This is the best place in the Phoenix area if you’re looking to get a bang for your buck. Super easy to get a rental and really helpful staff. We rented a car for 3 weeks, it was in good shape, and we had no issues at all. Definitely recommend!

Crooks! Deago Boston of Sapulpa OK who had just been issued citations in Maricopa County for speeding, no drivers license, and no insurance fails to appear in court drives a car rented by Auto Express LLC to OK and causes a serious collision. Deago then walks away from from the car as its impound after getting more tickets. Auto Express LLC has refused to provide copies of the rental agreement and now is always to busy to take calls regarding this collision that caused extensive damage to our vehicle. Someone in AZ please shut these guys down.

Absolutely horrible how they take advantage of young people knowing they are in desperate need of a vehicle to support their families! They left a young lady i know stranded with a lemon and did not hnor their word to her about getting things straightened out! Buyer beware!!!

So i rented a car. First thing the car was dirty, the check engine light was on, all the tires were flat & the horn didnt work. The break light didnt work. $150 for 2 and a half days.. I repeat its 2 and a half days and not 3 full days. They are very unprofessional. Save your money and a headache u are better off not renting... To start the car you had to fix the battery cord... The miles are not unlimited. 125 miles a day for 2 and a half days. Pls dont waste your money

They scavenged through the car and stole bottles full of coins the side was completely checked things gone threw terrible

Not that long ago I bought a bmw from this place. Reasonable down payment and the vehicle works absolutely great. Pablo it’s a great guy !Small down payments.Good cars.Good service.Reasonable monthly payments.You can always go to big dealers to finance the same car for 72 months or you can come here and do it for 12 months.Go to enterprise and rent a corolla for 40 dollars a day plus insurance plus a 250 dollar deposit that’s “if you have a credit card” with decent limit.If you’re smart comparing products then come over and take advantage of the opportunities. If not go to the dealer and make 500+ dollar payments till you retire.

The process was easy and to the point no bsing around. Any issues or concerns I had since I wasnt use to renting from a small business, was taking care of right away! Surely wasnt expecting that but guess depends on the type of renter you are. Dude was cool and professional. I will use them more often over the big names.

This place was great I rented a Infiniti M37 to go to Vegas super classy and clean I ended up extending my rental I like the car so much I never would of thought I could get into such a fly rental with out using a credit card or going to the big companies. Great customer service and dope cars!!!

This place is not professional when I got my rental the tire pressure light was on the truck was very dirty and I paid way more than what he quoted me and now he told me he wants to charge me a cleaning fee when it wasnt even clean in the first place . Plus the check engine light came on on the way back from our trip and when it was raining there is duct tape on the windshield wiper . hopefully the owner will help me because his employee was no help and I know Pablo is a good person from what I hear so hopefully he can help me deal with the issue. Well.... Got my damn 25 dollar deposit back even when I paid 625 and had to replace that Windows. I found one cheaper and they didnt want to do that. Im so over this place . telling everyone not to come here!!!!
