaned and part was not. I would highly recommend Stuart and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I do not even have words to describe how badly you should AVOID this business at all cost. On the surface, they have a well put together website and some good reviews. Dig a bit deeper and you will find reviews that match my experience. We hired Done Your Way to come out on March 8th, 2021 to clean about 900 sqft of tile and carpet in 3 bedrooms. Before they ever did any work, they called to say there was more tile than we estimated and that the cost would be more. Given that we were doing construction still on our new house and our lease expired on March 10th, we had no choice. We approved the new cost of $451 and hoped the floors would look amazing.When we arrived back at the house that evening, the floors looked horrible. We have done a better job regularly with our $99 Amazon steamer over the last year.I called Done Your Way and spoke with Vanessa. Vanessa was so polite. I wish I had just continued to speak with her. Without warning, a man named Stuart jumped on the phone. He was immediately hostile and told us how he spent 4 hours there and no way it is bad. He angrily said he was coming right away to look at it and wanted me to send him pictures. We had somewhere we had to go, and I could not really meet him right then and there. He then informed me he is booked through May. No other options were given for him to return.I sent pictures to Stuart (attached to this review) and he had all sorts of excuses. Coupled with the hostile call and then trying to blame multiple rooms worth of poorly done floors on walking in to drop off the invoice, I told him not to bother coming and I would just mop.We should not have to welcome someone back to our home that has been confrontational and hostile. We have a right to feel safe in our house, and that trumps any right Stuart and Done Your Way have to return and fix it.Fast-forward a couple weeks: I reach out on Wednesday 3/24/21 to Done Your Way via email. Their website mentions if not satisfied, you do not pay. Period. I explained the entire situation, how uncomfortable we felt and that I would not have left my fiancé alone to meet Stuart at the house. I requested that they honor their guarantee.Surprise, surprise. Stuart responded. Stuart Sampson is the OWNER of this company. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism. Also, to no surprise, Stuart declined to refund and continued to make excuses. After I pointed out AGAIN that he advertised a 100% guarantee, HE REMOVED IT FROM HIS WEBSITE. Talk about consumer fraud. All he continues to go back to is that he said he would come fix it. Which is not at all true.At this point, I was trying to be reasonable and resolve this on our own. When I mentioned I was prepared to settle this with the legal system, Stuart said he is prepared to resolve this legally as well. Unfortunately, this companies’ actions have left me no choice but to file suit against them for a refund. I will also be making a complaint with the Arizona Attorney Generals office for consumer fraud under ARS§ 44-1521. I will update my review after the case has been resolved.It is so disappointing to have to go through these measures and spend this amount of time over a few hundred dollars. We were absolutely ripped off and intend to have this situation made right. This company should not be in business if this is how they do business.Bottom line: hire this company if you want to throw away a few hundred dollars for a mediocre cleaning with a side of blatant disrespect.

Stuart did a great job cleaning my LR carpet. Asked for no smell because Im chemical sensitive and he was able to accommodate with much success! Will definitely have him back to do the BRs! I highly recommend his service for quality and price!

We had a great experience with Done Your Way. We had received a few quotes from other companies for carpet cleaning, and DYW was able to quote (and complete) for less than half. We asked for 3 bedrooms, a loft, and a large master bedroom cleaning. There were stains from the previous owners and our carpet now looks amazing.Additionally, the owner noticed a problem with our tile (a sealer that had been applied incorrectly that could damage our tile). He identified the problem immediately, and taught us how to fix it ourselves (saved us at least $100 if we needed it professionally fixed, and heaven knows how much more if it had caused damage to our tile).We are incredibly thankful for DYWs services and will recommend them to our friends and family!

Stuart and Chris were professional, quick, and did a great job. Previous homeowners had a dog which left bad staining throughout the carpet, but about an hour later, the carpets looked and smelled like new. Fully expecting to fight an upsell of additional “treatment” that comes with typical carpet cleaners, but didn’t get that with Stuart. Just a fully transparent and well explained process. Their ad states that the techs will be masked when they arrive. 2 techs came without masks. The male (?) tech told me that the home must not have any furniture in it. (The receptionist did not say anything of the kind! Also they arrived a half hour early without asking!

