Overall.. no good. I mean, I scheduled a time for routine bloodwork. I arrived 10 minutes early, promptly checked into the kiosk and was called to the counter to give my lab order. There were only 4 waiting when I got there. More than a dozen people were seen before me. They called me to the counter 4 times (each time by a different person unaware they already had my info). I waited more than an hour before being seen. Then, turns out they dont know how to draw blood. This is my arm the day after. Huge bruise and lump. I get blood work done annually. Ive never had a problem like this before. The only reason they get 2 stars is that they were generally polite, just poorly run facility with people who clearly dont know how to do their job.
I arrived yesterday morning Front desk people were nice. My issue was with lab tech Manny. My Oncologist & MD faxed labs order. Manny draw appx 7 tube of blood from my arm. Asked why so many? He informed me they came from different Drs and had to be done separately even tho they were for the same tests. There was only 1 test that was not requested by both doctors. I told him I didnt want my insurance bill twice for same tests taken the same day. I could give my Drs a copy. I informed the front desk about information Manny said. And asked him not to double my insurance for blood tests taken the same time on same day.
Despite the rampant, poor reviews, I nevertheless scheduled a basic blood drawing at this location. I have no idea if there was a staff change or I came on the right day- but my first experience was fantastic! Arrived early for my appointment (Wednesday/2:30) and waited no more than 5 minutes. Entire staff had great energy and were happy to be there. Doctor who drew my blood was highly experienced (30 years) and treated me like an old friend. Dont know what else someone would want from a Lab! Great place.
DO NOT GO HERE!!I am beyond outraged. Not only did this facility blow one of my veins during routine annual blood work causing me a huge bruise and swelling.. It turns out they messed up my 5 year old nephews blood work as well. The doctors office called and said that labcorp failed to subfuse the blood (basic common sense) and so now hes going to have to have his blood drawn twice. As you can imagine blood work is traumatic enough one time for a 5 year old. These people have no idea what theyre doing, they cant even draw blood and they should be put out of business.
I was braced for a bad experience from all of the other reviews, but this was the best experience anyone could hope for when getting their blood drawn. First, it was super efficient for check in. The kiosk was easy to use and they had all of my info already in the system. So if you have never been to labcorp before you might want to put your info in online before you walk in. Second they texted me when they were ready so I did not have to wait in the the waiting room. The text came about 5 min after I signed into the kiosk. Third the employees were very friendly. There was a two step process so after the first sample I waited about 10 more minutes to be called for the blood draw. Usually phlebotomists have to stick me a few times, but not Kaitlyn! She was amazing, gentle and efficient. I was a walk in and the whole thing took about 25 min. I went at about 8:30am on a Tuesday.
Front staff is rude. I walked in for blood work and they said oh you have to check in with the kiosk first like okay? Don’t have to be rude about it. Also, super long waits and clearly they don’t care about you at all. Unprofessional. I’m surprised they’re still open with a 2 star rating. The state needs to come in and check their attitude.
I have been waiting over a week for blood results that I was told would take 2-3 days. I am used to getting results in 1-2 days at other locations for the same type of bloodwork.
Reyna is such a good worker always friendly when i come in for my appointments, she has great patience with me I appreciate her..
Terrible customer service. The front desk workers are MEAN! Employees at this location need to be fired and management need to hire new people that actually want to work with people.. Employees at the facility reading this: please choose wisely the kind of work you want to be at for most of the day.. if you don’t want to work with people go work somewhere else.
The worst lab to do your testsI do not know if the employees are slow or not enough for the amount of patients here. Do not go if you are a diabetic and fasting, you will have hypoglycema, waiting for your turn. The place is horrible, too slow or maybe just lazy people working here
Caitlyn the blonde girl at the front desk is so rude and lazy!!! I asked her to help my grandma sign in on the kiosk and she rolled her eyes and asked the short Mexican girl to help me instead!! It took me 45 minutes to get called back because the other girl was on lunch when she could have took me back the entire time! It’s ridiculous!!!! If you don’t like your job don’t work there!!! Someone needs to fire her!!!
Horrible service! Came in here with my grandmother to get her blood drawn, she called for two weeks straight and didn’t get to anyone to make an appointment. We came into the facility and there was so many people in the room we could barely get in. Once we got a text message we went to the desk and she said we’re all check in and she didn’t know how long it would be then she Rudely said it’s about 5 mins for each person and your 10 away. I asked if she could make an appointment to come back as I had to get back to work and she doesn’t drive. She said no she couldn’t make me an appointment to do it online. I explained I don’t have time and she doesn’t have internet access. She did not care. This is a horrible place!

