Followed protocol and gave injections as prescribed for one year absolutely no change. Poor customer service. Unable to contact directly must go through personal vet who also experienced long reply times & difficulty contacting. Stay away.
We have been customers of Spectrum Vet for nearly 10 years. We have had many conversations with the then owner regarding our dogs situation and the extensive {very expensive} testing results and what could be done concerning them. That was THEN. We called to speak to someone today to ask pertinent questions as before and encountered 3 of the most rude, discourteous, nonprofessionals possible. Both my wife and I were hung up on multiple times. No questions were answered and when asking to speak to someone else, again a hang up. Hopefully we can find another company. Charlie and Lisa need to get some manners and stop talking down to customers. They must have more customers than they need. We are just trying to keep our dogs healthy. Why are they so rude? And to longtime customers that have spent a great deal of money with them. Should not be this way.
These guys are terribly disrectful. I requested assistance frequently and when I visited the building, was asked to leave at the entrance.
I own a Veterinary Hospital. This company used to be good. They used to have competent people working for them. But no longer. Ever since this company sold out to another company everything has gone down hill. I have reached out to them MULTIPLE times via phone and email with ZERO results. They dont return calls and they dont respond to emails. Steer clear of this company
If you have reason to need to contact these folks by email using their website....give up now. I sent 3 emails over 3 weeks and each contained the pets number and my email (so they cant claim that they didnt know who it was from or what animal it was about). Despite receiving an immediate response acknowledging receipt and promising a follow up within 2 days no one has had the courtesy to respond. They may or may not have a good product but they have hopelessly poor customer service!

I own 2 cats and a dog, and one of my cats had bad food allergies. His face would swell around his eyes, hed lose his hair above his eyes to his ears, and hed get huge ball like pimples on his neck under his mouth. So I paid close to $300 to have allergy tests done to end his suffering; a large undertaking since I live on a fixed income without any EXTRA HELP!!! And the foods the company listed as safe in their summary booklet arent any safer than buying just anything off the shelf....according to the rep who answered the phone when I called Spectrum Labs. Now I dont have the money for his injections of anti-inflammatory, and hes showing symptoms again! Dont waste your money, do your own research, like they told me to do!
