I called my usual barber to schedule an appointment, and to find out she was no longer there after years of cutting my hair . So I googled Barber near me, there are a lot of choices out there, but I chose Classic Barber . Best choice I ever made. I work late and they are open till 7pm and that works perfect for me. When I arrived w / no appointment I was greeted and felt very comfortable especially when going to a new barber . Roman did an amazing job and I am beyond satisfied. About 6 months ago I was in need of a top notch professional haircut for a video shoot (I actually dont have much hair), I found these guys (and gal). I was blown away with the quality of haircut and beard trim. I come out of there like a new man and since then, have been back every three weeks. The hot towels and razor trim are over the top.

Ive been taking my son at Classic Barber Shop since he was 9 months old ( Yuri was his 1st Barber) and I still take him today 10 years later. Update-the make an appointment requirement is not posted on the door. So traditionally, you show up, first come, now, with no one in there, I went in sat down and the next appointment came and made an issue. These guys are usually very good, a little pretentious but very good, today was not one of their high points. It has me thinking it maybe time to find another barber, a fault back. Not happy.

The best way I can think to explain this place is as a New York style, full service, legit barber shop with a bunch of old school guys that know what they are doing. Haircut, shave and warm face wraps by professionals. Love this place.

Classy and professional without being pretentious. Ive been going to Classic Barber Shop for more than 15 years and have never been disappointed with Peters service. Peter cuts my father and brothers hair as well. Efficient, yet without shortcuts, they provide quality service at a reasonable price (i.e. old school). Its obvious they appreciate regular clients but are also welcoming to first-time visitors as well. You really cant ask for anything else in a barber shop.Re: CHEESE BURGERS review, he is incorrect in stating there is no sign clarifying the temporary Appointment Only policy. The sign is very clear, at eye level and adjacent to the door frame. This policy is mandated by the state to assure social distancing for now and makes sense during the initial post-COVID State Reopening. Cheese Burger, after being closed for six weeks, do you really expect them to make an exeption for you and risk being shut down? Your review is very unfair to this fine business.

Worst haircut I have had in Phoenix so far. Was in the area and saw it was decently reviewed, so decided to give it a shot. I ended up getting the most rushed haircut I have ever had. The guy started cutting my hair before I even finished telling him how I wanted it. He seemed like he was in a race to cut my hair. Do NOT recommend and will NEVER be back!

Great shop. Ive been there a few times and rarely had to wait. The prices have increased a little too much for my haircut. *Update I went in, was able to get Albert and he hooked up my hair. Apparently Ive been combing my hair the wrong way all my life and always had a cow lick in the back.

Mike, is the best barber Ive ever worked with. The cost is affordable and you get the experience of an actual barbershop not a franchise. Great place to get your haircut done

Haircut was good, a bit too short but ok. Have been here 3 times and liked the experience but I lost an item when I get up from the chair and I call them to ask them if they see the item and they put no effort into looking for it. All I get is, “ no we don’t have it” within 10 seconds of asking the question.

Needed my first post-quarantine haircut... they did a great job and gave me exactly what I wanted.

This is a great barbershop! I always walk in and never wait more than 10 minutes to be seated in a chair. They offer all the classic services you’d expect from a barbershop. I generally get a fade and their clipper work is on point! Steamed towels are the best as is their straight razor work around the neckline, haven’t nicked me yet! Most barbershops are strictly traditional however this shop has a couple women cutting hair also for the most up to date styles for men. The prices are very reasonable and the are always busy!

This place is fantastic. Outstanding service. It doesnt matter whose chair you sit in youll get a great cut. And if youve never had a shave by a barber before, do it, you wont regret it. I didnt realize how smooth my face could be.They dont take appointments on weekends but do on weekdays, which works great for me as my office is close by.

Worst haircut of my life.I said leave it long in the front and taper it to the back with a fade on the sides. I walked out with it short in the front, getting thicker to the top and corners looking like a mushroom.I asked for a change before I payed and they slightly balked at me, but were nonetheless polite. Still dont like the cut, said theyd take off and inch, took three!Now my all my friends call me Yuri

I bought my son a gift card here because of all the positive reviews. He went in to use it and they said they couldnt accept it because they changed their computer system since it was issued. Now thats what I call horrible customer service.

This is the third haircut in a row in which this barber shop messed up. I tell them I want a 6 on the sides of my head, they give me a 3 every time. I don’t know why I keep going back. They decide for you how you’re going to look, and you have to agree. They say they know what you’re talking about, and they’ll nod. But every time they find a way to mess up. Will not go back

Since the lowest I can go is 1. Otherwise I would rate it as a big 0. The woman in the very back row to the right not customer service friendly. I showed pictures to her on how I wanted my haircut then she said that there is no possible way to cut my hair like that. ???? So I said ok so you dont know how to cut it like that is what you mean. If not thats okay I said just let me know who can. She got very upset and rolled her eyes then said just sit Ill try and do it.so then a man stopped her then said oh I can do it then ended up messing up my whole hair cut I think it was on purpose. Then I paid for a haircut that was rushed and just the whole experience was all around TERRIBLE. THEY NEED IMPROVEMENT ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE first and foremost. Then second they need to send people back to school for people who dont know how to cut hair.

Used to be my favorite spot to get my melon cut. In fact, I was gifted a 50 dollar gift card, but when I went to use it, they said they changed the system and I was out of luck. Wont be giving this any more if my money
