Cheaper isn’t always better. They had a special $193 for 5 rooms, I paid an extra $23 to deodorize one room. The room that was supposedly deodorized still smelled the same when the guy was finished. Not satisfied at all. I was expecting a truck mounted steam cleaning but they brought up a machine similar to a Rug Doctor. I thought that was odd and should have said something the moment I saw the cleaning device the guy brought in but I wanted to stay positive. I had a lot of traffic area cleaning but that’s about it. Fast forward a couple weeks later and my carpet looks dirty again. Seems like the machine they used only scrubs the surface of the carpet and doesn’t suck up all of the dirt. $216 down the drain. I could have rented a Rug Doctor for $29 and gotten the same results.

I am not satisfied with the cleaning at all. One guy came with a vacuum and a spray. The carpet look the same then how it was. I coukd have done it myself $200 was wasted.
