First, I’m so thankful Any Lab Test Now is open on weekends and extended hours! I had to do a drug test for school, but the place they sent me to only does drug testings between working hours and no weekends. I ended up having to pay for it myself because my school wouldn’t cover it, but I honestly don’t care because Any Lab Test Now was just amazing! The staff is wonderful and so polite. It was a great experience and I would totally recommend them to any and everyone!

The staff was quick to see me and welcoming, up front with all costs associated, smooth running business. The staff also were among the most gentle with the blood draw. Give them the opportunity to help you reach peace of mind with your health.

I came from out of town and do not regret it. Apparently the place is under new management which is great because i had such a pleasant experience from the moment i walked in. Caitlyn at the front desk was nice & helpful. Then Maria who drew my blood was also very sweet. The entire time they both kept a conversation going with me while we got my lab work done. The woman who helped me (I believe her name is Marie or Maria) was friendly, professional and really awesome to work with I was in and out pretty quick the experience was welcoming and all around pleasant.

I went to the Thomas Rd. Office of Any Lab Test Now for a blood draw. Caitlin was my phlebotomist. She was not wearing a mask. I waited until it was time for my blood draw and asked her to wear a mask for the few minutes that she was drawing my blood and inches away from my face. She refused and informed me that she was not required to wear a mask and preferred not to. The blood draw was canceled and I was forced to reschedule with another facility a 30 minute drive away. The fact that Caitlin provided no objective reason other than personal preference suggests that her refusal was political. I only asked her to wear a mask for a few minutes during the blood draw. She may have been within company rules but this was terrible costumer service.

Great experience! Super fast-- got me back and had my blood drawn within 15 minutes. They were also very friendly-- much better atmosphere than any other lab I have been to. It was a refreshing! Kaitlyn drew my blood and was painless and they sent me part of the results within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

I’ve used this place twice, I’m not sure how much they charge if you need to pay for something out of pocket. However, both times I’ve been here, the employer sent me in with a paper that basically says they’re covering the cost. The service is usually pretty fast if you go in the morning, and it’s quick and easy as well. I can’t remember the names of the girls working there when I went to get drug tested on Tuesday morning (11/24/20) but they both commented on my shirt and were super nice and friendly. One woman asked me about my thanksgiving plans and she seemed genuinely interested, and made the experience less awkward from the first time I used this place. I’m glad I was sent back to this place to start a new job, they got my results to the employer quickly, and as stated, the two women working there made things fast and easy, and a lot less awkward for me!

The girls working there were very nice and efficient, the facility was clean, and test results are set to come back in 24-48 hours for the gender test!

Very professional! The taking of the sample for the well known Covid test was easy and wasn’t at all like I expected or had heard from the horror stories! It was soft and simple and quick. I promptly got my results back which was very important to me because I needed this test RT-PCT test returned 72 hours prior to my international flight. Had it come back late I would be in the hole a few thousand dollars. Great staff! Highly recommended

I went to the Tempe location. It was very clean and the person helping me (Maria)was extremely sweet and helpful. She gave me fast and efficient service. She went out of her way to make sure I had all of my information and answered all of my questions. If I ever have to do another drug test I will be coming back to this location.

This is my first time visiting the lab. Who is very easy to schedule online and print the forms I needed to bring him with me. Check in was very fast no waiting. This place was fantastic! I needed several tests done that were to be spun, frozen, shipped and so forth. I came with a bunch of complicated testing instructions and figured I’d be told to try elsewhere. Instead I was graciously helped by Maria and Kaitlyn who went out of their way to assist me. They weren’t thrown by the complexity of the order and were so positive, friendly and professional. It was a great experience. I give my highest recommendation!

Quick and easy!I made an appointment less than 15 minutes before I came in and they were still able to get me in so quickly! I had Kaitlyn do my blood testing and it was the most painless blood draw I’ve ever had. My results came in a timely manner. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly!

