When my sons previous barber was not available I decided to schedule him and my hubby here, Ive been booking them since. We originally seen Jason and Keisha who were amazing and Keisha gave my son his very first hair cut. Jazzy started years later and she has progressed so much with her techniques, she takes her time and is very gentle with the little ones. I have only had one bad experience and it was with an employee that no longer works there. I gave 4 stars because of the location. There is ALWAYS homeless individuals hanging around causing trouble in the area. Quality at an affordable price.

Apparently the all the Supercuts include a refreshed towel, but wouldnt know what that is because i didnt get that.

Michelle Austin is very kind I showed her a picture of what kind of haircut I wanted and she perfectly executed it! She also did my eyebrows and let me tell you my eyebrows are very hard to deal with, she managed to always get it perfect eveverytime10 out of 10 would recommend you make an appointmenteverytime.

Don’t bother making an appointment, you will be waiting for them to get through the walk ins before they begin your appointment.Made an appointment for a deep conditioning + cut at noon (during my lunch)Got here before noon an the waiting room was packed. They kept taking the walk ins before me an now it’s 45 mins past my appointment and now I have no lunch or haircut …..

I have always gotten a consistent good hair cut here. Its difficult to mess up a #5 on top and a #2 on the sides with some blending but there are people that do... fortunately I havent encountered that issue at this Supercuts. Good job, thank you.

They messed up my youngest sons cut. She didnt listen when I said not to touch the top and she made it look choppy and messy. My middle son got a decent cut and my oldest sons cut again was okay. I had to ask for a better fade cause it looked uneven

Wait time was horrible!!!! they messed up my sons haircut and he had an important banquet the next day. I bought this up to the manager and they said he could make up for it at a discount but it was already too late since my son was left almost bald ! WONT RECOMMEND!!!

I saw Michelle for my haircut and she over delivered on all my expectations! Starting with the shampoo (get the tea tree!), most stylists wash your hair as quickly as possible and move on... Michelle took her time with the scalp massage and it felt more like a spa treatment! Not to be dramatic, but its the best thing thats happened to me since January. Haha.My hair cut came out amazing! 13/10 would recommend this stylist!

Kisha was so great! I had my roots touched up and she matched them perfectly, no ring around the crown or brassiness at all. Also got a super cute cut and perfect bangs!

I always have a great experience when I go. Michelle Austin is awesome. All my friends tell me they would never let a woman trim their beard but are always jealous of how straight my beard lines are. And its a fairly long beard. I would recommend Michelle to everyone, male or female.

Loved the hair dresser Kesha, she was so friendly, had a great attitude and stayed so positive throughout the entire experience. I had my daughters hair cut, that took her maybe 8 minutes to complete, and it looked amazing! My hair was fried and just in horrible condition, I have been desperately needing a great professional cut, my hair was so tangled and matted I actually felt bad about her having to deal with it at all, that I almost didnt ask. Yet she didnt even bat an eye when I took it down, instead she listened to my story, she offered advice and I let her do her thing. She stood there for probably 45 minutes combing through my matted, tangled hair, little by little, section by section. After she cut off most of the damage with in reason and then added in the needed layers. The cut took her no time at all, and looks amazing, I can actually run a comb, not a brush, but an actual COMB through my hair, for the first time since my sister destroyed it. Now it looks and feels amazing, my curls are finally coming back to how they have always been, tight, big, and bouncy. I no longer spend an hour trying to brush through it only to have it knot right back up, I also dont need alp the hair products anymore. Just a small amount of hair lotion and a little oil and it looks amazing. She didnt even charge me extra for the extra work, and by that I was just amazed, She is awesome and we will be returning regularly to see her.

First time at a Supercuts in a long since i usually go to a barber. Well because of CoVId19, I didnt have a choice. I was way overdue for a cut. So I placed myself on the list via online website. It said come by at 5, okay. I was the only one in the waiting area, in about 5 minutes I was next. So organized, I was impressed

I visited to have a hair cut to be feathered years ago and I had my hair layered. I was not happy. Just recently I visited again to get my hair feathered and it was only layered again. I had even said to the person that I have never Had someone feather my hair with a razor and just received a smile. MY REQUEST WAS FOR A FEATHER, WAS EITHER DISREGARDED OR THEY DID NOT KNO HOW TO FEATHER. I have been disappointed twice wo I will not be recommending them to anyone!