This place is a hot mess. Not only did the two front desk women show up late, with no masks, they found it more important to socialize and work together than actually check people in. The lobby was full, with no regard for Covid protocols. I will never return to this labcorp. I would prefer to drive 30+ than return.Update: after sitting and waiting for 40+ i was informed that they cannot even take my labs because they don’t have an order. I was sent here after the labcorp i usually go to closed because of COVID.
I had no problems at all. Came here for routine blood work, checked in in my car, was texted within minutes to come up, was called right away to check in at the front desk. My appointment was at 8am and I was called back at 8:10am and out by 8:15am. A breeze

Unprofessional and incompetent. Went to do my 3 hour glucose test and they had the never to drop one of my tunes expect me to go back after they did such a bad job my veins are so beat up.
Place is a joke. Been trying to call for 2 days & no one answers the phone. I just wanted to see if they were doing walk ins & the website said they were so I went. Turns out they do appointment only due to COVID and no one can answer the phone to say that. Only come here because they’re the only ones who accept my insurance but at this point I’ll just pay to go somewhere else.

Horrible service! I took a Covid-19 antibodies test and as everyone I know was getting results in 48 hours who took them at more professional labs, it took 20 days for my results! Thats not even the worse part! They mishandled my specimen during the the test making it unable to be used for the test at all! And as to why it took so long to tell me? They said there was also a computer error! I went back to speak with them in person as I have not been contacted once by any body about any of this and they said we can retest you and well call you when the paper work comes in for the retest. That was 2 weeks ago! No call, no refund, and they will not answer theyre phone. Ridiculous!!!
I’ve never seen employees be so rude and dismissive to people. I can overhear them literally laughing at people asking about their appointments. I wish I had read more about this place before coming. Save yourself the time and trouble, and potentially being mocked by staff.

Had a very positive experience here despite all the negative reviews. I made an appointment and was able to check in from the car. Got a text saying they were ready for me and within a few minutes, I checked in, had blood drawn and walked out. The receptionist was friendly and professional as was the lab technician.
I have never been to Lab Corp and was at my MD’s office visit and they told me to just run down there for my Labs. I walked in and thought it would take forever, but the front desk was very efficient. Then Norma was going to draw my Labs and she was amazing. I didn’t even feel the needle go in. She was incredible can’t wait to see her again.
Most here is friendly. People need human kindness, especially for 7 AM on Monday morning. The nurse that drew my blood, was so nice. I really appreciated her.They were quick and organized; I was in and out in no time.There are 3 dispensers of hand sanitizers on the room. Every single one is completely empty. There are 4 people behind the desks and they had to have seen me (the dispensers are about 6 ft away) walk to each one and try with no luck.I guess it’s not that big of a deal (?) Because most people have their own hand sanitizer with them and you never know, labcorp might be waiting on supply order with sanitizer...?
Horrible service at front desk from Russian lady with brown hair!!! Will never return here again!! was so rude to me when all I asked was for help to sign in to the kiosk! I’m disabled why work in the medical field if you’re not going to show compassion!
Received the covid-19 antibody test two weeks ago and never received my results. I call the office every day and their machine just says they are busy or not in the office. I have been in contact with labcorps patient services and they have provided me with no help. I would definitely recommend going to a different lab if you ever want to see your results.
I have now been to this location a number of times (5 or 6), after some reservations due to two stars. On each occassion I have watched and listened to see why the low rating. To date, and Im going back next week, I have witnessed nothing, for myself or others I have observed being waited on, that would warrant less than four stars. Yes, the front desk is not as help as they might but I have found that with minor patience and understanding, they have been most helpful. It seems they might be waiting to see who we are. :)
Unlike the Thomad Road location this is a great facility with courteous, respectful workers.
They dont do drug screens at this location. The girl at the front desk was very polite about it and gave me information of when and where to go. Thank you.
Nobody likes to get their blood drawn. This place is quick, to the point, and gentle with me. I’m a scaredy cat. When you check in, sure, there are whiny kids and it’s a mess, but what else do you expect? Everyone needs labs. Anyways, every nurse I’ve been to has made the experience fast and painless.
They acted like they were all new had no idea what they were on how pull up records or locate my information with my account number and details. Felt very unorganized so much I left afraid Id catch blood borne diseases from Ill practice. I suggest not using this place ever