The office staff is nice, no complaints there. My gripe is with how Any Lab Test now seems misleading, at least to me. The name of the company suggests that you can get your lab test now. Well, it says you can get your lab test now. It should be called Come in and we will draw your blood in relative short order and get most of your lab results back to you in 3 to 5 business days. They are not any less expensive than anyone else, and certainly not any faster. I go to Lab Express on 5th ave and McDowell and on most visits I can have my blood drawn that morning, call and set my Dr appointment for the same day, around the end of the day, and my results will be there before I arrive. When you walk into the Any Lab Test now office it has a poster that says Rapid results. Well that was not the case for me. Express Labs cost me under $160 where Any Lab Test Now wanted $199. The only reason I came in was because one particular lab takes about a week at all the other places. I thought I could get that a little speedier. No. So as far as I can tell the only real benefit to coming here vs anywhere else is if they are near by and you dont mind waiting. Otherwise you can go into any other place that do these labs, get seen just as quickly and, at least in my case, get them significantly faster than you would here. This place outsources to Sonora Quest. So if Sonora is closer to you, you can just go there.

Well since the minute I scheduled the appointment the girls over the phone were so sweet there at Thomas and 44th st. ! Compared to the other offices I had called to schedule I didn’t even bother because they were completely rude!So getting to the day I went in for my appointment I was greeted professionally and I had my 3 year old son who was treated so wonderfully ! He is normally the shy type and won’t talk but the girls Maria and Kaitlyn got him to talk which I was so suprised! But hey with their beautiful personalities how wouldn’t my son talk to them!Kaitlyn and Maria were so patient with us answered every question for me and were super professional and that is why I am taking the time to review this location!

I was there on the 21st Dec. Process was quick and efficient.I booked my COVID testing online, then received email with document that needed to be completed.. All done online.I arrived at the facility and the whole process only took about 20 minutes.The lady who helped me was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I cant remember her name, I think her name started with M...sorry I cant remember your name but youre there on 21 DEC around 0130PM.She was kind and knew her job very well.On another note.....If I was braved enough I would have asked her out...;o)

Cannot recommend Any Lab Test Now lab and staff any more highly!!We had to get our blood drawn at the last minute to send out before the holidays and called pretty much every other phlebotomist office and mobile service provider in the area and could not find anyone available. Everyone from the call center to Kaitlin, our phlebotomist, was so helpful! Kaitlin was super sweet and made us feel completely comfortable and we were done within minutes and it didn’t even hurt!We are so grateful to have found them, definitely will be back next time as they are very professional, yet still super quick and friendly.Thanks guys!!!

Please do not be Fooled by the customer service reps when doing your blood pregnancy test.There is no difference between the positive or negative test.Both cost $49.00The only difference is that one is quantitative of hCG levels and the other one is just a yes or no you are pregnant result document.Both are the same practically- Depending on the level of knowlage of the person the quantity of hcg more or less will be for a doctor tha a regular civilian.The other one is just standard positive or negative.Just keep in mind that when you do a quantity of hcg above 50 is positive.

I had an excellent experience with Kaitlin at the Arcadia location of Any Lab Test now. This was my first time here and she was very professional with a friendly bed side manner. Blood tests can be very nerve wracking, and she made me feel very at ease. I would definitely recommend this location, as well as use their services again.

We needed to get blood draws done same day and they came though with flying colors! Super accommodating and friendly on the phone. Kaitlyn was our phlebotomist and has to have been one of the best I’ve ever worked with! I highly recommend using them for any of your blood work needs!

Easy to schedule a time for my blood test. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly, and I was taken in for the blood draw fairly quickly. The only negative is that I had requested an email with the results, and I had to call the next day to remind them.

I have passed out the last few times I have gotten my blood drawn. I went in extremely scared as I know I do not do well with needles and from my previous experiences of fainting. A girl, I believe her name was Kaityln, rest assured she has been doing this for years and knew everything that needed to be done to make sure we could minize the risk of me passing out, she layed me down, kept me calm, talked with me, and worked quickly. I came in Extremely Scared/Out of it and because of her I was able to get the tests I needed and to my extreme surprise I did not faint. This person is what all in the medical profession need to be like, patient, kind, calm and worked fast/efficiently. She made it as seamless as it could be. Couldnt thank her enough. Definitely hate doing these tests but she and her skill are more than 5 stars.

Our experience with Maria at the office location on 44th St/Thomas was great from start to finish. She was very informative and pleasant to talk to. Now the experience over the phone with the call center not so much they didn’t tell us we should not have food or drink before the DNA test and could not tell me where the location was. Wish the specific location would just answer the calls it would save from customer confusion.
