Looking back at the past, what a terrible company to franchise with. The opportunity seemed great, but when Jani-King turned over our accounts and gave customers an easy way out for the tiniest details. What a joke, to work with. I would recommend to start your business yourself.

Hired to clean business offices. Sales rep was friendly but their cleaning was very poor: floors, toilets, desks, etc nothing was cleaned despite repeated communications. Refused to admit non-performance so they could get their remaining contract amount. I do not recommend them

The company I work for has been in contract with Jani King - Phonex since even before I was hired. I am always 100% thrilled with their cleaning, never having any complaints. Our cleaning goes beyond and clean dirty dishes that are left on the counter in our lunch room. They are quick on answering special requests and do an excellent job doing carpet spot cleaning every quarter. They are always on top of it!

I honestly struggled with the franchise that was assigned to clean our facility. Lack of communication, every visit they fell short on their cleaning and never sent someone back to fix it, just frustrating overall. But, then I contacted the jani-king corporate and complained and I could not have been happier with the service.Director of Operations, Don Horton was amazing. Not only did he get back to me almost immediately, but then he set up a time and date to come meet me in person and go over my concerns. He discussed things with me, took pictures, and made a plan of action. Then on my next cleaning, the head of the franchise that was cleaning our site finally showed his face (first time since first visit) and I was able to discuss my concerns with him and show him what was not being done. I am 100% positive this never would have happened if it was not for Don Horton and the magic he worked.Don even took the time to meet with me again the day after the clean, and went through everything with me to make sure the cleaning was done thoroughly and corectly this time. I really appreciate all the work Don did for me to get things back on track, and I am optimistically hopeful that now everything will stay on track and 100% will be given on every clean. Thank you Don Horton, you are awesome!

Horrible cleaning and even worse customer service! If you want to allow them to put someone in your facility and not follow up on how the cleaning is going - these are your people! If you want to be stuck in a contract with no recourse, this is your company!