Great experience and he did a pretty good job cleaning the carpets. One room had a few urine spots from our dog and Stuart pretty much made the carpet look brand new . Another room was dirty from just over all traffic which surprised us when we saw it after removing the bed. It was not back to 100% new looking, but he did a good job and we were happy with it. It For sure was better then it was before ( and our apartments carpet wasn’t brand new either when we moved in. So thanks !! )But Over all, we would for sure recommend Stuart for the price and results! This team was awesome, from the customer service and responsiveness, to the actual service itself! I had the carpet of my living room and 2 bedrooms cleaned as well as a full sized couch; it is important to mention it’s full sized. Because this detail was missed, I did end up paying a few extra dollars than quoted. Here is why that didn’t bother me in the slightest: after calling more than 5 companies (honestly probably more than 10) this was the only company that did NOT have me searching the property to discover an outdoor spout, they were on time, friendly, came to work (meaning they realized in an attached unit that maybe it’s not the most customer service friendly thing to do to have the customer measuring distance and scouring the property trying to figure out if the service could be done), completed the job very well and in a timely manner. This is the only company that even seemed interested in having the business from a customer. And this will be the only company I recommend and use going forward. They also did not try n pressure me into buying more product. Thank you guys!!

Moving into a new home immediately after the previous tenant, there were obviously many things that needed to be attended to but the biggest problem was the dirty carpet. In speaking to the homeowner we pretty much agreed that It was in such terrible condition, the only option was to rip it all out. Before I did though, I wanted to give Done Your Way Carpet cleaning a call. I had seen their vans all over the valley and figured if they got that much business they were good to go. After I placed my call, they were here in literally four hours. Unfortunately our carpet was so bad, our Carpet specialist Stewart (also the founder of the company) said cleaning wouldnt be enough and that wed need to restore it. Within two hours the carpet that looked like an absolute disaster looked absolutely brand new. I couldnt tell anyone had ever walked on it. In addition to that, Stewart was very friendly, answered all my questions and even left me with coupons for future services. Not to mention it was more than refreshing to see the owner of the company, still working hard not afraid to get his hands dirty. He took no breaks, was very efficient and professional.Done Your Way was more than affordable, and went above and beyond my expectations. If you care about your home, enlist their services now!

This place is great, I had a appointment set for the 8 to 11 and they showed up right at 8! They called me before hand to let me know that they were on their way as well! These guys did a great job, theyre friendly, and awesome! My three rooms were done in under an hour and my carpet looks brand new! I love companies like these were the people are real and genuine! I would suggest Done Your Way Carpet Cleaning to everyone :)

I found Done Your Way carpet cleaning after having called a different company out. That completely change the price on us. Stewart came out and gave me a even better price for a much better service, which is standard for them. I have not yet been disappointed in any service or quote they have provided. I promise you will not find a better service in the Valley not one who can match the price. Friendly and professional, this is the gold standard of cleaning you are looking for. I picked Done Your Way based on their excellent Google reviews, and now I see how they earned them! Of course they did a great job, but they were also courteous, professional, experienced, and (surprisingly) passionate about what they do. I highly recommend them! I had them do carpet, area rugs, a couch and tile - all of which look amazing!

I was first introduced to Done Your Way by another carpet cleaner company. I have high-end tumbled travertine tile that my original carpet cleaner serviceman didn’t feel comfortable cleaning. This led me to meeting Stewart. He is the most knowledgeable and passionate stone cleaner, I’ve ever met. We had a feeling the previous owners sealed our tile improperly which gave my floor a dingy look even when I cleaned them. Stewart was able to strip the product that was on our floors and then properly cleaned & polished them. He spent an entire day at my house making sure every sq.ft. was perfect! He also made sure to educate us on our stone tile and gave us very specific cleaning instructions to maximize its clean shine! I won’t have anyone else professionally clean my tile!

Had an awesome experience with this company. Was able to book an appointment less than a week out for a very reasonable price. Vanessa was helpful in booking and confirming my appointment and was considerate of my schedule by having the crew call 20-30 minutes ahead so that I could be ready for them. On the crew were Stuart (who I found out was the owner) and Leonard. They were extremely professional and worked to get years-old stains out of the carpet. The carpet looked as clean as it did when I moved in 5 years ago. Definitely recommend this company! They do it right and with great customer service!

Great and fast service. Didnt realize until about halfway through that is is a legitimate family owned business. The owner was cleaning my carpets while his brother was helping him run the cleaners and his wife works the phones. They do great work and they love what they do. The owner cleaned my carpets today. I called on Friday and they were out on Sunday to do the work. The rate was extremely affordable and the results are better than I imagined! Great experience, very fast, 45mins! Got here early! Carpet looked AWESOME after and did it for a great price!! I thought the carpet was going to need to be replaced and he got it sparkling LIKE NEW!
