Customers service is just answer your queries and relay the message through computer. If you called them again for follow up they just say to you they will call you when they are on the way for the appointment. PCP placed an order on the morning after she visited a resident then they will come after 2 days to do the blood draw and collect the specimen for lab test.I think customer service should need more training how to deal accurate with the customers. They should give more details and clear answer for queries. Is not just answering the call. Paging Immediate Supervisor! You and your staff need more training.Really frustrating this kind of service.

Great company to work with, all their employee are very knowledgeable and friendly. Much much better than some of those big laboratory. Our patients as well as my doctor are absolutely happy with CCL, Thank You.Also their Phlebotomist are great I have a very hard vein that move and they are always able to find it the very 1st time instead of getting poked 4-5 times.

I actually worked there for almost a year. I would have to say one of the most unprofessional and unorganized companies I have EVER worked for. Jen Bradshaw the supervisor only talks about how shes better than the last supervisor and that her employees just love her. Be careful just like she comes to you telling someone elses business trust me 100% shes telling yours.She actually steals money from the company to pay employees extra to cover shifts or to her work favorites without the owner knowing. One word to some up the place would be a Ghetto version of Sonora Quest and any other reviews that you see that are negative are pretty accurate patient experiences.

I made an appointment for a blood draw last Friday for upcoming Monday after 5 pm. Nobody called me, and nobody showed up .I called multiple times the office, they were able to confirm that I have an order and an appointment, but they couldnt get hold of flebotomist to see why they didnt show up. She will not answer to their calls. How is this possible ? If I knew I could use an other company. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Sara the mobile phlebotomist came to draw blood this morning and she was exactly on time as promised. She had a great personality and was professional and courteous. She is extremely good at her job and leaves a great impression about the company she represents. I have a medical office and am always trying to find staff with these qualities. Good job Sara, I will be sending labs to CCL in the future.

They did not come on time as scheduled . On calling the phlebotomist she said she had her address wrong and was delayed and so had to reschedule .She came the next day with a trainee and accidentally left a tourniquet on - which I discovered after more than 2 hours .this is on a non verbal child .I called the office and waiting for a call back from a supervisor .This is malpractice and I am very upset with CCL

If i could id give no stars because they will ask for urine collection and come get it but they have no orders for that urine so it will sit in their fridge and never be shipped out. They have very rude techs and will trash talk any other company in front of patients.

I just had my first blood draw AT MY HOME by the most personable, kind, phlebotomist (Mila) from Central Clinical Labs!!! Masked and gloved, this friendly bundle of energy came into my house, made me feel extremely comfortable, and efficiently took care of business....probably in less than 10 minutes! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

They actually draw my labs from my home. The technician is always professional, courteous even to my pets. I am typically a difficult stick and the phybotimous sent have been highly skilled. This company is awesome.

Do not deal with this company unless you really enjoy the total frustration you will have with their third party billing service. Not only did it take an eternity for the guy to take my information, but I doubt he understood anything I said. I tried to make him understand that I had been paid by my insurance company and needed an updated bill, which totally went over his head. Dont waste your time.

Staff is very polite and reports are accurate as all doctors accept them. I always come hereby for myself and my family. Highly recommended.

Lab are great! Technicians are efficient, polite & polite, personable. They call day of ahead of time. Am very pleased with this Lab 😁👌👍

Unreliable at best and the employees are rude! I had a lab draw schedule but they couldn’t give me a two hour window as to when they would show up because they were backed up. They then asked to come out the next day. Again could not give a window of time when they would show up AND they never showed at all. When I called about the issue they said they had no lab order for me. I had my doctor send my lab orders elsewhere.

Very unreliable and bordering on abusive. They were informed numerous times to call my cell to arrange appointment for my husband, and they needed towirk around my work schedule so Id be home with him. Three times I came home from work with a note on the door saying they were here and to call. When he is home alone, my husband doesnt answer door or phone. Once we got a phone call during the middle of his chemo saying they were pounding on our door and we needed to open it. I tried to explain we werent home, but they said we needed to get home because they were waiting. My husband is a stroke survivor batlongb cancer now. His veins are difficult due to the chemo and he dehydrated easily. One of the people who came out poked him 6 times trying to draw blood and got nothing. When he went in for his PET scan, the tech asked about the marks on his arm, and reported the company as abuse. A tech they sent out two days later said LEGALLY they can only attempt twice without patients permission. We now use a new lab, where the person came out on a Saturday....listening to my schedule, and was in and out in 5 minutes.

THEY BROKE INTO MY HOME!See update at the end of the review.As I write this, it is 12:40 pm. I was called yesterday and asked if the caller could drop off a specimen cup today between 9 and 11 am. I said, Yes, and rearranged my schedule to be at home for the drop-off.No one came during that time.At 11:30, the person called me and asked if there was a sample to be picked up.Imagine my confusion.I said I got a call yesterday saying someone would be dropping off the cup between 9 and 11. Oh, yeah. Thats me. Ill be dropping it off. I asked why they asked me if there was a sample to be picked up if they hadnt dropped off the sample cup. Ill be dropping the sample cup off.Wow!As I said, its now 12:40 and, still, no one has showed up.I called the office and the message they gave me was that it was too bad for me and I would just have to wait until whenever the delivery person showed up. There would be no consideration of my schedule, no courtesy, no customer service whatsoever.If you have the choice of avoiding this company, thats what I would recommend. Unfortunately, for me, this is the company the Dr uses so Im stuck with them!But I can warn others.Update 8/28/18I take care of my mom who has advanced dementia and is bed bound. I had my son come over to stay at my apartment so I could run to the store. He laid down to have a nap.NO ONE had called me to let me know there would be any kind of delivery.When I returned, I found a urine sample kit sitting IN Moms room on her hospital table.I asked my son, Who came to deliver that kit? He said no one.This means someone from CCL BROKE INTO my home and didnt just leave the kit inside the door, NO, they wandered all the way through my HOME to the back bedroom.I spoke with a supervisor at CCL who didnt seem phased in the least by the idea that one of his people walked into an elderly persons home, UNINVITED, and wandered around while they were there!I will be filing a police report against this joint for breaking and entering.

Megan is a truly amazing and caring nurse. Very dependable and easy to work confirm appointments. Board certified LPN and licensed phlebotomist, provide genuine care to all patients. Not a refrigerator lab company at ALL!

Needed a simple CBC and testosterone and they couldnt get the results to my doctor in 48 hours even though they said they would have them next day, resulting in having to reschedule my appt. Third rate fringe lab.