I was dreading going, as I thought I would wait for hours. I was in-and-out in 10 minutes fabulous service. Facilities very clean. I might add that I had no appointment. I was a walk in. showed up at 3:15p.m., and they close at 4p.m.I would recommend getting here at 3:00 p.m..
YOU CAN SCHEDULE APPTS ONLINE> DO IT!!!!! I think all LabCorps are pretty much the worst, BUT this one is actually usually tolerable/manageable in terms of being seen in a timely fashion... usually. Dont be alarmed by the quite strong smell of urine, either, its part of the charm.
I had an appointment at 2:30 on 12/31/20. I arrived at 2:15 and checked in by phone, and was told that a technician would text me when they were ready. At 3:30 I went up to see what was taking so long and the office was closed! Like how does this even happen?

The guy in the front is so rude and has no manners he was cursinlg and he didnt even care he said it himself. I mean if your in a mad mood I get it but that is not our problem everyone has a life and go through bad things and good things now its early in the morning but so what smile and dont be rude . The computer scheduled me during their lunch hours and they dont even list lunch hours but they lock their door. Waiting room full it seems like nobody is being helped, very bad experience here.
I was not thrilled that this was the closest location after reviewing the reviews. However, I did follow others advice and made an appointment online which was super easy. I got there fifteen minutes early, signed in, sat down in the only chair left as it was super busy(the phlebotomist said they are usually busier!!). To my surprise, I was called within 5 minutes! I was done and on my way back home before my scheduled appointment time! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Wasnt impressed with phlebotomist though, she hit my humorous ligament(was telling me as she did it) and I can feel it in my hand every time I reach.
Had no appointment wait time was no more than 5 minutes. Guy who did my blood work was super quick. Was a in and out job 👍🏼
Slow af. Long wait times. Room full of people waiting and theres not even enough phlebotomists on staff. Person #1 takes 10+ minutes per person.. Person #2 came out of nowhere after us being here 40+ minutes. Front desk still havent taken our paperwork.

Literally worst place ever. Dont ever come. Ive been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and they finally called me to tell me they FORGOT to call me a while ago with no explanation why. The staff is rude and they need more staff because the entire reception area that has 30+ chairs in it is full it has gotten to the point where people are standing because there is no room and the staff is taking their time. One staff member was so rude and condescending towards an older woman in her 80s who was asking a reasonable question we all were so surprised she was so rude. DONT COME HERE!!!
Waiting room is dirty and bathroom toilets leaking on the floor creating a slip hazard. There was a 3 hours wait to have services rendered, this location is understaffed. Clients told to go else where for faster service even if you had an appointment. Supervisor was rude and abrupt with clients. Ran out of supplies such as butterfly needles.

Im giving this lab 1 star only because there no option for zero stars.After using Theranos labs conveniently located in Walgreens for over a year, with courteous staff, quick an easy with walk-ins, and using Labcorp I realized how well Theranos serviced my needs.I scheduled my appointment online. Made it to my appointment on time, and I was greeted by very rude staff, and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen!This is unacceptable. My experience with Quest/Sonora labs have been the same. Understaffed, rude, and long waiting time. Completely unaccetable.I sure hope There now makes it back...

This place is nasty the restroom is falling apart and dirty and its not good for patients cleanliness is not obviously a priority at this place should be reported to a health inspector i will never return .