The staff at the Metro Center Supercuts are awesome. They provide top of the line service. I’ve been coming here to this location for years and have never had a bad cut. Miki is the absolute best! I love having her cut and color my hair. She always does a great job. My only issue with SuperCuts is that the prices are high and back in the day it was an inexpensive place to get a cut and color—not so anymore.

Made appointment day before only to be canceled because store computers dont recognize app. Was given another appointment an hour later only to sit and wait another hour. Still had people ahead of me so I left. Thanks for waisting half of my day.

I went in today with hot roots and chunks cut out of my hair from a botched layering job from another salon. I left with perfectly styled blonde hair and blended layers - left a $50 tip because she earned it. Couldnt be happier with Supercuts. Theyre the only ones Ive found that could do my hair right.

I cant tell you how picky I am when it comes to letting someone cut my hair. Once I find someone that I like, I stick with them. I stayed with the last one for 15 years...then she moved. Scared to death to let someone new take scissors to my head, I was so fortunate to find Micki...I have had her cut my hair five times now and every time it has been fantastic! Wish I could comment about the others (though I hear they are great, too) but no one touches my head but Micki! She is a wonderful person as well as very talented hair stylist. Wherever you go, I go... youre stuck with me now!

Ive been going there for almost a year now and get my haircut from Michelle (Mickey) who is AWESOME!! But, everyone there is great and really nice.

So I went to Supercuts today on 28th avenue and Peoria I got a great haircut buy professional stylist she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it even made a couple recommendations that I took and the best part about it is my haircut looks greatand it was less money than what I had been paying at a different place so I highly recommend Supercuts

Moved to Az in the last year & one of my main concerns was finding a hair stylist because the same woman had been cutting my hair in Ca for over 20 years. I got my sister a haircut for her birthday & that was our 1st time here. She was so happy with her cut I came back and saw the same stylist, Miki. She did a great job & now is the only person I will go to to get a haircut. Everyone there is friendly & personable. For a chain hair salon they are doing a great job.

Took my daughter in for a haircut before starting school. Cassidy did such an amazing job. I told her about my daughters last cut, which made her look like Dora and why I was hesitant to cut it again.Cassidy made sure to make my daughter feel comfortable and not afraid. She took her mind off the cut by talking to her about school and her friends and how her summer went.She went over different options with me for the cut and what she thought would look best.My daughter is happy with the way it turned out and can’t stop talking about her haircut.First time using Supercuts, we’re definitely coming back.

Was 4 stars. However, the owner has cut the Stylists hours causing excessive wait times. Also, the prices keep going up. You cant compensate for greed. Too bad, but I have to find a new place. 45 minutes wait for a less than 10 minute hair cut is not acceptable.

I have been going to Kisha at this Supercuts for about 5 years, now. She has always given me a really great haircut, taking the time to find out what I want to have done. I am always very pleased with the color, cut, and style when I leave. The atmosphere in the salon is friendly, but professional. I highly recommend the salon and Kisha--I wouldnt go to anyone else!

Michelle was amazing! I showed her a picture and 40 minutes later I had the same hair-do the magazine picture displayed. She was so fun to work with and gave me a lot of very helpful tips.

I went in for a color and cut about two months ago and am still mad about the treatment I received from Keisha the manager that I am writing this review now. She left my color on 45 minutes and it came out copper. She tried to tell me it was the right color. She probably mixed it right but it was supposed to be on 20 minutes. She wouldnt own up to it and wouldnt blow dry my air. She said that that would constitute styling and it would be an extra $15.50. Not true. If she dried my hair her mistake would have been too obvious and she couldnt have that. She was rude and unprofessional as another reviewer said. I went there for 10 years and will never go back. My regular stylist left. I located her and even though it is a distance for me I am going to her again and couldnt be happier.

Love this place the girls are great its like one happy family there doesnt matter who cuts your hair you wont be disappointed. Best supercuts iv been to EVER.

My last visit was one of the better cuts. My stylist explained a lot of how the hair grows and how it grows differently on the sides vs the top of the head since I first requested too much off the top to try to match what was cut of the sides.

Had a appointment for 4 waiting over a hour this has happened before as well and looking at the reviews on yelp they seem to do this a lot horrible customer service don’t go here
